I recently bought a certify pre-owned Silverado. If anyone is interested to buy a vehicle, I recommend going straight to JAMES REMY. He s an honest, friendly, humble, transparent guy. This is the first time I walk out of a dealership totally Satisfied with the overall transaction and with a smile in my face, knowing I didn t get ripped off.

Great helpful staff, but they will upcharge things...

Great helpful staff, but they will upcharge things you don't want on their internet priced cars. Prices online are thousands off what they're actually ask for it. Not counting tax and licensing, which is standard but expected and I'm okay with it. But luring people with an online price of say 10k where you get there and there's charges all the way up to 13k. At least the salesman was honest and not pushy, great sales team.

One of the worst dealers I have ever dealt with. I have had more issues with this dealer after getting my truck, and nothing has been resolved. The customer service completely sucks. I have had the blame put on me for something that is wrong with the truck, but they refuse to acknowledge the problem exists. I have talked to various people and NONE and I mean NONE have made me feel like I matter as a customer, they got my money for the truck and they are done! If it was possible, I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars. After my last issue with them, was told a manager would contact me, NEVER did!!!! That's the kind of customer service this place offers!

I was needing a new vehicle as the car I had was filed as a total loss from an accident. I have never shopped for a vehicle in Arizona as I am new to the state and this would be the second vehicle I have owned. With needing a new vehicle asap and the stress of the car accident , I just wanted a smooth transition into looking at cars and the transition into a new car. A few dealerships I went to just wasted my time, kept trying to sell me and not listening to my needs and financial situation. All while being rude and pushy.
When I got to Courtesy Chevrolet, I was drained and just wanted to find something already. As soon I pulled up Gustavo one of the sales guys greeted me and he began understanding my urgency of needing to buy a car and where I stood with my budget and what I needed. He right away found me the perfect suv and even in my favorite color light pastel blue which was an added bonus! He was down to earth, friendly, professional and just a person who listened to what I needed and provided that car for me. He made the financial side work and the needs for what I needed. He let me have time to think it over and was not pushing me so he could get a deal out of me. Once I purchased the car he continued to follow up with me on outstanding car needs and responded immediately to my text messages and got things taken care of right away. He was a pleasure to work with and everyone at Courtesy Chevrolet was as well. I would highly recommend seeing Gustavo he is the guy to go to! Thank you Courtesy Chevrolet.

As my family approached the last week of a family of 4, I knew that upgrading was not avoidable. I was led to browse Courtesy Chevrolet and found a Nissan Quest that fit our budget.
I was contacted by Serena King and she advised that the vehicle that I was currently driving had been wrecked 3 times with deployed airbags 3 times. With that being said, I knew it was imperative that I upgrade. After sharing her my story of delivering in 4 days, she and her manager jumped right on it.
Not only did my APR drop tremendously but they were able to get my payments lower than I was paying.
They also were able to come to my home in order to sign my documents as I have been on bedrest due to complications and delivered the vehicle as well.
Thank you so much Serena for going above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed in time for our little one being born.

I purchased a truck from Courtesy Chevy in the beginning of January 2020. The truck was slightly used but in good shape and the price seemed good. Being out of state I talked with Jeremiah, a salesman, about the truck over the phone prior to coming down. He assured me the truck was perfect. I put a deposit on the truck and planned to pick it up over the weekend. The truck was in good shape with the exception of a little damage to the bumper and a chip in the windshield. I accepted this and went forward with the purchase. I was assured the vehicle had remote start and a spare key. I did not receive the spare key at the time of purchase but was told it would be shipped to me. I also did not receive the key code for the door keypad. I went into finance and the finance manager did try to upsell you on extra charges and extended warranties, which is normal. During the review with the finance manager I ensured that the title would go to my home DMV, and the appropriate taxes would be paid for my residence. It has now been 3 months, my temp plates are expired and I have been unable to register my vehicle with my home state of Colorado, because they did not send any paperwork or information on the sale to the co dept of mv. I have been given the run around repeatedly by the dealership (Ivan a sales manager) saying I need to take the paperwork in, but the dmv and the state website tells me the dealer should do this for any financed purchase. I have been unable to get a copy of the title from the DMV, the bank or the dealership, so I have no idea how I am going to register the vehicle and I am sure they did not pay the proper taxes as discussed. On top of that I was led on this entire time that my spare key was in the mail, until now when I was told there isnt one. Do not go to this dealership if you can avoid it. Once you have signed and are out the door they have no intention of helping you or continuing customer satisfaction. I will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone. They will be hearing more from me if they did not pay the proper taxes during the purchase of the vehicle. A dealership this large and that has been around this long should not be this incompetent.

Update: Finally able to register my truck and Courtesy undercharged me on taxes, so I owed over $500 extra dollars when I registered. Hard to believe this place is still around if this is how they do business.

It took 2 weeks for my Tahoe to get diagnosed. Once it was diagnosed it took almost a whole week to fix it. I had to keep texting for updates after I was told I would be contacted daily with updates. When I picked up my Tahoe I noticed there was dirt everywhere inside! I did NOT drop my Tahoe off with dirt everywhere inside. You can feel the dirt everywhere! The latch that you use to move the steering wheel up and down was missing. I didn't find it until after I pulled in back to the dealership to ask what happened to it. Two guys did come and check to make sure I put it on right and that it wasn't broken. I then asked why was it so dusty inside and he said the window was down with plastic covering. So I come home and start wiping everything down. I then notice that all the paperwork I had on the passenger side had been wet. Including my late grandfathers funeral pamphlet. It was not like that when I dropped it off! Cards that were made for my are ruined because my window was left down and water got inside. I was furious! Then I look in the back seat to find the paper mat and plastic you use to protect my seat and floor from getting dirty thrown in my daughters carseat! That crossed the line! I took pictures of everything if you would like the proof. I do not recommend this dealership!

The salesman I worked with was Cristian Herrera and he was by far the single greatest reason I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. His personable characteristic made me feel like I have known him for years and his continual efforts to ensure I was going to walk out with the best deal of the day, made me lose sign of the stereotypical car salesman perspective altogether. The customer service in the dealership on its own was impeccable but, Hayden Mitchell was excellent!! He made the whole process very smooth. He made sure that I did my test drive when it was most convenient for me and had me come in to sign quickly after with little wait time. Buying a car can be very stressful especially when its pre-owned and you have to really think about what you're buying. He was very understanding of that and went over my options with me in an accommodating manner so that I didn't have to spend hours in the dealership. If you buy something at Courtesy Chevy, get in contact with Hayden. He's the one to see!

A HUGE Thank You!!! to SERGIO and MIKA for the best car buying experience we ve ever had.
Sergio was absolutely amazing very patient as our indecisive selves wandered the lot (plenty of great new and used vehicles to choose from!). From subcompacts to big trucks, Sergio hung out with us while we discussed the pros and cons of each. He gave us no pressure and offered lots of great information and his own honest opinions; he was instrumental in our making an informed decision.
When we finally did decide, Sergio was very communicative through the whole buying process and got us a great deal for the new car and the value of our trade. Then Sergio handed us off to their financial genius Mika! Not only was Mika able to get us a GREAT rate, he also gave us so much valuable insight and education about the whole vehicle financing process. THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!

Has taken 5 weeks to send the financing information to my bank for the vehicle purchase. This was after multiple messages being left on answering machines with Finance Dept.

Bank still hasn't received the payoff for my trade-in. Despite this, Courtesy sold my trade-in to another dealership who has listed it for sale. Meanwhile, my Bank still holds the title. Unethical at best.

As other Reviewers have stated, actual price will be approximately $2500 higher, due to tint and a tracking device that is already installed on the vehicle. This is before TT&L.

Deb: I am not calling. I've tried that. I left VMs on the Finance Depts mailbox on June 18, 19, and 29. It wasn't until I drove a half hour to the dealership on the 29th to talk to a real person that my information was faxed to my bank.

I live in Prescott Valley and did my search for a new truck on the internet. After I found the vehicle I was interested in at Courtesy I was contacted by Tyler Bell. Tyler did an excellent job of providing all the information I needed to make an informed purchase decision. All of the negotiations were completed including what I would receive for my trade-in over the internet.

An appointment was made and I showed up for a test drive and to present my trade-in. No futher further negotiations were necessary. This was by far the best new vehicle buying experience I have ever had.

I must also say that the follow up from Jessica the customer service manager was and is outstanding. In fact everyone I dealt with at Courtesy was professional, friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Courtesy Chevrolet.

I had a price in mind for a new Silverado and every dealership was having problems with my expectations. I figured that my chances of getting a good deal where high.

George Salman Finally, came up with a way to meet my expectations and I went to see him. I was immediately greeted and lead to George who was pulling up a Silverado up-front for me to test drive. But George was great with the negotiations and worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant. I went here back in 2016 to trade in my vehicle. I got some guy named Lamar. He was very nice and tried to help me. I didn't test drive anything since they told me my car had too much negative equity. They wanted me to trade my car in for a vehicle I had no interest in purchasing, so I left. I didn't waste too much time maybe a couple hours. The customer service was decent. I just didn't like the fact that they weren't able to come up with a deal.

My fiancee scheduled an appointment for an oil change that is absolutely needed and they changed the date because the servicing associate that was assigned to his order is not there and could not be taken over by someone else. He specifically told them he needed a Monday appointment as that's the only time he is available to get this done. Then they turn around and say that the associate doesn't work on Mondays with no kind of resolution. So Courtesy Chevy thank you for wasting his time.

Drove an hour to come down to buy it and Robert my sales rep then informs me the cost is actually 3k over what he quoted me and then tried to negotiate. I left there and left message with management regarding the issue. They never called back. Guess they don't care about their customers. Save your time and $ and go elsewhere.

Pricing online looks great. Then they add $2500 in accessories, that they put in before total tax and other misc. fees. The final cost ends up being about $4500 above what is listed. I used several calculators to estimate tax and title and the highest was $2000, for the cost of car I was seeking. They're deals aren't really deals when you realize all the misc. charges.

Worse dealership I've ever dealt with, I will never buy another car from there nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. Christian Manriquez is the worse sells rep, he will do everything and anything to sell you something including lying to you, give candy and little fruit cups to your children of course to make it seem like he cares. He's sales manager is even worse! And I will not just sit here and be lied too I will do everything in my power to stop this from happening to others...I'm talking to some news channels to come here and get people informed.

My vehicle was damaged (35,000 + dollar truck at current market value) while in the possession of courtesy Chevrolet receiving routine maintance on 3/10/2018. I have made multiple efforts to Obtain a date that would work best for the dealership to correct the mistake with no follow up from the service manager who has already acknowledged fault. We have previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and have had thousands of dollars of warranty work completed on vehicles purchased elsewhere as we have at times received great customer service ( such as from AJ Pentz & Jason church). Unfortunately, we have also seen a lack of integrity such as demonstrated in the current situation written in reference to. The dealership was willing to allow me to drive away in this situation without even acknowledging that the vehicle had been damaged. It was only after my inspection that I was able to determine the vehicle was not in the same condition that it was brought in as. Prior to this, we have seen extremely poor mechanical work performed on vehicles that was completely unacceptable and of which may put ourselves or our children at risk of injury. In addition, they have been unable to locate records on our vehicles that can create a major issue for warranty providers who could choose to deny claims based on this. At this point, it s time to cut ties. To many mistakes have been made. I ll correct the damage through an establishment I trust and write it off as a loss.

I've Complained to GM AND COURTESY CHEVROLET about the deceptive sale practices that were used on me to purchase my 2014 Traverse. I've filed an attorney general complaint and spoke with Nancy used car manager, salesperson Keisha, and Barry who all said they would rectify the situation but have not till this day!! Please see my attorney general complaint. This is by far the WORST DEALERSHIP experience I've had in my lifetime. STEER FAR FAR FAR AWAY!! They LIE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER ONLY DOLLARS SIGNS. Nancy and Barry were both rude to MY HUSBAND AND I AFTER WE BOUGHT 2 vehicles from the dealership within 24 hours of each other and both Keisha who was the sales person and Nancy her manager lied to me about features on my vehicle. The vehicle had no sticker on it when it was purchased and still had others people's belongings in it the night I took it home which they were made aware of. Barry told me he was tired of hearing my 'story' when I told him about the LIE I was told at the sale of the vehicle which was going to make or break whether or not I purchased the vehicle and was beyond rude so please see the complaint I filed. I have recorded phone messages and phone calls of the dealership promising me to fix the issues and several other things which to this date haven't been done!! When my husband and I confronted them about there LIE they admitted to there wrong doing and tried to cheaply write the issue off ! No. Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would they dont even deserve having a star. If you ever want to know what it is like to be pressured and ripped off, go to them. If you ever want to feel inferior and felt bad for not going with someone else, go to these guys. They are awful. Absolutely awful. Not only did they pressure me to buy my vehicle (sure, I still signed the paper) but when a tire had a defect and had to be replaced within 1500 miles they refused to uphold any sort of warranty. I'd rather have Hitler go for round 2 then have Courtesy Chevrolet.
And to top it off the upholstery in my new vehicle is coming undone and I feel like going to them would be excessively pointless.

We recently traded our 5th wheel for a motor home and had no need for a diesel powered dually. I researched selling our 2007.5 Dodge Ram 3500 dually through KBB and Courtesy Chevy was one of the dealerships that contacted me. I had never sold a vehicle without purchasing another one and was quite concerned that going through a dealer would be a less than pleasant experience. I was most surprised! Chris Brandon made this the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Kudos to Chris and the leadership team at Courtesy that fosters such outstanding customer relations. I got a great offer on the truck and cannot say enough good things about Chris. If you ever find you need to sell a vehicle, KBB and Chris Brandon at Courtesy Chevy would be tough to beat. We will miss our wonderful truck, but it was just too big for running around town to the store.

Well I found my vehicle listed online for 28,000 and this was on black Friday so they advertised the buy one get one special with it as well. When I went down there they told me I could not combine deals? I don't know what deals I was combining the price for the truck was 28000 and said it qualified for the buy one get one deal. But I got past it reminding myself that I should expect dealing with con artists when im buying a car and also the truck was still a good deal. So then it comes time to talk trade in. They offered me 4000 below trade value on my Jeep! When I asked why it was so low they said " you expect me to buy your car at trade in value but not buy ours at market price" ..... um yes I do that's why I came on black Friday looking for a deal. They were trying to give me 4000 less on my trade because I was getting 4000 off msrp on the truck. So that would make it so I wasn't getting any deal at all it would make it a wash. That is just ridiculous. So I decided to sell my Jeep on my own and sold it in less than a week for 4250 more than they offered me on my trade. So ya... nice try. So on the brink of walking out they offered me 500 off and I accepted it. It was still 1500 more than I should have paid with the buy one get one deal, but it was still a good deal. Then it was time to meet with the financing guy and he was awesome! He was the lone bright spot to my experience. So then comes the next day and I was told to call and set up an time to get my car detailed. So I call and after being transferred three times I get a lady's voicemail so I leave a message and I waited a couple hours and since I received no response I tried again and got transferred 3 times again to the same lady and her voicemail. So I call again and told them I keep getting a voicemail then I get transferred a couple more times and finally get a guy who helps me. Then two days later I get a call from the lady asking when I would like to set up getting my car detailed I told her I got it already taken care of, then I find out she wasn't even working the day they kept transferring me to her??? But at the end of the day I absolutely love my truck, but I should actually thank Ford for that. But I will add that they did offer a really good warranty and three years of free oil changes which was good. So I would rank the financing guy 5 stars and everything else 0 giving it a 2 star experience. I pray it will be a long time tll I have to buy a car again..

0 for 2 Now with this place. I went there for my free oil change and car detail. I am told when I get there that they don't do a detail everytime, only when you buy the car. That's funny because that was the selling point used by their guy to sell me on their warranty. There excuse to me is "sorry he was new" wow are you serious? But I suppose it's my fault for not making sure it was in writing. BYER BEWARE! DON'T BUY HERE!
