Tried multiple times to email and ask about a car, went in today and was rudely presented at the door but a rep, annnd? What do you want? Do you need help or something? Mind you I just walked in but NO NO NO THANKS RUDE! I ve bought 2 cars from here , had some hiccups but after this will NOT be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

Prior to my husband's recent experience I was a huge fan of Courtesy and not only purchased several vehicles from them, but also referred friends to them. Now with that being said, I will NEVER purchase from or refer them again! While our vehicle was being serviced $20-30 was stolen from it. I honestly don't care about the money, but what happened next is what has made me realize how little they value their customers. I will also mention that they didn't even remove the protective covers used during the service and my husband had to do it himself before driving home. Again, no big deal. The problem is when we called to report the theft an hour later, there was no supervisor available to talk to us. We were promised that the message would be delivered with high importance and we would be called back. Nope. And nothing the next day either. 3rd phone call and message we finally got a call back. Now my issue is that someone sat in the vehicle long enough to go through ALL the change and take only the silver and it wasn't noticed?! Yeah right! That and the lack of response is what has led me to believe that they don't value their customers and loyalty, so they will no longer get the same from me, but quite the opposite!

Completely unprofessional. Called last night about a vehicle I saw online. I spoke with Ken & David Escobar; Ken scheduled my appointment for the next day at 9am, spoke with David after Ken and he told me they had more vehicles in my price range with the features I wanted. I get there today and David & Ken are too busy to keep their appointment with me so they send me off with Chris. Now Chris takes me to the used cars section and them informs me that the vehicle was sold late last night. I asked him how come no one called me to let know before I drove 50 minutes for nothing. His answer was thar David was busy, UNACCEPTABLE! Of course Chris proceeded to try and sell me a higher priced car/new car after I told them I WILL NO finance and I'm only paying a set, cash budget. Then, of course again, no other vehicles on the lot for me. Shady and no integrity.

Josh called me this morning informing me that Chevrolet will not be charging me for damages. I'm very grateful for the way Courtesy Chevrolet handled this situation. I want to say Thank you again. The staff there are outstanding so I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet for your next purchase.

When I got there he was very friendly and professional. There ended up being nothing wrong with the fobs, but they inspected my car and washed it--and didn't charge me anything. Tim Jackson addressed all the issues we had with my husbands car and fixed what needed fixing. He also gave us some literature on the turning radius of the front wheels on his Corvette Stingray which explained everything. The service issues were taken care of in a very timely manner. We appreciate having someone to work with who obviously knows what he is doing and enjoys his work. Five stars across the board!

My experience at Coutesy Chevrolet was nice. Nobody likes to sit and wait at a service or repair shop, waiting for their vehicle to be ready. Courtesy Chevrolet makes this experience as nice as possible. Every employee there is friendly and nice to all. It doesn't matter what your age, or ethnic background is, Courtesy treats all customers with respect. They give you a drink coupon so you can enjoy a beverage of your choice while your waiting and your advisor keeps you up to date on what stage your car is at.

Spare yourself the headache. i waited 4 hours when i was quoted 2. simple oil change with a tire alignment. they over charged me. didnt inform me they had deals that packaged everything i wanted even after i asked. not to mention i saw my car sitting in the bay for over 40 mins with nothing being done. and the techs smoking. then to top it off my PSI on my tires are alllll out of wack which should have been checked automatically. they took 20 off of my bill and added car detail. but what good does that do if they didnt even do what i paid over 250 dollars for.

Taking care of things like my car have to be carefully choreographed.There was startup issue and was battery probelm during weekend, and was looking for my helping man to get in timeslot at the eatilest. I could see Ruben's mind racing. He assured me that worst case scenario, he would make sure the service bill would be the most economical. They took care of it on the spot. ALWAYS happy with the service. No one likes to deal with car issues, but it s a great experience here. I had come to the end of my lease and it was time to either trade, buy, or surrender my vehicle. I called and made an appointment. When I came in, the salesman, Ernie, was attentive and respectful. He helped me understand my options and make a decision. I felt he listened to me. The only thing I did not like about my experience - and have NEVER liked about the car buying process - is how long it took. I feel that in this day and age, certain things should be more streamlined. I was there about five hours, which is actually pretty good, but it was about two hours too long for my life. Despite that, Courtesy Chevrolet has treated me well, and I will continue to frequent this business.

My experience purchasing 2014 Chevy equinox at Courtesy . I drove from San tan valley to purchase from Courtesy because my mother had purchased her Malibu years ago an everything was legit. So I thought I would have purchased a good vehicle as well from this company just like she did.I am really regretting my decision to purchase from them. On May 31st which is 20 days ago was when the vehicle was purchased, at the time the trunk was not opening which I was ok with because the sales person said we will get that taken care of and fixed.(should have taken that as a sign) When I brought the vehicle in I think he forgot to schedule the appointment I was there for over 6 an half hours. Everything was fixed and he was really apologetic but that doesn't excuse what happened.Not even a week later the vehicle stalls out in an intersection check engine light comes on. Brought the vehicle back into service they gave me a loaner car while mine was supposedly being repaired. I picked the vehicle up they said everything was fixed the vehicle is good to go. Next day same issue stalling out check engine light is back on. It's very unfortunate that this has been my Reality for the past 3 weeks. 20 thousand dollar used vehicle with multiple issues. I should have gone else where probably could have a brand new vehicle with no issues for the same price. Very disappointing. Josh and Steve in sales have been very helpful in rectifying the situation which is greatly appreciated.

I normally usually have issues with some of the maintenance services I have had since I purchased my 2016 Truck from Courtesy Chevrolet in March of last year. It was actually the sales rep team supervisor, Mr. Renko, who was aware of the bad experiences I had and brought the issues to the service manager's attention. I was pleased with the consistent help Mr. Renko provides me every time I bring my truck in for service. What Mr. Renko does, is just makes sure I am always taken care of. So I want to thank him for his hard work and dedication. Also Matt from the Pro Shop; I received exceptional service from him today. This service pro has a lot of patience and I am glad he is on board. I left the dealership today feeling confident that what I explained what I believe was wrong with a certain install was not at all a delusion. It was explained to me that there was an issue with an after market install and Matt was able to get his service team to fix and correct the issue right away. Even though the install was not at all at the fault of Courtesy Chevrolet's pro shop the techs still went above and beyond to service my needs because the item I installed I initially purchased from the pro shop at Courtesy and I was happy with getting the help that I needed anyway. :D Thank you Courtesy Chevrolet

Our experience was so much better at Courtesy than the other Chevy dealerships in the valley. Very shady dealership, please stay away. Found a vehicle online and was going to purchase the vehicle. Called ahead to make sure that it was still for sale, the salesman told me unfortunately the vehicle had sold. I searched the webpage again the next day and the vehicle had been relisted for more money. Avoid this dealership as they are only baiting you into buying something more expensive.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. A online ad baited me into the store and then when we went to talk pricing there was 'fine print' on the online add that switched the price from $28,000 to $34,000.

Okay, my fault for not reading the fine print. After I informed the gentleman that I no longer wanted to do business because it felt like a bait and switch he began to insult me. After I walked out his 'Sales Manager' or whatever the fool was, chased me down in the parking lot and then continued to insult me. I thought the guy was going to hit me or the car I was in.

He then started chuckling after I asked him to move away from the car and I left.

Started off with another salesman that failed to follow up with us in regards to getting us a better deal on a vehicle we were interested in. A few days later I called and spoke with Benny and told him how much we wanted to spend and the specific truck we wanted. He told us he would figure out a way to get us the price we wanted and he delivered. What I really liked about him was the follow up. He called and checked in with us always. He was very patient with us and never once complained about staying past closing time. He's great with customers and a customer service like his is hard to come by. He truly genuenly care and did everything that was in his power to get us the price we chose to pay. I am very happy to say that we walked out of there with a new truck and paid less than what we wanted to pay for it. We will most definitely be back to see Mr Benny on a future purchase.

The worst dealership in the US. The Customer service is horrible, the manager is fake. They have wasted my time I sat there for 6 hours. They offered me a car for $38 thousand. When they checked my credit then gave me a statement, they changed their price to $42 thousand. When I talked to the manager, he was rude enough to say go out the dealer. Please people don't go their they will only waste your time, deceive you, and hurt your credit.

As they say buyer beware. Sales experience was great, up until finance gets involved specifically Misty. It's the follow up and maintenance issues you have to deal with after that make a Chevy purchase a regret. Don't buy the extended warranty they offer you. They sell it as bumper to bumper coverage including windshield replacement and paint scratch coverage. It is windshield repair (which you can get done anywhere for $25) and dent not scratch coverage. Love my car not the dealership.

Buying a car can be very stressful, but Kevin's attitude was positive and light hearted, which made my experience so much better than I expected. I financed a 2013 Chrysler 200 that immediately had issues & when I finally took to service they only fixed one issue & tried to blame other issues on recall which is irrelevant! Keep in mind all this happened within my first month of having the vehicle, then I no longer want this unreliable car & when I go in to try to possibly trade they treat me as if I'm a new client & not an unsatisfied customer & try to make me do the whole process all over again sending my loan to multiple banks & trying to get me to get a 2016 Cruze for $480 a month! & with all the different managers no one directs me right they all just have a rebuttal instead of a solution! Also my salesperson told me my vehicle would be certified then changed his story when i explained car issues. I thought coming hear instead of dealing with a smaller dealership would be to my advantage but I was wrong! Very bad experience & my salesman was Oscar Castro who was negative help to this whole thing, I'm letting them know right now they can have this car back!

Definitely not what I was expecting. We went in to buy a vehicle at a reasonable price with our good credit. All the upfront talk sounded great. Looking at a used 9k vehicle. Price came back after first initial conversation and it was almost at 18k. Are you kidding me? They obviously tried to counter as my wife and I were completely not happy with the explanation of "fees". Does that justify another vehicle? I was hoping for a great experience at a family dealership. This is not the one. With good credit there's other dealers who want your business and not just the skin off your back...

I was happy with the car and the online discount price of the car I picked out. Past that it was a downhill experience. Being told the car had window tinting and nitrogen in the tires when it didn't was wrong. Then being told they cant remove the cost of the non existing window tint and lifetime nitrogen because they wont make enough profit off the car is ridiculous.I dont recommend this or any other dealership that forces mandatory add on costs to the vehicle the customer does not want.

Update: Dealership registered the 100 percent electric car as gas with DMV. Dealership Customer service said the electric car takes gas and I'm wrong. Now going though hell with DMV because car is 100 percent electric and requires special inspections to.correct title and registration.

Eric Steffes has been absolutely wonderful to us from the get go. He was very patient with us; even when we wanted to test-drive several cars to find the right one for us. Eric helped us search though row after row of cars making sure that we found the car that was just right for us with every option that we wanted and the best price possible. All the way through the deal, he was there with us, patiently explaining all of the steps we went through, even when it was after midnight when we finished.

Lucy Tucker handled all the financing for us. She was so great to work with because she always treated us with respect and Courtesy, pun intended. Lucy was easy to work with because she explained every paper we signed and even reprinted some of the documents when I had found some errors in the numbers. She said, All we care about is making sure that you are completely satisfied with everything we do.

Kelly Williams handled all of the final delivery of our new car to us. He was great taking time to go through the OnStar system and getting us setup with them. He explained all of the switches and levers and fancy new doodads on the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable on all of the vehicle innovations.

I would, no, WILL recommend Eric, Lucy, and Kelly to all my friends, family, and anyone else I meet or speak with that needs help purchasing a new car.

My visit today for an oil change and full inspection started off rough. I sat in my car on the drop off area for 25 minutes before anyone came to help me. The frustrating part was that all the cars around me were greeted and help first. Even the car behind me!!! So I bought it to someones attention and within minutes Jesse came to the rescue. Jesse was very very apologetic, got my information and had me checked in within minutes. My service was then done in less than an hour. Jesse came and got me, explained the results to me and I was on my way. Jesse's friendly personality definitely made up for the lack of service I received when I first got there.

As usual the team at Courtesy Chevrolet was excellent. This was my second new car purchase in as many years and as with the first time around my experience was amazing. Lamar is a pleasure to work with, he really listens to your needs and works hard to get you the car you want within your budget. Jesse was great helping me with the extras that I wanted to add to my new vehicle around my schedule. Russel made sure I got the best possible financing with extra warranty and insurance that seems like a must. And Jessica was patient with me as she helped my set-up my Bluetooth and On Star function. Each and everyone of these individuals made sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and encouraged my to contact them if I can any further questions/concerns after leaving the dealership. It was a refreshing difference from the other car salesmen we had dealt with at other dealers. Ivan was extremely helpful in getting us what "WE" wanted at a good price. No shell game there thankfully! When my husband is ready to upgrade his truck we will go back there and deal with Ivan. I would recommend him to everyone. Great experience!

Wow were do I start, I inquired online and received call and spoke to a jeremiah the sales manager, we spoke about my personal past and I was asking for a opinion, he stated he did this for 15 plus years and he is very experienced. I trusted and believed him and went forth with having my wife apply as well. I knew and I even stated to him and 2 other individuals of my situation. And I did let them know if nothing can be done I completely understand but let me know. So that was Saturday here we are on Sunday and now Monday, I was contacted by him and we did have a good conversation and again my wife applied and he said he will call me back. Later Monday night I sent a text asking if he received my information and he said yes I will call you in 30min I'm with a customer. Never got a call or text or email. So here is Tuesday and I actually came in and tried talking to him. He is not In. So were does that leave me. I was told by his colleague that they were so busy and they sold 15 cars etc. I completely understand trust me. But we are customers, we are human. I've been in a high demand customer job/salesfor over 15 years I will always return my customers phone calls no matter what. But it goes past that what If i did have 750 credit score, how would I have then been treated. People it's not about me.. it's about treating your customers with the upmost attention, does not matter if it's over the phone or in person or with a 750 score or 300.. I would stay away if you need a dependable dealership that puts customers ahead no matter what circumstances
