As good as you can expect from a dealer. Fair prices and the service department will take care of you and your car. I had the a/c go out on a used Chevy i bought from another dealer and they gave me a free rental and fixed the car under the general warranty. If your closing on a car they will persuade u to buy a warranty to decrease your rate. Just buy the warranty to get the lower rate and cancel it later (you have 6 months to cancel usually, read contract).

I'd rather walk than buy another car from these people. They gave me a coupon book with free oil changes and car washes when I first bought my car. I went in for my first oil change, which came with a free car wash. It came out dirtier than it went in! If you can't trust them to wash your car, there's no way you should trust them to do anything else with your car.

There's one specific reason why I'm giving a 1 star and this could have been a 4 or 5 star rating until... the service to trying to buy a car is great and all but if your a first time buyer. I would definitely advice to have a co-signer who of course has good credit. I have good credit, just no auto loan credit. I also had a co-signed who also had good credit, but was already on a car loan at the moment. So no matter what my apr was high to the sky which the total of a new car, which I was buying a used car with high mileage and also 10+ more years. So I had got the used car, and next day I couldn't get my girl to co-sign because of the rate they had me at (22.9% apr) she didn't want to go threw with it. So I had to return the car the next day & when I got there they had told me, I could do the contract by myself which I wanted to do in the first place but had been told I couldn't. All of sudden I could with the same apr and same payments. Which were also very high for a 2005 vehicle with 100k plus miles. Also I had traded my vehicle in with no damage or any signs like maintenance repair. Only issue was no a/c. So I go back to the dealership to let them know I couldn't do the deal anymore. They wanted to try and lower the payments but apr was just to high. I told them straight no I can't do it. And apologized for wasting there time. They did look disappointed and I knew they were. But at just started a new job. I'll come back when I have more months in the job of course. So when they had said they were going to get my car, they had me go to the cafe and it took 15 min for them to get my car. I had a feeling that there disappointment for me not getting the used car would lead to them messing up my car I was getting back. Come to find out when I turn my car on, I get a maintenance required blinking 10 times which was never there. License plate wasn't even put back on & title wasn't even in the car so I had to get that in the next day. 2 days later. My driver side of the car front wheel started shaking and when I would press the breaks I'd hear like a clank and thumping sounds. I have work that 40 min away so I needed to go to work no matter what. In the morning on the way to work, there was the same sounds and my steering wheel would shake. So I felt it getting worse. After a long days of work and thinking of what's wrong with my car. After work I went to the wheel and went to see if any bolts were loose. Come to find out, 2 bolts were loose. No just almost right but super loose to the point of coming off. Just two. Vertically. I checked the rest of the wheels and they were completely good and tight. I didn't have this issue at all before I even went to the dealership to try and find a car or when I traded it in. So just to give a heads up. Be careful who you try and do business with. There's those employees who get upset because they didn't get there part of the commission. Dealers try and scam so listen to everything. Watch out for Jeremy and Art. Jeremy I feel was the one with the idea to loosen my bolt and let art know he should do that. If that hadn't happened, I would have been happy to go back in 6 months to do business but now that's out of the equation.

6/25/18 - this place has a zero score for returning phone calls. I have made numerous requests to financial department with Zero response.
6/29/18 Follow up on earlier post. Two days later financial department finally made contact. Working on resolution.
Today got another call from Courtesy Chevrolet. This guy told me he was returning my call. After I explained what I needed. He said he couldn't help me cause he was a salesman and was wanting to sell me a car. GET REAL!!!

Have been buying here for years but second time I go through JR the salesman I have been dealing with most recent. Good guy gets me the best deals possible without getting fired, which if he did at least I'm getting a good deal!!! Buying a car is not always a fun experience but dealing with JR makes it smooth sailing. Does his best to get me out of there within a couple of hours which is usually the outcome. Would recommend anyone that I know to JR and whoever reads this review. Always appreciate his business and will continue to purchase my vehicles through JR! Use my name for a referral thanks

One of the few places I can send my 19 year old daughter to, and don't have to worry rather they will try and pull a fast one on her. Thanks for all you do.

I met with Eric Steffes and Mark Gonzales. I really hate buying cars but these guys made it a great experience!! Eric was very personable, had great energy and will do anything he can to make you comfortable and get the car you want with a great deal. Mark was great also in taking care of me and getting things done. I've been to other dealerships, and this has been the best experience so far. These guys are great! I met with Lucy Tucker in Finance and she was awesome also!

please beware of this dealership, we settled on a price of $17,000, but when the finance department made many mistakes and had us signing documents over and over, the finally contract was at $23000, the Finance rep kept saying he was so sorry for making mistakes , I truly believe he did this to confuse the customer and get us to sign the higher contract

Shopped around a lot of places looking for a used car and worthwhile trade in offer. I was offered the best trade in value at Courtesy Chevrolet I then proceeded to look at there used cars. At this point I was introduced to Eric Steffes, he helped me from looking for cars, test driving them and then ultimately getting the best deal for them. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable of the inventory. Eric is the man to talk to if you ever need to purchase a vehicle. The other staff members were helpful, but none as knowledgable and nice as Eric. Love my new car!!!

In market for a new truck and car. Saw a slate grey ltz silverado and a white Malibu I liked and asked for additional information and OTD price from the manager of Internet Sales. Stated they would get back to me later in the day. This manager called 3 days later asking what vehicles I was interested in again and I again told him. Stated he would call later in the day again. That was 5 days ago and still no call.
I called the dealership again and spoke to a female sale representative that was very clueless on what I was asking and even what vehicles I was talking about.

They have a great selection and competitive prices but the sales personal are very sub par.

Ended up buying a new malibu from Freeway Chevorlet.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!! This is the only Chevy dealership I will go to. The body shop specifically is one I have to mention because I've never had such a fantastic experience anywhere else. Mike and his team are just wonderful. The first time I needed help with my car, I had a great experience from the first phone call-- I called one day (frustrated too) about some damage to my car, and Mike answered. He immediately made me feel like I was talking to my own brother; he was calm, he empathized with me about how annoying the situation was, and his energy overall calmed me down and had me smiling and laughing by the time we hung up. He scheduled the paint work, got me in the next day, and had it ready to go SO fast! I couldn't believe the turnaround. (I would have expected it to take several days or a week but it was so quick!) To top it off- when I came by to pay and finish up, he even came out to my car to make sure everything was good, and even helped me adjust something else on my car that was off that I couldn't figure out how to do myself. He just jumped in and did it with a smile. So cool of him!

Additionally- the team in the dealership side is great and they have appraised two cars for me and I've always felt like I was just hanging out with my own friends/fam.

I'll ONLY go to Courtesy, as a Chevy girl, and looking forward to my next one-- hopefully a cool Colorado!!!!

Purchased my vehicle there last night. Reynaldo and John were absolutely amazing! They got me a fantastic interest rate, and an extremely competitive price for my SUV. I will definitely keep coming back to this dealership whenever I need a new vehicle. Reynaldo went all the way to the auction to get suv that I came in for and got it back to the lot within an hour so I didn t have to come back another day. Best dealership experience I have ever had.

So just last week I was in need of a new vehicle! I have been looking for some time now and being able to get one wouldn t have been possible if it wasn t for Alex Padron who really went out of his way to help me! I would say he had the best customer service that I probably have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and made sure it was affordable and in my price range! The day I left the lot I already had an issue with the car by the window not properly working and so I texted Alex because he happened to tell me to call him or text him if there were any problems and he would help me fix them. Well thats what I did and he had my car getting repaired the next morning right away so I didn t have to wait for the service line! Out of all the dealers I have been too, Courtesy Chevrolet was the best option! Definetly was a good learning experience and they helped me get what I want. They didn t try to talk me into something else which was nice. I definitely will be looking at Courtesy Chevrolet as an option to buy another car again one day!

This dealership can't even honor there own pricing. Then makes you feel privileged to receive the price stickered because you could be paying for the Window tint or nitrogen air in the tire. I wasted 2 hrs of my time to be told there not going to honor their advertising. Wow. Terrible.

We have yet to have a satisfactory visit here. It's just the worst run, most unprofessional dealership and staff I've experienced. We have a 2016 so it only goes in for oil changes, which should not be that difficult, and they just can't seem to get it right. Their customer experience is horrible.

I recently purchased my new Sonic LT Turbo whom my husband referred me to. Sales representative Ivan was on point as soon I as I sent my Online request on the specific vehicle I wanted to view straight away he made sure to have it on sight when we arrrived for our appointment. He was very professional, knowledgeable on the product and confident in everything he said. Wasn't pushy in anyway and very understanding on working to make a deal, eventually we walked out with my ideal vehicle and very satisfied.

The young Lady Misty in Fanancial was very kind as soon as she called us in her office she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She explained things in detail, even connected on a personal which made us have lovely conversations while finishing up paper work. Very knowledgeable as well and profesional in every level of her profession along with Ivan.

Courtesy Chevrolet really has truly trained their employees well and know the core values of making their costumer a priority. Ivan & Misty met my expectations 100%! I highly evourage anyone looking for a vehicle to visit their location and see what they offer.

Great service, I did not feel pressured to buy something I couldn't afford. Just watch out for those extra charges that aren't on the sticker price. IE-lowjack, GPS for finding your car, etc.....

An update since my last review -
I bought my car a little over a year ago and just started having problems with the key not coming out of the ignition.
I called Courtesy Chevy and they assured me my warranties would cover the problem. I took it to a Chevy dealer near me and they said I need a new alternator, fuel pump, and that they wouldn't even look at the ignition/steering counsel without charging me because NOTHING is covered by warranty.
First, I don't understand how a 3 year old car that I've had for a year could have all these problems already. Second, they talked me into paying extra for warranties that have so many exclusions who knows if they will ever cover anything.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic from here last month. Although Carlos is the one that actually sold me the car, all of the other employees were also very helpful - especially Ben Brown. He is the one that got me to come look around in the first place. Someone was co-signing from another state and I was trading in a car that wouldn't make it to the lot and Ben assured me they would take care of everything. I called 7 car dealers before I spoke with Ben and he is THE ONLY ONE who said my situation wouldn't be a problem. Carlos made sure I picked a car that would suit my needs - he flat out told me it would be a bad decision to buy any car on the lot other than the Sonic. It was very busy the Saturday I went there and I was there for almost 6 hours but eventually they threw me the keys and basically pushed me out of the door! Haha I was a little worried the first week I had the car because they didn't give me much info about my trade in or my co signer but they eventually contacted me, picked up my trade in, and finalized the sale. I love my new car and would definitely buy from Courtesy Chevy again.

Courtesy Chevrolet has been and is aces in my book! I have a unique, restored military vehicle (1984 CUCV) that is my pride and joy. My Service Rep, Ben Johnson, is always up for the periodic challenges that I throw at him and the maintenence staff. They all treat my military vehicle with courtesy and respect. That means a LOT to me, because I don't trust my vehicle to just anyone. General Manager, Steve, you have an EXCELLENT Team and I greatly appreciate them all!

I dealt with Nate who was the salesperson and Rich who helped with the financing. These 2 were awesome with communication and made the process easy. The day I picked up the car, it was a team effort from the entire dealership staffing. I recently had surgery and their team helped get the car loaded on the trailer and made sure everything was set before I left. This was my first time ever considering buying a new car and honestly I had reservations because again, this was my first time. From the time I got out of my car, I was greeted by employees, asking if I needed any assistance. Kiros Tesfasyone, is who I was looking for because I had visited Courtesy Chevrolet, one week ago and he is who helped me. Kiros was with a customer and asked a Team member, Lamar McLaughlin, to help me. Lamar asked how he could help, and at the point I wasn't for sure. He asked several of the right questions to prompt me in moving forward, to now looking at cars. He knew I had a concern about my credit, but he explained to me that we could take a look and see where I stood. He took some information from me, and handed it to another department that deals with credit and finances. He took me to the New car lot, showing me the Chevrolet Sonic. We sat down in one of the cars and he explained all the features in detail. We then took a test drive, showing me how to use the On-star feature. Back at the dealership we discussed finances. Honestly I started making excuses because I was scared. Larry Banks, then came over and asked what my concerns were. I told him. He explained what he could do and said "lets get it done". Without drawing out my experience, Just know that EVERY single employee that I dealt with, was very efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and let me know if I needed ANYTHING, had any questions, to give them a call personally. For me its very important to be knowledgeable about your product, because it makes things flow smoothly and gives customers a since of comfort.
