Worst car-buying experience out of the last 5 I've had.

Rather than making small things gone wrong right, this location will coerce customers into changing their reviews.

See below for details of my experience.

1. Discussed pricing with salesman on a Sunday evening and they pushed the purchase off until next day due to working hours after test driving a few and finding an acceptable one. Understandably so since it was 5:50p on Sunday.
2. When I arrived, the price jumped an additional $4,000 over night and was well over what we discussed the day prior. I feel like I was baited to come back the next day with promises of "we got you exactly what you want" and appropriate financing messages when confirming the next day prior to arriving (and I live over 40 minutes away).
3. The certified pre-owned warrant status of the vehicle was a sham and barely covered anything. This wasn't disclosed until the financing process and thus the pricing jumped on the monthly payment by over $100.
4. The finance officer, Edwin, had a used car salesman vibe with how fast he was trying to rush through the seemingly disjointed process as he required 20 minutes to get set up and frantically bustled between offices. While waiting, someone else waiting mentioned that his license plate had still yet to arrive after the purchase had been completed, stating that he needed to submit additional paperwork weeks AFTER the purchase was completed.
5. After the shady purchase was completed, the detailing department didn't even clean the truck completely and left me with a dusty AF truck bed and disgustingly dirty keys covered in thumb grime. The team didn't fill the gas tank up before the purchase was complete and I drove off with 1/4 tank.
6. The finance department then proceeded to hassle me for additional documentation that the finance officer missed or didn't collect in his rush to push a warranty on me. The purchase of the vehicle dragged on for an additional 2 weeks due to my 5a-7p work schedule and got down to the wire.
7. After driving the vehicle for about a week, I noticed that the seat started vibrating when driving above 70 mph and when I brought it in the service department proceeded to tell me that the services I needed to have done would be charged, regardless of my "extended bumper to bumper" warranty that I had paid an additional $3000 for.
8. Haven't received a satisfaction survey to give them the feedback so apparently the only way this kind of experience will ever get fixed is through a terrible Google review.

Extremely unsatisfactory service all around and seems like lots of misdirection and dishonesty around the process. As a Marine veteran, this is simply UNSAT and will not purchase here, refer friends here, and will ensure my friends, family, and fellow veterans looking for an honest and straightforward car-buying experience go elsewhere.

More to be added on 7/27:
1. This sales manager then proceeded to tell me I had scheduled my appointment to fix my newly purchased truck on Monday when I clearly told him and showed my my schedule is only available for Saturday at 1:30p. He agreed and assured me that the truck would be taken care of then after initially assuring that my truck's issue was my fault for reckless driving (mind you, I have a Progressive driving quality tracker for my policy).
2. When I called to give them a heads up, the service manager told me that the appointment was scheduled for Monday because they knew Saturday was busy. Completely false as my notes I took indicated Saturday at 1:30.
3. When I showed up after they finally agreed to fix my truck, an assistant sales manager was waiting to tell me that they would conditionally fix my truck (balancing the tires for $69) if I took my reviews down. They literally tried to blackmail me into not keeping this review up.

Can't speak lowly enough for this company and their coercive practices. Won't be taking my vehicle to get serviced anymore either as their department, which was "full," had what appeared to be empty bays and mechanics walking about in no apparent hurry.
