I bought chevy sedan from them two years ago. Just after a week , things started going bad. Many faults and defects started showing up. I called their service department and the rude lady replied they cant do anything to fix it . After that i called up the sales guy named Matthew and he asked me to stop by next day . When i got there , i was told he is not working today. After that i called many times to schedule the appointment but he stopped taking my call.
I gave up and paid money elsewhere to get things fixed.
It was a terrible experience. I personally dont recommend them to anybody.

We arrived and were quickly greeted by a smile. Marty showed us all of the appropriate minivans, and when the time came to sit down and negotiate price, he was respectful and determined to make a deal that worked for us as well as the dealership. We arrived thinking we were going to purchase elsewhere, but wanted to do our due diligence. However, within 4 hours we were driving off in our new minivan which we are very pleased with. We found Marty to not be the perceived 'typical' car salesperson, which was a factor in our decision to buy this van. There are lots of vehicles in the lower mainland, and to us a key factor is the integrity of the dealership representatives. Thanks Marty!

shocking customer service. we gave the salesperson a monthly budget and we were shown vehicles $10,000 above what we could afford. the test drive vehicle allocated was not even the engine size we intended to purchase!!
Typical Dealership regardless of their claim that they are not like all the rest and a "family run company". Lots of good guy/ bad guy tactics, lots of pressure tactics. Bought a used Jeep, negotiated a 1 year powertrain warranty in the sale but didn't read the fine print with only a $1000 per claim clause. I specifically dealt with a dealer (requirement for a extended warranty) because I wanted to be protected if a major repair was needed (engine/transmission) within the 1 year....pretty sure I can't get either for $1000! lol Vehicle has many issues despite the 100+ point inspection (even had a mouse nest under the plastic engine cowling!)lol Save your money, buy privately, and have a good mechanic check out the vehicle before signing the transfer paper.

Was a prior customer (2006 caravan).. never again.. we were looking for a new minivan and just the run around with prices...prices on many vans were really high, higher them MSRP...ie fully loaded caravan with leather, 53,000 (MSRP was 35kUS I checked the vin)....we got the run around and would not get any prices, even whrn we just asked ballpark... salesmsn wanted us to buy for sure before giving us any prices...we left and never went back... not impressed with their sales and pricing tactics, we had much better experiences at competitors

I have never had a truck so based what I need the truck for he helped me to educate my self and decide wisely. Even though I did not purchase any truck that day but he was pleased and friendly.
My sales person Nichole helped me with my purchase of my Dodge Ram...I would definitely recommend her...easy to negotiate with and I feel I have got the best deal as I have been to two other dealerships and found Coquitlam Chrysler to have the best prices!

After being patient for over a month, they repeatedly forgot or chose to not contact me back. After specifically telling me I had approval, Nadege just decided I wasn't worth their time.
A fellow named Mark tried to get the ball rolling again, and after I was pushed to the back burner for the second time he told me he was looking into it.
Now having been ghosted again, it's fairly obvious what's happening here. They had a promo available that stated they would pay you $2000 if they couldn't make a deal, and now I guess they owe me for this and are waiting for me to go away.
Seriously, find anywhere else, this dealership doesn't deserve business.

I phoned to get my Jeep serviced, and they put me through and the service guy hung up on me, I rang a second time and at 4:30pm they were closed not the advertised on the answering machine message 5pm... I phoned a third time and got put through to 3 different people then told that they want to take a message... I would have been a new customer but I m sorry your service sucks, I ll go somewhere else to get my Jeep looked after.
While my wife and I are happy with the vehicle, it is the interactions with financial services manager Darryl Dudek that has warranted this one-star review.
We decided to purchase an extended-warranty, "Dents and Dings", on Darryl's urging. He told us that should, for example, a run-away shopping cart hit our brand new Jeep we could bring it in and have the minor damage fixed without any hassle. As it happens, 6 months after the purchase date, that exact scenario occurred. Great, we thought, this is why we purchased the extended warranty. Darryl was right!
Well, we called Darryl and imagine our surprise when he informed us that actually, no, the damage wasn't covered under the warranty. It was only dents, and not small scratches, that would be fixed. What, my wife asked, was the difference between a ding and a scratch? Come now, Darryl responded, you know the difference between a dent and a scratch. He managed, quite effortlessly, to be both condescending and patronizing in his response. How dare we waste his time with such stupidity? We must be idiots for even asking!
Except, Darryl, the question wasn't about "dents". It was about "dings". And there is an implied difference between the two in the very title of the extended warranty. And while the information on the Care4 website itself is quite clear about the limitations of the policy, you were quite vague about these limitations during the sales process and quite rude when you "explained" them to us moments ago.
I am glad we have a new car, and the Jeep itself has been great so far. But this interaction 6 months in has soured our experience with the dealership and we would most definitely not recommend it. While we had very pleasant experiences with other staff members, you Darryl receive a thumbs down.
Never deal with this dealer. They won t give you vehicle history reports if you don t ask for. Please check it properly. Their lie will be so perfect. Absolutely, you need lie detectors as much as you can have, if you want to deal with. They are super-skilled money hooker. The best thing to do for you, just don t deal with them from reviews. You will never win. Walk away or escape from these compunctionless & soulless zombies. Believe me!!!! You will find hundreds of victims of fraud of this dealer. Hopeless repulsive zombies!!!

This place is a rip off. We were tricked by an old school nasty financial manager into getting things we didn't want or need. So we have every bit of coverage a person can have on this vehicle. We got a flat tire yesterday and before they can do a 10 min tire change they have to do all the other service appointments first. Fair enough but when we asked for a warranty covered loaner car or even a rental car we are getting the runaround. These are not the only problems we have had with this dealership. We will NEVER buy at Coquitlam Chrysler again and we will tell everyone we can to avoid them like the plague. Wish I could give a 0. On top of it all it is mother's Day tomorrow and without a minivan or at least a second car we can't even get to church or get to our lunch plans. And all of this is over a TIRE! Canadian Tire or discount tires would have been a better choice but our warranty won't allow the tow to any other business. They literally have the worst customer service I have every experienced. They actually say they "can't do anything." Lies and cheats all of them. And these people that gave 5 stars are either employees or haven't realized they have been ripped off yet. Just wait...when you need service they will show their true colors. And Phillip in service is a waste of time. He is rude and has not customer service ability. Sad sad sad this place is. I have a 10 mins tire change that can't seem to get done in 4 hours.
We took our jeep to get a new trail hitch put on. After installing the wrong hitch, they couldn't find the right one.we had to find it our selves at an out wrecker. Sent it back to them to install and the damanage our bumper. they are now refusing to fix it saying that we damaged it, yet it's clear the damage happened when they had the bumper off. The worst part, was the fact that they wouldn't even let us bring the vehicle down there to see it, they were going off photos I emailed them as soon as we saw the damage when we got home. We now have it in ICBC's hands to repair our Jeep. Terrible service..and will not accept fault of damaging our vehicle. I will never do business with them again and advise anyone who is considering it to look elsewhere.
Dealing with his car dealership has been a terrible experience.
I have spent 4 months trying to get a part installed that was agreed upon in the purchase agreement.
Our salesman, Shawn, has been shady and deceitful. The managers, Eric and Alvin, have been unhelpful. Following incorrect information being given, unreturned phone calls, and promises made and broken, following approximately 15 phone calls to try to resolve the situation... I have resorted to opening a claim with the Civil Resolutions Tribunal.
This seems to be the only way to get what was promised by these people.
If you want customer service following the purchase of a vehicle... stay away from this location.
I am giving 2 thumbs up to the service dept. They treated me as a real customer. No trying to sale me extra parts that is not needed, called me everytime there was problem and give me options. So much pressure!!! I came there to look at one car which they didn't have and I stuck there for 2 hours, they were trying to force me to finance a brand new van when I told them 57 times that I'm not interested in a van . And then I talked to a manager there and he was not nice at all, I was disagree with everything that he was saying about financing and blah blah blah and at the end I pissed him off , pissed a salesman off and didn't even shook the hands after all.

Me & My Friend Visited the Showroom on last Weekend for a used vehicle spoke with Sales person by name Robert who did a terrible job. The finance team was in a hurry to get the down payment and were not ready to share the details about what are the next steps to get the vehicle finance. Also the vehicle price was at-least 3 to 4 K for similar vehicle with other dealers in the same area.felt like they are not genuine and trust worthy to work with or buy a vehicle through them.
I 100 % don't recommend this dealer to buy your car as their sales persons and finance persons are so rude to customers and need to get customer service training before taking up next assignment.

Got a good deal on a vehicle but customer service was shady. They wouldn't send documents to look over prior to signing, even after requesting multiple times (we don't live near the dealership), but insisted we could see everything in person when the truck was delivered to our city. Details were different on the document when we finally got it in person vs what was said over the phone and agreed upon, including the sale price, interest rate etc. Unfortunately the hassle to refuse to purchase and continue the search outweighed the disappointment of not getting what was discussed. They wouldn't do anything about it and denied details that were said in our phone conversations. I demanded a copy of what I signed the day the truck was delivered and yet it still wasn't couriered over until after the second or third request the next week (though they assured me it had already been sent, tracking number later showed otherwise). Very poor business practice, not sure I'd ever go back or recommend this dealership except in desperate situations.
We bought a car a few months ago from Ed. We ran into some issues after the sale and contacted our salesman Ed. He was absolutely amazing... I took my truck for a regular oil change and check up. After 2 hours of waiting which was supposedly should have be done in 20 mins as the front desk said. I got my car back and decided to head home. In the way to home my car made a very nasty noise and the engine just shuts off. When I got out of the truck I saw a long trail of oil behind my truck. The drain screw for the oil was not put on the proper way and had dropped off the truck.....
My experience at coquitlam chrysler was beyond excellent i braught my 2016 ram in for issues upon purchase, michael the parts manager made everything happen and got it sorted out very promptly and kept me in the loop the whole way, made me feel as a customer that i was wanted and valued couldnt have asked for better customer service Anyone that needs a go to guy there ask for michael

First experience was great, 2nd experience felt like being pushed and bullied, but I have to say third time was the charm. Both Rocko and Annie made me feel calm, showed me respect and did not push me to make a decision or better yet did not assume that I wanted the car they thought I should have, like sale #2. I would buy again, but only if Rocko and Annie serve me. I had a specific vehicle that I wanted and they did not hesitate to accommodate me. They were great!
JUNE 11 2020 -- By the way, since buying this car I have to say that I am no longer a happy camper, today is June 11 2020, I was going to go back to the dealership for 3 issues, but then COVID shut down happens.
I have now been in contact with Rocko, couldn't get a hold of Annie, not sure is she is still there, i expressed my unhappiness to him, as I had done with Annie before I had the chance to book an service appointment. because of COVID.
I did manage to make 1 trip to the dealership before COVID shutdown, with the understanding that Annie would take a look at the radio issue that was happening. Well, I get there, left work early, which is not paid for, and meet with Annie who then tells me after driving from Surrey to Coquitlam at 3:00 pm that she can't help to fix the radio. So standing there listening to this, I wasted my time to be told that I needed to make an appointment with the service department. I was not impressed as this should have been voiced by email or text, not by me driving for 1 1/2 hours from work to be told sorry.
I have since spoken to another fellow, can't remember his name, told me to call when ready to come in to fix radio. The other 2 issues, well one is not doable, 2018 car does not have cruise control. REALLY ? What the heck is that about. So of course the cost is to expensive to add the cruise. And the final issue, is when vehicle is shifting down, it does not shift smoothly. It thumps down into gear. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
Will have radio fixed. And want to have other issue taken care of too. I am not sure about going into the shop this soon since restrictions are being lifted. I'm 65 and have an medical issue, had heart attack. Not feeling safe about this at this time.
I am thinking that it might be better to deal with an IKEA Dealership?
Horrible horrible horrible , they give you miss information , we had to come in and go for like 5 times , because they screwed up so many times , my list could go on and on and on , I never going back to this location again The langley ones are 100 times better its worth the drive . Delainie Shaw is a very professional financial manager to work with too. She offered great pricing on my extended warranty! Just when you think it couldn t get any better. I had the pleasure of working with Candice Wheeler for my Insurance. She made sure that I was fully covered and even let me pick my plates! ;)
Bottom line this is a blue-collar professional dealership that truly cares about their clients. The best Dodge dealership in the lower mainland that I ve been too, and I ve seen them all locally. I wouldn t go anywhere else.
Horrible experience will never go back. They did our brakes and never lubricated the components. This caused a premature failure, pads cracked and we had to spend $700 to replace warped rotors and have everything fixed somewhere else. They also scratched our new van.
Great place to go shopping for car/truck. Didn t feel pressured and the staff was real nice. David was super polite and good with the kids. Second time getting a vehicle from them sure it won t be my last.

Did not have a great experience with the sales team when I purchased my new truck. Was contacted by phone about great new offers so I stopped by the dealership to hear them out. Talked about what I was looking for and found a nicely matched truck for my needs at a decent price. However the payment kept changing as well as the interest rate as they shopped my credit around for approval. In the end the payment was higher than they told me it would be even though the interest rate was lower. They did not preform a pre delivery inspection, would not show me how to work the new radio with the navigation, had me call into the bank to get the payout for my trade when they could have done that themselves. Also they took almost 2 weeks to get me the bill of sale and loan agreement on the truck after I picked it up as I was told it was not ready, and they did not ask me when I wanted the payments to come out of my account as they set it up themselves which happened to fall onto the day before my payday. When I asked them to change it before I left the dealership the first day I was told I would have to go to the bank and do that myself after the first payment had been made. It took an hour of my time to get that done when it could have been handled by the sales team when I was purchasing the truck. In addition I had to go back to the dealership to get the white paint scrubbed off the tires as they did not do that before delivery either. I bypassed sales on that and went directly to the wash bay and the team there apologized and took care of it right away in less than 10 minutes - very good experience with them kudos for sure on their commitment to customer service. It seemed that sales was more concerned about getting the sale done and pushing me out the door and thus I left with the feeling of a very poor purchasing experience at the dealership overall. Will probably be shopping elsewhere in the future.
Tried to buy a used truck from this place, put an offer to a salesman, Ash, he accepted it while also noting that another person was currently looking at the truck. The offer was for a little less than asking and with some small cleaning requests. He took my deposit and said he would call me back. Calls back and says that he can't sell it to me for that price and that he could only accept full asking, going back on our original agreed price and also never disclosing the "unnecessary, fraudulent, and ludicrous" documentation fee of $595...Sales manager Mark gets involved, and they cancel the deposit and the agreed to price. Very suspect situation because at the exact time another person was looking at it. Not the way to do business and I will tell everyone I know of my experience (my company has 3700 employees).

Daryl and Rocko took the time to help me find the right car for my lifestyle and one that fits my budget. I am very very happy with my purchased and their services. I dropped my car on Friday night due to emergency on possibly water pump exploded and had to be towed to Chrysler since they are the only one opened after 7 pm. I have been calling to check for my car status since Monday and yesterday I was told second in line. Today I called again and was told I'm the third in line on non-appointment list. The adviser doesn't know why I'm now third in line and can't give certain time/day when my car will be even get checked. I'm HIGHLY recommending to stay away from this dealership as their service is not good. I'm going to sell my car which I bought from this dealership after getting it fixed.
I need to give them credit for the effort and diligence they spent on helping my wife buy a used truck for our son. My wife can be a tough shopper even when she knows little about automobiles. Buying used truck is always a challenge and worse when you dealing with older models. They were patience and helpful.

This dealership is worst than ever. I spent more than $3800 on them and yet my car still broken and even worst, new problems keep appearing. My question is, how in the world a certified dealership like yours will fail to identify the symptoms in the car.
My car was making funny sound, when I took it to them to get inspected and fixed, they clearly told me the trouble and immediately told them fix it which cost me a hefty $1800. Upon receiving the car back, it didn't take more than an hour from their lot before the car broke down. We called AMA tow truck and we got it towed back to them, but the AMA driver believe the mechanics tempered with some parts or unintentionally broke something, which turned out to be true.
The reason I took the car to them because I thought it is better to take it to the dealership than local mechanic shop, but I was wrong.
However, when we towed the car back to them and explain to them the incident, instead, they said the problem was from us. After tirelessly trying to explain to them that the problem couldn't be from us, they somehow convince us to pay another $700 on top of the $1800 which I believe was a rip off. We refused and took the car to a local mechanic.
The mechanic solved the problem they caused and I only paid $300 which was $400 lesser than the $700 they were asking to solve the same problem.
I'm so mad of this unfairness, I will take my complaint to BBB and to small court claim. They shouldn't try to steal my hard earned money when all they do is create more problems. Besides, how can a dealership like yours couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car with all the computers you have at your disposal. The management either not doing their job or they are just there to take people hard earned money.
BEWARE! I'd be careful buying a trade in off this dealership. I bough a Silverado off their lot letting them know the brakes were squealing tons and the auxiliary input was broken and they said they'd get it serviced and call me to find a time. Never did. It's been 3 months of me trying to get them to fix it and they ignore my messages and calls and the A/C had busted within a week. They only gave me $81.00 for my 2003 Ford Explorer XLT ($81 dollars!!) and promised me a box cover for my new truck and haven't given it to me. The finance department was great and so was the salesman at first but I regret buying a trade in from this place with how unaccommodating the dealership has been. It's ridiculous that I'm having to fix these things immediately after taking it off the lot especially when two of them were wrong before I even bought it and I brought it to their attention.
Awesome service! I had been in contact with a few places, looking to get an suv, and nobody called me back after they said they'd get back to me. Andre did! I had emailed him and he called that day! He was a dream to deal with, took care of everything, had me a great little 4x4 suv within a week, delivered and everything. I was blown away. I know he had to put some effort in to find something that I could get approval on with 4x4. I'm so impressed with the service, and I had already been to multiple places. Wow. Andre was genuine too! I reccomend if you are thinking of even asking if there's something out there, call andre and his team. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and got me the approval that the other guys didnt care too. What a Christmas present. Thank you andre!
Wow nothing stops Coquitlam Chrysler from getting you what you want and if for some reason that can't get you what you want due to unforeseen circumstances, they'll come as close as they possibly can. Also seek out the sales lady named Elizabeth or they call her Liz, she will treat you right. Tell her Jason T sent you. As well Coquitlam Chrysler's Finance man is absolutely talented at getting you approved at a lower interest rate so make sure you ask for Murray the master Finance man. I'll also mention the rest of the sales staff they're all very easy people to work with and talk to, very personable and friendly.

During our search for the perfect car, Mike proved that he cares more about building a long lasting professional relationship with his clients than to just selling them a vehicle. I was fortunate when I entered the dealership looking for a new Jeep Cherokee. Lucky in that I met up with Chris Wilde. His sincere and non-pushy approach to sales made me comfortable right from the start. He was patient when I took my time to commit. Kept in touch during my decision making period when I was comparing vehicles at various dealerships. And his words, "Whatever you decide, you do what's best for you" were what I needed to hear. I may have been slightly leaning towards the the other vehicle and although I could easily have elected to choose that one... I just couldn't. Chris actually EARNED my business. He is a genuinely good person and left my wife and I feeling rather special. Thank you Chris for a great experience!
I recently decided I wanted to get back into a truck. I shopped a variety of dealerships knowing I was looking for a used truck, but looking for a RAM. I came across a truck at Coq. Chrysler, wasn't awed by it so kept looking. I found another truck, I was working on a deal but then an add for yet another truck at this dealership brought me back before making a final decision... A decision I came to regret. I love the truck, things went south pretty quick though. There were some things I wanted corrected, such as the aftermarket siderail that was sloping downward, the outdated entertainment/Nav system needed some updating, nothing major that I was aware of. The truck spent as much time at the dealership than it did with me, yet it seemed we were limping along. I was given a newer RAM to use while mine was hanging out of the dealership, I loved the truck and we worked out a deal, or so I had thought. Then I realized the deal I had made a month prior involved a trade in (almost a straight across deal) and despite both Alvin and Kelly (SMs) telling me I would have the full value of my trade in applied to that deal, they LIED! I told them to revere the deal and put plates back on the first truck AND FIX THE ISSUES! I was told the service manage would contact me... for two weeks. He finally did, altho I firmly believe sales was the delay not Michael. My daughter worked with Michael, knowing how frustrated I had become after dealing the two lying sales managers. Michael has been great!!! His goal was to keep us as customers... and he has. He went above and beyond, as did Alex, our sales associate. I feel bad for Alex because he has to work with the other two. I had originally told Alex to text me if he changes dealerships. However, Alex and Michael are the only reasons I would deal with Coq Chrysler again. I will definitely use the service shop for maintenance as I believe I can trust Michael and therefore his crew. I would buy through Alex again, but only if my business was with the 3rd SM or the GM, I will never allow the other two to be involved in my transactions again.
We arrived late after both my husband had gotten off from work; Matthew Thomas the salesman was very knowledgable in his inventory that was on the lot; explained in details of any questions we had. Everything went smooth; Sales Department; Sales Manager that inspected our mini that we had traded inn that night; and Daryl Dudek for dealing with all the paper work; we were just browsing; did not expect to be walking out with a nice new affordable and safe vehicle. Thank you to everyone for your assistance on making this purchase a smooth one; and listening to what we agreed to our budget. We love our new 2013 Dodge Avenger.
Bought a new 2016 diesel truck, factory ordered it through Coquitlam Chrysler. I had a very positive experience. I dealt with both the salesman Shawn and the sales manager Cal. I can highly recommend both people to anyone. Both kept their word, neither fed me any lies, both were honest and straight shooters with no BS. They knew I wouldn't accept any screwing around, and they treated me with the utmost respect. I would make the same deal again without hesitation. I can easily recommend Shawn Kazemi and Cal Duncan.
