Countless problems in the past due to lack of technical assistance and maintenance and nowadays the thing is repeated: remote control not working and after 4 days of reminders they have not yet deigned to answer and investigate! Even their website for heating and reading management is the worst thing you can find on the net, bad graphics and very slow responses, so much so that you can't realize if it doesn't work or if it's just terribly slow! Really not recommended !!!
