We took our jeep to get a new trail hitch put on. After installing the wrong hitch, they couldn't find the right one.we had to find it our selves at an out wrecker. Sent it back to them to install and the damanage our bumper. they are now refusing to fix it saying that we damaged it, yet it's clear the damage happened when they had the bumper off. The worst part, was the fact that they wouldn't even let us bring the vehicle down there to see it, they were going off photos I emailed them as soon as we saw the damage when we got home.
We now have it in ICBC's hands to repair our Jeep.
Terrible service..and will not accept fault of damaging our vehicle. I will never do business with them again and advise anyone who is considering it to look elsewhere.
