I took my truck for a regular oil change and check...

I took my truck for a regular oil change and check up. After 2 hours of waiting which was supposedly should have be done in 20 mins as the front desk said. I got my car back and decided to head home. In the way to home my car made a very nasty noise and the engine just shuts off. When I got out of the truck I saw a long trail of oil behind my truck. The drain screw for the oil was not put on the proper way and had dropped off the truck.....
