"They say they give you the warranty extension, but in reality if you don't do the maintenance right away they don't even make the mandatory one for the first 2 years"
After hearing the Baltur customer service, he confirmed that this is so, despite the mandatory warranty for the first 24 months and also against the regional regulations that provide for the absence of checks for the first 4 years (on new installations), and then checks with smoke checks every other year.
I believe that the national and / or regional rules must apply, not the ones that the manufacturers manage themselves with their authorized maintainers, for their common good and certainly not for that of the end customer.

Multiblock 100, we called for a spare part (connection pipe between the pump and the combustion chamber) and we were told after half an hour on the phone, that it has not been available from stock and out of production for three years. throw the boilers away? No more Baltur boilers !!!
Less than 24 hours after the publication of the review, I was called by a Baltur employee who explained to me the reason for the unavailability of the spare part, I reiterated that whatever the reason, the spare parts must still be available for customers who have chosen to buy a Baltur boiler instead of another manufacturer. In addition to making apologies from the company, Baltur's contact person assured me that in the face of other requests, the company will have a different attitude to solve the problems of its customers. I was satisfied that the company called me admitting that my reasons were valid, confirming that "an opportunity for growth can be derived from a problem".
