Every time I have visited the service department at this jeep dealership I get poor customer service from indifferent employees. Their attitude is unhelpful, they don't care about the customer, they are bureaucratic and incompetent. I feel like I've enter the 9th circle of hell every time I go in there. They are more than happy to SELL you a vehicle, but good luck getting it serviced. would not recomment 0/10

If I could vote ZERO stars I would. Not worth your time. They do not care about post purchase customer service. Apparently looking up a receipt or a service done is out of their job description and is "too hard" to do. Even with more information than you would need to look it up, it's not their job and can't do it. Never again will I deal with Coquitlam Chrysler or Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler again. No response from multiple emails and inquiries. Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else. BOYCOTT

This is the first time I have used the Coquitlam dealership service department and I was more than happy with this experience. The staff are friendly and I was very impressed with the express line service option. I look forward to dealing with them again. I would recommend anyone who used the Burnaby dealership and are looking for a new home for services etc., to check out the Coquitlam location.

We bought a used (12 000km) Sahara Wrangler JL 2020 . It started quite well, and the salesman was nice at the beginning.

- As soon as we bought the car, and signed the papers and paid, we said "Oh I forgot to let you know that we only have one key. But it costs only 300$ to make a second one". He also said he was going to ask the previous owner and get back to us, he never did. It's rude, and disappointing for that kind of vehicule.

- We came back the day after when we discovered that the detailing (which was supposed to be done before we get the car) was TERRIBLE. Full of dog fur, leaves under the seat, "sticky" stuff on plastic surface etc..

- As part of the deal, we agreed on doing a full protection package for our vehicule. We came back 1 month later for it (that was the earlier we could get), I mentionned the key issue, and nobody was aware of it? Really?

- Replacement car was not clean at all (covid?) and had no GPS, or phone holder inside. Which is in my opinion very disappointing. I was expecting at least something that could replace my vehicule without getting a ticket if I use my phone GPS. When we brought up that their answer was "I think it's a little exaggerated".

- The salesman we've been dealing completely changed as soon as we signed the deal. He was acting like he never talked to us.

-Last but not least, we picked up our car today after getting the protection package done, and mentioning that it needs to be detailed properly. The lady assured us that in order to do the inside the car needed to be spotless. The plastics were still not clean and middle isle were not even touched. At this point we both were really frustrated and brought up. The response we got was "but we are not a detailing company".

We wanted to do a lift, and couple of off-road modification, we will definitely not do it here nor bring it back for the regular service. No apologize, never tried to find a solution or even giving us a discount for a second key or whatever. Nothing. There is a lot of Jeep dealership and we definitely advice you to not go to this one.

I wrote a glowing 5-star review a couple of years ago. Well, now it is 1-star for good reason. Traded my vehicle in which resulted in a new loan with a new bank. Old loan keeps coming out of my account but they don't seem to care. I was told the first time I would have deposited back into my account. 2 weeks later no deposit. Instead another payment comes out again from the previous loan! I text the sales manager and I get no response. I text again an hour later, still no response. 3rd text sent calling him out for ignoring me and this is the exact text he replied with "Buddy I was off for 2 day I am Rea back up ". Really? My problem was supposed to be fixed but instead it gets worse and then I am ignored when I bring it up. And then I get called buddy like I'm a nuisance. F 'em.

The worse Chrysler dearship ever .. the customer service from service department is the worse.. I called many times and went in person to deal with my car recall on new Chrysler 300. It took them 8months before get a part for my car. Whenever I called them always lame excuses and service department also told me they have 400 people waiting for this part recall but we r only getting 2 parts a week so they don't know when they can work on my car and don't have no idea when my turn will be.. always charge up front for services but with 0 customer service so now have stopped going and will never ever go back to them and would not even recommend to anybody to go there. Save your time and money never go there lots more dearship fast and cheaper

I dealt with Gina. She was always straight up with me and always responded to my questions. The transaction of the sale did take a little longer than I had wanted, but that was not the dealerships fault nor my sales lady. Offered a good price for my trade in and an even better price on the used car I bought. Out of all the sales people I have ever dealt with, Gina at Coquitlam Chrysler was by far the best, and easiest to deal with. Thanks Gina!

This is the worst experience I ve ever had buying a car! They are really horrible.
Don't waste your money to these liars. They are very dishonest, unethical, mean and unprofessional. You should be careful before dealing with them about high listing prices, BC car not other province imported car, own car not rental car, own car not auction car, car price drop per year, car accident history check, extended warranty price, car maintenance services etc.

In my case, unfortunately, I have realized countless lies after purchasing my car. What they told me was a full of lies. But I am too late!!!!!

You must compare with other dealership nearby such as Document fee 695$ & financial fee 695$(why both of them are so expensive in this dealership?), listing prices(high), car conditions, car maintenance services etc.

I was so foolish and stupid, and I have lost a lot of money with full regrets within short term after dealing with them.The most painful thing is not only money loss but my frustration which keeps growing. It is so painful in this expensive city!!!!Trust me. I would strongly warn you not to deal with this dealership at all. Don t even try it or think about it. Just avoid them. Otherwise, I bet you will regret as well as I did. No doubt, this dealership is the most successful organization which collects uncountable money from blind & stupid customers like me.

We just bought our first Jeep from this dealership and our salesmen Shawn was fantastic and such a massive help. He brought the vehicle all the way to us in east Van so we could check it out and didn't need to venture to Coquitlam.
There were a few minor things with the vehicle we wanted fixed or repaired and he met all of our needs and requests !
Also included a full tank of gas. He was a great advocate for us as customers and we cannot recommend him enough if you are in the market for a new vehicle. ASK FOR SHAWN!

My boyfriend and I came in after test driving at Toyota and Chevy. We couldn t be happier that we ended up meeting Kevin. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect truck! We were approved within a day and took possession two days after we initially came in. When we came to take delivery, the small dent and scratch we noticed before were fixed & a paint pen was even waiting in the cup holder; over and above! Everything from beginning to end was handled quickly and efficiently, the sales manager explained our trade and the finance manager was extremely professional. Working as an automotive finance manager myself, I really appreciated the transparency and honestly we experienced here! Recent purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee highly recommend Carlo Sutton great guy 5 stars for his service and help in getting a great deal, However when it comes to closing the deal hard pressure sales from the warranty department certainly a 1 STAR experience - over 3 hours later just to get the deal the was agreed upon, and it still wasn't sorted, this has left me with a very bad impression of the dealership and reluctant to use them for future services of both my jeep and gmc vehicles.

I called service and explained the situation. I was told it could be electrical problems and had to make an appointment. I needed to change my key fob battery so I went to the parts department and had it changed. I then went to the service counter and was greeted by a very friendly, courteous , willing to be of help person. I explained the situation with my Van. He said where is your vehicle? He followed me to my van. He said jump in to the drivers seat and I will take the co pilots seat. He look at one control area and asked me to look at the same area. He said the switch is off.and to turn it on. Now everything worked. What a guy. It is people like this that keep me coming back to Coquitlam Chrysler service.

I own a repair shop in Coquitlam. I was a parts customer for close to 40 years until I bought an new engine from them. Installed it in my customers car, and it was losing coolant from day one. THEY have to do their own warranty (if I open it, I void the warranty). They had it 3 weeks and said it was fine/refused to fix it. It then developed a nasty rattle. It's got roughly 20,000 Km's on it. They checked it out, said it was fine, sent him on his way, and it's now completely seized up. They still refuse to do anything about it. From my experience, I would stay far away from these guys !!!

I had a great experience purchasing my pre-owned Jeep at Coquitlam Chrysler. Marty took care of me from the moment I pulled in and stepped out of my old beater, explaining to him I needed a new ride. He showed me a few different Jeeps and when I expressed interest in one in particular, he suggested I take it home for the night and let my wife check it out. Even now, months later he calls me to follow up and make sure I'm still happy. I don't do that for customers at my work but it makes me think I should because I feel very well looked-after. Marty made sure all the other employees at the dealership treated me well (which I'm sure they would have anyway). Al the finance guy was also great to deal with. He helped me understand all the finance options and warranty very well.

All in all I would recommend Coquitlam Chrysler to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My sales guy was Robert and I can not recommend him highly enough. Robert was able to work within my budget and find me and my family the perfect vehicle without rushing or making me feel pressured- While also diverting me from options I could have been "upsold". He heard what our needs were and kept us on track without making us over-spend.
When something went wrong with the car shortly after purchase (weather proofing- common-ish problem with Jeeps) he got it booked in the same day- a courtesy car booked and the problem resolved right away.
I felt cared for and that he wanted what was best for me and my family.
We also worked with Kim and Lisa (Finance and Manager) who were also both an absolute pressure to deal with. They made the process simple and easy as well as making us feel valued despite not having the biggest of budgets and not wanting to purchase any of the "additions". I would 100% endorse Robert and the Team here.

We received lots of information about what we were looking for with just the right details to help us make the right, informed choice in buying my dream car. Dealing with Kevin was amazing. We went in Sunday to buy a new Jeep because the old one had just had enough. We drove all the way from Abbotsford. My husband had to drag me in kicking and screaming because my experience with car dealerships has not been good to say the least. From the moment we walked in - we got the best service I've ever encountered (and I work in a client service industry). We were not pressured in any way. Our sales guy Terry was laid back, helpful and informative. When it came to financing, Mike was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I left with the SUV I wanted at a price lower than I anticipated, and an interest rate far better than I had budgeted for. The experience, from beginning to end, was actually an extremely pleasant one. I will go back to Coquitlam Dodge for every vehicle from now on and plan on bringing my kids in. My husband has bought 4 Dodge's in the last 6 years, and he will be going to Coquitlam from now on. We didn't have to hang around for hours, never had to go back, no calls, trying to encourage us to buy a more expensive vehicle... much unlike previous experiences. Already, I've received a call from Finance to verify I'm happy with what we did. 5 stars for sure. I'd give more if it that was an option.

Truly terrible service and absolutely clueless staff! Speaking with both the sales and service teams, no one has a clue what they're doing at the dealership. Took forever to get any sort of response to simple inquiries, and every time we followed up just lead to more dead ends. The worst part is they did not own up to any sort of error or make any apologies. Absolutely will not visit again or cannot recommend.

I told him I was looking for a used reliable vehicle for my daughter for work. He took us out and showed us what was on the lot. A real nice Honda Fit had just come on to the lot and I liked it and what this car had to offer. Had a vehicle that would not start due to apparent electrical problems.
Multiple indicator lights, battery not charging, non-starting.
Had it towed in and they got it going again with a new battery but the indicator lights came on again.
They quickly got it back into the shop and found a problem with the alternator.
This would have been a costly repair but they were able to get it covered under warranty as a goodwill gesture.
I am very grateful and appreciative of the courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff in the service department at Coquitlam Chrysler. They turned my stressful and difficult situation into one of goodwill, assistance, and generosity of spirit. I was fearing the worst but was rewarded with results exceeding my expectations. My experience with the people there will shape my feelings toward the company.

If you are looking for a car and great service, this is the place to go. We were helped by Kevin, who was absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. Having just arrived from the UK, he found us exactly what we wanted and at a fantastic price, and even threw in many extras. We are very pleased with our new car and will definitely go back when we need our second car. Great service all round and would definitely recommend this dealership 100%. :-)

They found a satisfactory solution for which I am very happy with I am now in a 2015 Rubicon and it is beautiful. The excitement I had when I went in originally, which went out the window with the issues on the 2014 has been restored I can say now that experience has turned into a good one. I wanted to take a moment and detail a recent experience which I had at Coquitlam Chrysler. In August of 2011, I purchased a new dodge caravan. The vehicle since the purchase date has not been serviced at any other dealership or automotive repair shop.

Over the course of the last seven years and now entering the eight year, the service department in general has been very accommodating, customer service oriented and looked after the mechanical needs of my caravan to the best of their abilities.

This past summer, I experienced some set backs where their were some shortcomings to the work completed. Upon further discussion with the service team advisors, Louie , Kelly, Phil, Chris, Sydney, and the service Manager Scott, these ongoing repair issues were rectified to my complete satisfaction.

In addition to addressing my concerns, this weekend February 3, 2019 upon taking my vehicle in for a regularly scheduled maintenance, upon wishing to pay for the work performed. I was advised the work was completed at NO COST TO ME. This act of customer care was not required nor expected. The dealership did me this courtesy and work to reinforce they value their customers. Further,that Coquitlam Chrysler Service Department is committed to doing what is right for their customers and the safety of the vehicles they service and that they genuinely care about the customers which place their trust into work performed at this dealership. I want to reiterate I do not go about writing testimonials and I was not paid to endorse the Service department but felt compelled to acknowledge their efforts to not only look after my vehicle but to satisfy me as a customer.

I have purchased 3 Vehicles from Coquitlam Chrysler. I can t say they gave me a great deal but they have given me deals I can live with.

What Coquitlam Chrysler has done very well is finding me the right vehicle. My current vehicle I was trading in the truck and simply said I d like something with awd.

They brought me three vehicles to look at and I really liked the 2015 Chrysler 200s awd. I was able to purchase a warranty, trade in my truck drive off the lot very happy.

That was a year and a half ago and I still couldn t be happier with my car. Despite not knowing anything about the 200 when I bought it turns out it was the perfect car for me.

I stepped into this place Sept 5 and was greeted by Daryl Snow out on the lot. I came in looking for a truck initially. Now almost 2 months later I finally left with my brand new Jeep Cherokee. It was a very long process just to try to get me into a vehicle, I probably looked at almost every single one on their lot. They worked so hard on trying to get me financed on a vehicle that I would like and 2 months later we finally decided on what would work. Daryl listened to my wants in a vehicle, wasn't pushy in any way and when I thought I was going to give up, he wasn't forcing me into anything I wasnt ready for. I appreciate his amazing personality and attitude throughout the entire buying process. I would also like to mention Kelly Lum with the hard work he put into this deal for me, he was super understanding and patient with me as I was very indecisive of what I wanted. Not to mention Gina D. in the finance office, I can't even begin to imagine how many times she had to resubmit a deal to the bank for me for all the vehicles I was trying to get into. Their services was quick, people are polite and very accommodating, nice and professional. When I ask them my concern about my vehicle, they explained to me very well. As usual Coquitlam Chrysler took very good care of us. We went to Coquitlam Chrysler with intentions of looking but not deciding right away. Owen did a great job taking care of us and made sure we were happy with our truck before driving it off the lot. His communication with me after we bought the truck was above and beyond, I will be dealing with Owen for future purchases and will recommend him to family and friends. I was in the market to purchase a new Jeep. I dealt with Ben who was nothing short of amazing. We spoke before I even care to the dealership so when I got there it was such a short process! I was in and out in no time at all! It was such a great experience! I would highly recommend going there and working with him if you can!

Got a 2018 dodge ram from them. Well besides the fact they didn't call me before checking my credit. They got my info from a third party. They delivered the truck, the guy kept trying to rush me saying he had to be at the airport. The paperwork wasn't even completed. The warranty papers were all messed up. I had to call countless times for weeks to get any answers. I did end up dealing with them because they had my info already. The truck is nice, except the 2012 made tires on them. They tried telling me they were the stock tires after I noticed them. They absolutely have no morals. They absolutely don't care about anything else besides you signing the papers. If you want to be disrespected go to them. Disgraceful customer service. Disappointed is an understatement.

In my opinion, they were purposely deceptive in revealing damage to a 'new" vehicle!!

Traded in a perfectly fine Yukon for a 2014 Rubicon. which had approx 3000 Kms. Sales and management said there were no accidents and that the previous owner was a Pattison relative, never off road etc etc. There were no signs of damage, just some minor paint scrapes.
They gave the running vehicle to us, after all the paperwork etc was completed, we went to get gas 1 block away. Went to start and it would not. Jimmied around with battery, got it going, took it back.

BRUTAL PART######
We had it for a couple days when we heard a weird knocking/clanging sound underneath it. Looked under the vehicle to see and that is when we noticed that the under carriage was totally thrashed. It appeared someone had taken it 4x4ing and totally beat the vehicle. The undercarriage is dented and scraped very badly.
Sent an email and no response. Called and was verbally abused by the sales manager Cal. Called general manager and he has not called back.

So the solution for this is to make up some pickets and stand in front of the business so everyone knows how they did not reveal the damage., were verbally abusive and obviously do not care enough to respond to the issue. It seems to be the typical "take advantage of a woman. Maybe I should have brought old clothes so i could look under a new vehicle to see if it was thrashed. I obviously should not have trusted Coquitlam Chysler to be upfront and honest to say anything.

Judging by the reviews on here, I am not the first to have a horrible experience with this business.

If you see us out there with pickets give a honk.

We have taken it to another place and had them look at the damage and they say it is bad and that there is no way the dealership did not know. It will apparently void any warranties that they got me to buy etc.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE

*DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP* I had a terrible experience on both the sales and service end. Uninformed salesperson that tried to push me into a higher end model than I asked for. Didn t know anything about the vehicles. Also I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair and they dented the running board. I was told I would receive a call from the service manager but of course that never happened. Suffice to say this is a terrible place to deal with on both sides and you are better off saving your time and money by going ANYWHERE else.

I purchased my car from them had and had an issue of my rear view camera that was added upon my request. had an issue with it and the dealership took full responsibility and replaced a 3000$ item to get the camera working. I get regular calls to check if I'm happy with my car. When I drop the car for maintenance they drop me back and they come pick to pick me up whenever the car is ready.

I bought a car in the beginning of January from a representative named Ryan. He seemed friendly and trustworthy at first and we went through with the deal. After signing the papers, he gave me one key. I asked for the spare and he said his manager has it, so promised to give it to me next week. He even offered to ship it to me free of charge. One week went by and I followed up with him and he said there's no key available claiming this car came with no spare key when it was new from the factory. I contacted the maker of this car directly and was advised all their cars came with two keys. After explaining the situation to Ryan he claimed he would give me $500 compensation to get the key made. He told me to call his manager Sven the week after. I called Sven and he had no idea what I was talking about and said he would followup with me. Of course, he did not follow up and was always unavailable when I called. I contacted Ryan multiple times after that and all messages were left unanswered.

Robin went out of his way to make sure we got the deal that was right for us. He also made sure that the final buying process with others at the dealership went smoothly. Terrible customer service. Tried to explain to the service rep (name withheld) what my issue was I was talked over and ignored. No option to check if the issue was warranty related without committing to paying for all of the work - WHAT?? When has any other service/mechanic shop ever pulled that?? When it came time to leave, no shuttle for over an hour (is it that hard to put a dealer plate on one of the cars in the lot and have someone drive my wife and I home?). 5 hours later I had to call to get a status update turns out the vehicle was ready (apparently they don t proactively call the customer for updates). How long was it sitting there? Less than 30K on my vehicle and already issues (despite bringing in vehicle at 10K and 20K for servicing at THIS location). I could go on
I WAS however given a $20 discount on the work the generosity!! Oh, and don t waste your time messaging me Ben ..Scott made it very clear that he makes the final call with customer service issues.

After a car accident we took our vehicle in for a squealing noise. We were assured it was not related to accident and we needed brake job. After paying for new brakes the squealing remained and we were told we needed another brake job as the rotors were turned rather than replaced . we had brakes done a second time only to find that didn't help. Third visit we found out rear axle was bent which body shop covered but we paid for TWO brake jobs. On top of that we bought new tires and tire shop explained wheel nuts were tightened with impact wrench so tight we we had to sign waiver there were not responsible if lug nuts broke when they were removed. Paid twice for brake job and had we got flat on logging road we would have NEVER been able to undo wheel nuts to change a tire as they were way over tightened! sloppy work and unacceptable we paid for same job twice.

Coquitlam Chrysler was extremely accommodating when my Dodge Ram had to be towed in for repairs after the Service Department was closed. Kelly, the Sales Manager, arranged for Service to look at our truck first thing the next morning. Philip, a Service Advisor, kept us updated on repairs and appreciated our need to have the truck back that same day. Kudos to all the technicians who went above and beyond to finish the work as quickly as possible!

This dealership is the most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful business I have ever dealt with.

I will not get into all the details about my experience but the Internet Sales Manager, Mark Smith (If I have the wrong Mark, I apologize but the Mark I was dealing with is a sawed-off runt). This guy really should be sent for customer service courses and I don't know who he slept with to become a manager, but he couldn't manage himself out of a paper bag.

I went out to the dealership with the intention of buying a Jeep and after dealing with Mark they could not have paid me to take a vehicle from them.

Sorry for being blunt but avoid this guy like Ebola.

I ended up going to Destination Chrysler in North Vancouver the next day and the experience was like night and day. This is a dealership that gets it and really knows how to treat a customer provided me with the best customer service experience I have ever had dealing with any service.

Coquitlam Chrysler Dodge Jeep provided me with the worst experience I have ever encountered, and I have let anyone that would listen know about it.

I own a dog walking business, no rentals, no courtesy cars are available because they don't allow dogs. What does this mean if my work/ personal vehicle has a problem! I can't work! Scott and his team understand this, they work hard each time to get me back on the road as soon as possible without compromising quality work and no guessing. They want to do it right..the first time! Love this team, they help me to keep the pups and I safe, and to me that is priceless!!
