I dropped my car on Friday night due to emergency on possibly water pump exploded and had to be towed to Chrysler since they are the only one opened after 7 pm. I have been calling to check for my car status since Monday and yesterday I was told second in line. Today I called again and was told I'm the third in line on non-appointment list. The adviser doesn't know why I'm now third in line and can't give certain time/day when my car will be even get checked. I'm HIGHLY recommending to stay away from this dealership as their service is not good. I'm going to sell my car which I bought from this dealership after getting it fixed.
