Terrible customer service. Tried to explain to the service rep (name withheld) what my issue was I was talked over and ignored. No option to check if the issue was warranty related without committing to paying for all of the work - WHAT?? When has any other service/mechanic shop ever pulled that?? When it came time to leave, no shuttle for over an hour (is it that hard to put a dealer plate on one of the cars in the lot and have someone drive my wife and I home?). 5 hours later I had to call to get a status update turns out the vehicle was ready (apparently they don t proactively call the customer for updates). How long was it sitting there? Less than 30K on my vehicle and already issues (despite bringing in vehicle at 10K and 20K for servicing at THIS location). I could go on
I WAS however given a $20 discount on the work the generosity!! Oh, and don t waste your time messaging me Ben ..Scott made it very clear that he makes the final call with customer service issues.
