We went in Sunday to buy a new Jeep because the old one had just had enough. We drove all the way from Abbotsford. My husband had to drag me in kicking and screaming because my experience with car dealerships has not been good to say the least. From the moment we walked in - we got the best service I've ever encountered (and I work in a client service industry). We were not pressured in any way. Our sales guy Terry was laid back, helpful and informative. When it came to financing, Mike was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I left with the SUV I wanted at a price lower than I anticipated, and an interest rate far better than I had budgeted for. The experience, from beginning to end, was actually an extremely pleasant one. I will go back to Coquitlam Dodge for every vehicle from now on and plan on bringing my kids in. My husband has bought 4 Dodge's in the last 6 years, and he will be going to Coquitlam from now on. We didn't have to hang around for hours, never had to go back, no calls, trying to encourage us to buy a more expensive vehicle... much unlike previous experiences. Already, I've received a call from Finance to verify I'm happy with what we did. 5 stars for sure. I'd give more if it that was an option.
