Recent purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee highly recommend Carlo Sutton great guy 5 stars for his service and help in getting a great deal, However when it comes to closing the deal hard pressure sales from the warranty department certainly a 1 STAR experience - over 3 hours later just to get the deal the was agreed upon, and it still wasn't sorted, this has left me with a very bad impression of the dealership and reluctant to use them for future services of both my jeep and gmc vehicles.
