An electronics store that's more geared towards special interests. Sports a wider product range especially regarding cables, switches, RC equipment, drones, amps, etc. Not particularly good for buying media consumption devices like TVs, phones or the like.

There is a reason why people prefer to shop online. This store is a perfect example of a retail store that didn't evolve with the time (like many Germany businesses). I went to return a product today as well as buy new items. There was 1 person working both the customer service desk and the cash register. She was very unfriendly, but I can imagine that's because of the high workload she is under. They have many cash registers, but there was only one open.

Getting capacitors and cables was also another mess because of course also here they had one person working whilst there were many people waiting in line. I have nothing bad to say about the employee, he was knowledgeable and friendly. I don't understand why there isn't a vending machine for small items such as capacitors/switches and cables so that the employees can actually focus on helping the customers. It doesn't make sense to be waiting 20 minutes to get a couple capacitors and another 15 minutes to pay for it.

Whoever is managing this store should really reevaluate themselves because they're doing a terrible job at it and there is absolutely no way so few staff can actually manage a store like this. How can this be a store for technology when they're so behind the times?

There was no advice from Mr. Le ....... in the model making department. It was more important to the gentleman to put boxes on the shelves. Questions were only dealt with in short form. And then again and again the repetition I should order on the Internet. There is not even a customer toliette. Overall, does not invite you to linger.

Preliminary: This is not an impulsive contribution, but a repeated situation of many as I have already experienced it several times (or similar).

Wanted to buy a host usb cable for my tablet because, strangely enough, my tablet keyboard did not fit with the existing micro usb port.
When waiting at the service reception on the first floor, the few employees (50+) seem clearly too relaxed. The one leaned in the hi-fi department at a table in a conversation deepened the other had an endless consultation with a customer for a printer. Patiently I waited (with me meanwhile also 4 further customers), as the coworker - which was in the discussion with the potenziellen printer buyer - briefly at the receipt looked and something in the Pc typed. I looked at him, he out of the corner of my eye and deliberately ignored me.
Finally came a retired employee (about 20min later) (Trainee? Intern?) Who tried my problem to accept. First was first doubted that my laptop keyboard would not fit, then my tablet was wrong in the Internet search mask on the Conrad Internet presence entered, entered the USB host cable incorrectly and ultimately only searched for "something". Conrad did not have it on his website, that was basically not the case.

Apart from that, the assortment has the worst junk-level that is available for the most part to buy a lot cheaper on various Internet platforms. If I see 1.5m normal USB cable for 9,99Euro I already know.

Conclusion: The store has for me rather the mentality of a Gnadenhofes for junk and staff. Customer friendliness and service is virtually nonexistent.

Very disappointing, Conrad Electronic's best years are apparently (unfortunately) over. Too few sellers who are very nice but always busy. Ultimately no purchase, since no advice and now I have ordered everything on the Internet.

I am more than shocked I was on my way to buy three MacBooks for the company. We came to a booth where a Mr. Vodafone makes contracts. We just looked at him and kept walking. We were about 15 m away from his booth in one Aisle inside and had just been looking at products at that moment the gentleman came running after us and stood up in front of us and said what do you want what do you want because I break you down we were really scared that we would end up in a situation that we then I got my cell phone out to film. It had to be Conrad's security first, otherwise it would be absolutely escalating as he then attacked my acquaintance with whom I was at Conrad. The employee was really amazing very aggressive I have never experienced anything like this in my whole life after the situation has not changed We went to the management board. We heard from the management board. Yes, I will speak to my employees. Sorry to apologize. It is really nice and good. Normally he should have continued the conversation between us and the employee immediately because we have was really afraid that he would start beating us so he showed such extreme aggression It is just a problem letting go of people with mental illnesses on customers Otherwise I can not explain it and after not making any reasonable apologies to us this store is history for me at Media Markt I was served very friendly afterwards

Terribly disrespectful and slow service by the guy...

Terribly disrespectful and slow service by the guys in the store. Had to wait for 45 mins in a total of 3 lines, for returning a defect product, which they refused me testing in the first place when I originally bought it. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they acted belittling, questioning my own competence with electronics. The lady at the cash register was the only competent person in the store. Regarding their high prices, I would expect at least standard service.

I could only spend the credit in a Conrad store, so I asked if the 8 products I wanted to buy online were in stock at the Kreuzberg branch. It was checked very quickly and sent me by SMS confirmation of the compilation to the collection date. Absolutely friendly, professional service! 1.000x better than MediaMarkt and Co. Highly recommended!

Conrad Hasenheide in Kreuzberg is the worst place I have ever come across. Was there for the first time (and last time, unless I bring the camera back ...).
Yesterday you were allowed to wait first to ask on the ground floor where the device you are looking for is exhibited. Then not found on the upper floor. Asked a hiding employee who - instead of moving - meant to describe the way for me. Then after further searching, finally found. There is NO information on the devices from the store. So I waited again for the only other employee at the information desk who was just talking to a customer whose cell phone gets so hot when charging that she cannot touch it. Was already once for four weeks (!) For the obviously unsuccessful guarantee rep. and the MA asked seriously if she really wanted to send the device back in ... Fortunately (?) the customer agreed to take the device with her to drive to the device service in Tempelhof HERSELF ... They were very nice People and the boss would be there more often at the Conrad itself (luckily the MA did not ask why you can't use such "nice" contact to spare the woman the trip to Tempelhof).
Then it was my turn, I asked if he could tell me something about the chamber devices and the answer was actually: No, the corresponding colleague would be at the table and I would have to wait. Wouldn't take long. I announced that I would already wait half an hour in the house, which he obviously didn't care. So I waited. Then it was handed to me and I called the Conrad Internet telephone number. and complained audibly what kind of customer service it was. During the conversation I was informed that the "colleague" was there. This specialist advice then looked like the employee took a picture of the article names on the shelf with his mobile phone and then read the data to me on the PC. He knew nothing but absolutely nothing by himself. And the other two weren't able to do that?!?
You have to know that there were hardly any customers.
Simply outrageous and impossible! Actually, I wanted to buy a cell phone, but after the experience I definitely didn't want to buy it from Conrad (especially with regard to the complaint).

Once wrong advice was given, the second time I was told no questions were answered. Over and over again, this company undercuts itself, and I loved going there. Just sad.

Edit: The third chance to sell was also spectacularly wasted. Spending money quietly is ok, but asking even the most primitive question about a technical component from the range? Oh yeh, I really don't know ...
I am speechless that a consumer electronics store can afford personnel who, without exception, show neither expertise nor interest in any form of customer service. Even a star is too much.

Gave a few reasons why I could criticize something because they either sell unpractical stuff, such as a usb-ttl adapter for which no Windows 10 driver officially gives, but I would still go because it is super close to the subway. I can just go and ask some questions if they do not go too deep. Hmm I give the four stars but just barely. I am convinced that a few employees could be trained better, then everything would be fine.

The store is extremely run-down and the range in the RC department does not reflect nearly the online assortment. It is limited in contrast to the online range of only one manufacturer. A comparison of different products was therefore not given. I would like to know what kit I should give my son for his birthday. As you know, not exactly cheap. Since the shop is actually always well attended, you obviously stopped getting involved with individual customers at some point.
There was probably a lot of stealing in the past, so that every customer is under surveillance here at every turn and small components are even handed over at the checkout. I love going out to Segor where real experts also advise you individually.
There are cheaper alternatives for PC components or HiFi / Multimedia.
I find it really shabby, like in the laundry basket, defect devices, often just looking for special waste and SCRAP at horrific stupid prices. Sometimes even more expensive than a corresponding new device elsewhere.
The Conrad is perhaps recommended for individual segments in the area of model making. The staff also seems quite competent

After the mediocre reviews here, I expected something else.
But when I bought here on the evening of 30.12.15 I was very pleased!
So much so that I spent almost two hours in the shop.
I had a total of three employees in the electronics / soldering contact, all of whom answered me competently to my questions and have advised me on purchasing and were also extremely friendly! (The cashier was also super cute and also funny, the waiting in the queue is very amusing!)
I have u.a. Bought soldering accessories and electronic components, a power supply and electronic learning packages (in total ~ 150 ). The long way from Frankfurt (Oder) was worthwhile and I like to come back for shopping here.

Typical Conrad: a lot of special interest gear available, hobbyist paradise yada yada, also small electronic parts, but a lot of stuff is slightly overpriced especially compared to ordering from China or something. Staff moderately helpful but definitely more knowledgeable about their fields than at other stores. This Conrad was almost claustrophobically warm when I was there. I sweated.
