I went in December 2017, and closed 4 tours with AR Turismo, it cost 340 reais which gives 85 reais per tour, I thought carooo compared to other northeastern states that I have been to and still on my fourth tour I had a confusion because they changed he on the other hand without telling me, I was very angry and called the guide who sold me the package, but she didn't answer because she had already finished working hours, here comes the problem, the list is fixed at the hotel at 6 pm and the guide hours ends at 5 pm, how can I complain like that? I had to wait the next day to complain. The next day they found out and saw that I was right and even told me that they would see if there was a place to put me on the Chalana walk, but they did it.
And another very important detail, when it is raining the tour is done, I went to Arraial dajuda under the rain, I confess it was not good. we stayed at the Blitz support point, the place is nice, the employee was attentive, but there was only one in the day, attending a lot of kkkkk people, I couldn't get into the water, I just took a walk on the sand with the umbrella and took pictures. If it was sunny it would be a pleasant and beautiful walk.

I arrived in Porto Seguro on 09/12 and since then I have had a problem with my tours, with the schedules of the tours and complaints from the guides. that we are going to drink and eat and every day we have to call to change our tour, since it is very difficult to be able to talk to the guide who never answers the cell phone and the call center never answers, every day we have to wake up early to ask to change.
They warn us that such a day will be a tour, then when we look at the schedule it is somewhere else, not to mention that some guides are very rude, if we are paying the minimum we have to be treated well.
Not to mention that sometimes the guides get off in the middle of the road leaving tourists alone on the buses and if something happens to someone, how do you do it?
A note for improvements for the next customers. Honestly I am dissatisfied with the service provided.
