Conrad Hasenheide in Kreuzberg is the worst place ...

Conrad Hasenheide in Kreuzberg is the worst place I have ever come across. Was there for the first time (and last time, unless I bring the camera back ...).
Yesterday you were allowed to wait first to ask on the ground floor where the device you are looking for is exhibited. Then not found on the upper floor. Asked a hiding employee who - instead of moving - meant to describe the way for me. Then after further searching, finally found. There is NO information on the devices from the store. So I waited again for the only other employee at the information desk who was just talking to a customer whose cell phone gets so hot when charging that she cannot touch it. Was already once for four weeks (!) For the obviously unsuccessful guarantee rep. and the MA asked seriously if she really wanted to send the device back in ... Fortunately (?) the customer agreed to take the device with her to drive to the device service in Tempelhof HERSELF ... They were very nice People and the boss would be there more often at the Conrad itself (luckily the MA did not ask why you can't use such "nice" contact to spare the woman the trip to Tempelhof).
Then it was my turn, I asked if he could tell me something about the chamber devices and the answer was actually: No, the corresponding colleague would be at the table and I would have to wait. Wouldn't take long. I announced that I would already wait half an hour in the house, which he obviously didn't care. So I waited. Then it was handed to me and I called the Conrad Internet telephone number. and complained audibly what kind of customer service it was. During the conversation I was informed that the "colleague" was there. This specialist advice then looked like the employee took a picture of the article names on the shelf with his mobile phone and then read the data to me on the PC. He knew nothing but absolutely nothing by himself. And the other two weren't able to do that?!?
You have to know that there were hardly any customers.
Simply outrageous and impossible! Actually, I wanted to buy a cell phone, but after the experience I definitely didn't want to buy it from Conrad (especially with regard to the complaint).
