I was shopping online and had a prepaid card that is rare (is a small provider). I could only spend the credit in a Conrad store, so I asked if the 8 products I wanted to buy online were in stock at the Kreuzberg branch. It was checked very quickly and sent me by SMS confirmation of the compilation to the collection date. Absolutely friendly, professional service! 1.000x better than MediaMarkt and Co. Highly recommended!
