Terribly disrespectful and slow service by the guy...

Terribly disrespectful and slow service by the guys in the store. Had to wait for 45 mins in a total of 3 lines, for returning a defect product, which they refused me testing in the first place when I originally bought it. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they acted belittling, questioning my own competence with electronics. The lady at the cash register was the only competent person in the store. Regarding their high prices, I would expect at least standard service.
