Once wrong advice was given, the second time I was told no questions were answered. Over and over again, this company undercuts itself, and I loved going there. Just sad.

Edit: The third chance to sell was also spectacularly wasted. Spending money quietly is ok, but asking even the most primitive question about a technical component from the range? Oh yeh, I really don't know ...
I am speechless that a consumer electronics store can afford personnel who, without exception, show neither expertise nor interest in any form of customer service. Even a star is too much.
