Worse service in the whole world! The employees seem not helpful at all.

The employees in the TV department gave me very good advice when connecting my MacBook and old TV that doesn't have a VGA & HDMI connection and really took the time to help me and found a perfect solution and they also take care of you you don't have to count so much for something, I would say so much better for Mediamarkt and Saturn.

I also have to say that you really can find everything there!

Very nice team and inexpensive and with customer card 3 year guarantee instead of 2 I like to go there

Just a Conrad. Unfortunately, there are often long waiting times at weekends because there are too few sales people.

Saftladen! I've been there a few times now, something has always been wrong: packed wrong items at the counter, wait 30 minutes to ask a component, overpriced prices, poor selection of components for circuits, sometimes inferior quality. Small tip as an alternative: Segor in Charlottenburg!

Unfortunately you don't get everything anymore! And some products are just throw away products e.g.
Small clamp lamp, the light bulb can no longer be changed MUST DISCARD THE WHOLE LAMP

Plug switch cable model construction ... Is more a place where men feel comfortable ... but nice staff very helpful

I LOVE this place !! The employees are really well trained in technology, advice and customer service.

Especially Mr. Wallstein, I find particularly friendly and hard-working. A very customer-oriented and patient advisor!
The atmosphere among the employees also seems to be good.
I just find it too hot there and an unreasonable expectation for the employees to work with such a bad air conditioning system in the current temperatures. Nevertheless, one does not notice the difficult conditions of the employees !!
I am enthusiastic about the service and in more than 10 years I have never had negative experiences in the business. Neither with the technology, nor with the service, nor with Umtauch or similar.
In any case 5 stars and 1 extra star for Mr. Wallstein :)!

Terrible customer service - one of the very few edges brick and mortar stores have over online shopping is the human dimension. If you don t invest in that, I don t see how you have a chance.

For the fact that there are millions of components, I have always found something here.
The fact that there is a competent employee here at the electronics counter always pulls me here.
If you do not want to run around otherwise, you should perhaps check online beforehand whether the desired part is available in the branch.

An employee is contacted immediately after entering the branch. Quick friendly information, then to the next department on the 1st floor. Almost all information occupied despite the house being full. After a short wait, friendly and helpful employees went to the shelf, gave advice and looked for the right part. The shop is well and clearly sorted, the product range is top.
Shopping is fun here. Highly recommended. Conclusion: friendly, customer-oriented specialist staff, good range. No long waiting at the cash registers ..

Relatively well stocked and a wide range of products.

Construction and furnishing of the market seem outdated, narrow and "rounded off"; when you come in, you feel stressed by the bad air and the tightness equal !!!! .... Here would be either a conversion or relocation urgently needed. The lockers in the entrance area are abolished, because they only take up space. Employees make a great effort, luckily on my last visit I got what I could not get elsewhere. Distribution of goods and the floor are cumbersome for the customer, it does not even seem to give a lift to get to the floor (or I have not discovered it). I do not understand why the management does not want to modernize this market, where neither customers nor employees really feel at home.

Always a good experience. If something was not there, it was worried without any ifs and buts. One or the other has to get used to the Berlin style that prevails in the shop there, but that is exactly what makes the sales staff there very personable. The store itself is on 2 floors and could just use an optical up-date. Hence a star deduction!

A lot products too fair prices . No long ques in the Register area . Nice but good security guy at enterance. Nice workers . A bit too warm in summer .

The women's front behind the counter in the entrance area, consisting of cashiers and other employees, defends this shop with all means, as if the customer were the archenemy. Should you express the slightest bit of criticism or disregard one of the umpteen established rules, you can expect a huge storm of derogatory comments. Should you still manage to fight your way through this cleverly installed defensive front, you will meet mostly helpful employees in the shop.

Cheap Ramsch- and Rumpelladen ... not what Conrad actually stands for, the staff (not the cashier, but those who should advise) are just too rude. I've tried several times to get a quick info and it always looked like this: Long were, brash announcement, but never a problem has been solved or am I with the feeling advised to have gone out. I can also order online!

We had an RC boat a question which was answered by a very nice staff to the satisfaction of voll.Zur replacement battery was also helped us. So that we could acquire them at the same time. There was everything we expected in this store. SUPER keeps it up

electronics shop quite central. for small, a bit obstructed and angled. because not so small the full range. staff are nice, friendly, hard-working, mostly competent. 3 stars. deduction of 2 stars because very long wait times at component counter and cashier, far too few staff! and often also products sold out.

Please install an air conditioning system. Was there in summer 2018, it was very cozy and warm, otherwise great.

My experience for over 60 years ...

I've been there for the last time. I approached an employee looking for an article. Then I was sent on, to an information desk, with the words "if they do there I help them with the search". At the information desk you had no idea where to find the article, so it was sent to the next employee. He turned pronto and disappeared with a customer behind me. On the way out, another employee was found and addressed which then wanted to send me back to the said information desk, if I wanted an answer. Obviously these coworkers do not feel like their job, do not want to sell customers and Conrad do not feel like selling. In any case, I'm away for a change.

I am glad that the shop exists. On the other hand, this branch is somehow always a bit more gammeliger than others. In Hamburg, the shop is similar to e.g. rather a downtown Kaufhof, while this branch reminds me more of former Schlecker stores.
Maybe that must be the case with the clientele at Hermannplatz - but that's why I prefer to be at Nollendorfplatz when I need something.
For the fact that one likes to attract even nerdige types in the advertisement and not a little trained electricians, one does itself in dealing with nerds (to which I presumably belong there) then rather hard. At least this is very dependent on the seller and some here reading to a question exactly what is on a pack (which one has already done so far but not always understood).

Just because I wanted to return the goods I ordered online in the shop, I would have to listen to myself that I should rather buy from Mediamarkt next time ... because customers like me could do the same and I should rather send it by post I'm learning it. I don t have to do something so outrageous! If you don't feel like working in sales, you should look for something new ... collect a deposit e.g. at least you have nothing to do with annoying customers !! Never again!

Not recommended loading. The sellers are pure arrogance. You ask for a converter from 12 to 220 volts. Was sent from one corner to the next and in the end without a home ...

Very competent advice from you staff (high praise). But the prices are already high. Partly 35 higher than in the store.

Nette Leute, kompletten, hilfsbereit, hab zwar nicht alles gefunden und an der Kasse hat sich Stau gebildet aber sonst 4- Sterne .danke Conrad.

Some employees are okay. You can talk reasonably and get a reasonable answer, but some employees do not get a decent answer

Conrad used to be a well-stocked specialty store, today it's an overpriced general store. The staff is unfriendly, sometimes arrogant and quickly annoyed with questions. Standard items are often not available. That's what you stand in line at the counter forever. Better to order online from Reichelt or go straight to SEGOR-electronics.

I only go here in an absolute emergency. The prices are okay, but no better than on Amazon. The problem is the cash register, or rather the cash register. Even when there is a large crowd, only one cash register is open. If you ask at the information whether a cash register can still be opened, this is initially answered in the affirmative, but nothing happens. So yesterday I was in line again for 15 minutes. The information provided by the employee at the info seems almost like a soothing white lie. Customer friendliness looks different.
