What luck that Conrad made it into the new millennium.

At that time there was still Mercury in Berlin, but where else can I get an Elko 470 picofarad on Friday afternoon in my cosmopolitan city ?!

The online shop is great too, but it doesn't replace the on-site service with grumpy employees when it comes to small electrical parts, who always point you in the right direction with immense knowledge and competence. Exactly something like this about veterans makes up the charm that you won't find on YouTube either.

The offer has evolved. As a man you have the feeling there that there is nothing that doesn't exist (does this sentence make sense at all ?!).

Oh, and there are parking spaces there too :-)

Run me here a maximum of once a year, but I am regularly satisfied after my visit. Something else :)

Actually, a market of my dreams, but I have spent components that cost 8 times as the components that I had searched online because the numbers have "changed". Instead of 1.56 I spent over 12 for 6 (!) Components. Too bad that one is not informed about this and then one gets half a shock at the cash register.

Pleasantly surprised. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. If you need answers to questions about adapters, devices and electrical equipment, it's a solid choice. A little pricy, but you get what you pay for with their service.

too little seller and sloppy merchandise management system. Have specially looked for an article on conrad.de, whether he has this store in stock - but then he was in the store only for twice the price to have ... that is super sloppy ...

Has dropped considerably, wanted to buy box parts such as crossovers etc., no longer exists. Then wanted components such as sinks and condensers. Buy, actually their business model, but hardly anything there, only got half and now I have to order the rest online because there are no other dealers like Plastronic, Segor, etc. in Berlin.

You wait forever at the technology small parts counter and the service is rarely good. Still 4 stars, there is everything!

Terrible management, overpriced products, long queues, but an extensive range of more specialist electronic gadgets...its like Maplins, Tandy, RadioShack. However at this store Special Offer items are often not in stock...just a con to get people in the door. I was treated rather rudely by the person who seems to be the manager who disdainfully refunded my 1euro after it got stuck in the bag locker.He made a big show of it and handed me another coin while averting his eyes as though i was some beggar in the gutter. Total nobber! This guy struts about like a lord but he doesn't have a clue about good management practices or customer service (even for Germany!). Never opens a 2nd cash desk even when the queue is 20 people deep & the poor cashier is visible harassed. Avoid this place at busy times, I'd rather not shop here but sometimes it's the only option other than online.

I have been a satisfied customer for years. You actually get everything and good advice.

Was referred by all "freewheeling" employees repeatedly to the stands where complaints were processed. Wait for about 20 minutes but then has a pity me to give the goods out of the shelf out.

I wanted to support a local business instead of just buying more electronics off of Amazon. They're also located conveniently close to my office. Unfortunately, the quality is extremely low and I've had to take all three purchases back. The staff at the return counter is rude and aggressive and every time acted like it was an exception that they would accept the return of defective products.

Honestly, I'm surprised the place is still there.

What happened to me today was already 3 times. I give up. Used today simple network plug CAT5 / 6 ... On the website from 0,17 EUR piece, okay takes man for 32 cents the better. Only one in the store 10 pieces for 19.95 (!) ... exactly the same thing happened to me with a cable and batteries. In the shop there is basically just the most expensive version of everything or everything is more expensive even if 'man charged the shipping costs. Solution: Opposite Bauhaus, protected plug with everything around and ran for EUR 6.95 - 10 st.

We were shouted at by the lady at the counter. She went crazy because we cut our piece of 2 per meter tube by ourselves (we did not know it was not allowed). We left and probably won't be back ever.

I get what I need without being gossiped. Always a good choice for electronics and electronics.

Am here for several decades a regular customer and was always happy with the service, the staff and the price-performance ratio. Even a renovation, would do the old-fashioned shop, sometimes very well. The employees used to be much more motivated and much friendlier than today. Nevertheless, the advice has remained more than good in all directions. The thinning of the staff has long waits at the counters and cash registers. Pity..

The best in electronics, asked the seller, had everything ready immediately and gave tips. Got a 1 in advice and friendliness from me

JBl bluetooth headphones bought thanks to China plastic after less than 3 months, temple broken, no trace of warranty claims in this company, so into the bin there are still louder full shelves hahaha

unbelievably bad customer service!
First, it sells equipment and materials that seem to be inferior and less than functional for less than 11 months (my partner had this bad luck with a printer and a box, myself with a different device and a speakerphone), but then what was not is going. First of all, the employees of this branch prefer to have tea-chats instead of working. Secondly, they want to lecture the customer from above but incorrectly (that packaging should be brought along, hello!), that many months have already passed sheer goodness was whether something could be done - because of, ever heard of consumer rights ??) and third then try to childish way to bully for the fact that he insists on his right - not spend money but talk of vouchers, several times through hunt down the entire store, make several phone calls instead of worrying, end up giving the money at the wrong price and again at the other end of the store.
Impossible (ps the names of the employees are partly known and we reserve the complaint).

Beware of rip-off on the branch parking lot. This is managed by the company PRS parking space service GmbH on behalf, which earns their money with arbitrary fines on private parking places. I have been a customer of Conrad for 30 years. Not anymore from today.

Just claimed my keyboard. Everything went very smoothly and very understanding. Great customer service, despite the uncomfortable heat that the sellers have to endure there.

Great electronics shop, if you only need a few components such as capacitors, resistors or others. For all other things everything is very overpriced, with a few exceptions. It is almost like Aldi, because there is not much staff and therefore you wait at the checkout lines an eternity. The staff is already competent, reasonably friendly and stressed. Today I only wanted to buy pliers signposted for 10.99 euros, but the cash register said 11.99 euros. The cashier asked me to join the department because of that, but for one euro, I did not want to spend half an hour calling the seller. You should rather spend everything right and hire more staff.

I always go here for the most trustworthy electronics, I was having trouble with my iPhone charging cable (bought online) got one here, finally it worked just like the friendly sales guy said it would. Bought many products here in the past and would now always buy here rather than online. Highly recommend!

Kudos to the staff, always friendly and competent. The fact that all things handled online can be picked up below is well regulated (quick pick-up). There is now enough parking space (with parking disc), otherwise it can be expensive.

From the former electronics retailer to the junk shop at hardware store level, very disappointing.

Today I wanted to buy a standard network connector there (LAN). For this I had checked online beforehand whether suitable parts were available in the store, which applied to several suitable items - according to the website.

On site, the relatively annoyed sales staff could only offer me unsuitable and inferior, but expensive goods. To be on the safe side, I even brought a piece of my cable with me, for which I was looking for the connector to check whether the diameters also fit. The seller, who wasn't really interested in the cable I had brought with me, offered me a plug that you could see at first glance that it would be difficult to accommodate the relatively thick LAN cable there if I want a bad craft solution I don't go to the "electronics store". You would probably have got that in the standard hardware store.

Conclusion: The next time you order online somewhere else, you will get to the goods you want faster, cheaper and, if in doubt, more expertly.

Not a bad store for small electronics in the Berlin-Kreuzberg area.

Conrad is still one of the best electronics stores in Berlin, at least I don't know anyone who has consistently competent staff and such a huge selection of electronic components, tools, measuring instruments, etc. TipTop I am a loyal regular customer and am now tired of considering alternatives. Sure there are still one or two insider tips, but I don't know any. So Conrad No One!

The hottest tip for every electronics needs. Whether LED or potentiometer, here you get almost everything that the electronics heart desires.

Complicated to shop here. At the cash register you stand forever, have meanwhile been able to try 4x, always the same. For advice in the upper floor it takes felt hours until you get ran. Otherwise, the staff are hard - but in the long run effort alone is not enough

A Conrad store that I think has gotten a bit old. The space seems outdated, the order is not everywhere as hoped for and I could not find an employee anywhere on the fly. Only after felt for 5 to 10 minutes I could find a freelancer. These are a bit tired, but nice and helpful. Everything is fine.

Good for now, but how come that half breadboard is more expensive than the big one? could depend on the type/model!? not sure!
