On 11.09.2019 I was in the branch in Kreuzberg and asked for a cable OTG, the seller demanded from me the article number I did not have, shows me only the place where I can find something like that.
For a closer explanation of what I need it, the seller did not read. This was the second time that I was disappointed with the Conrad branch and the employees. I had the impression that some employees should be replaced here.

However, a younger employee could help me.
