Delivery dates that are given online, knowingly can not be met. Have ordered a part in the store, which I urgently needed Saturday. Since I had not received a confirmation email, I called the customer service. I have never been told that rude that she does not know if it's there. I'm just supposed to drive by. Once there, I was told that it is not there yet and they did not receive any deliveries on Saturday, never! Incomprehensible! How can the appointment be guaranteed online?

The staff are helpful. The retail space is not as large as in other Conrad shops. The selection is nevertheless remarkable. There are free parking spaces directly behind the shop, which makes finding a parking space superfluous.

Best to shop elsewhere. Compare prices online with mediamakt or saturn, they are relatively cheaper by far.. Barely a working crew here... And we are now forced to put outside bags in lockers due to thieves. Best not to shop here. Unless you have big pockets

I wanted a simple potentiometer to change the volume of a speaker. For this you are being turned on here stupidly that you should kindly visit a sound engineer. I did not know. I thought that clearly falls under electrical engineering. Well then! So don't promote stationary retail after all.

I had a complaint and had to go to Conrad. That was extremely positive. It starts with free parking. At the entrance, my request was received quickly and friendly.

Horrible staffing. Wanted to buy an item in stock. Queue twice at the counseling desk 35 minutes + 42 minutes. Result: Go check the other floor. You would have to find something Super !!!

Absolute horror!
Nobody knows where what is and the electronics department first denies having an item in stock until I explain it to them via their own database. then they send me across the shop so that I have to switch to an alternative one minute before closing time because I can't find the item. Then I get a completely overpriced IC, which the department itself did not know if they had it, am yelled at the cashier by a cashier from the side who did not serve me and in the end I get something like this: 3 completely overpriced ICs in one Are wrapped in baking paper ...
