Totally dissatisfied. Desperate. Purchase of goods and services, in April / May 2016, for an equivalent of 4500.00. I regularly, but I know, early in July, a failure in one of these assets (top conditioner of the Daikin series - blueevolution -). I ask for technical assistance but an appointment is made no earlier than a week. there are mistakes about the time on the set day. the intervention is carried out only partially. I realize that the charge they are making is not with gas r32 (as prescribed by DAIKIN) but with r410. the completion of the intervention has been postponed until a later date because officially "the company does not have this new type of gas in storage". I am still waiting for some signs of life from this "assistance service". SHAMEFUL!!!

They have a very questionable organization. Which depends on the "head", before who physically comes into the house. In practice, the sales agent (perhaps very good at his job of selling) is also responsible for carrying out a real technical inspection, but ... he does not have the relevant technical skills (rightly! Because his job is to sell and make contracts, and is not intended for installation and technical evaluation of the site). Result: the actual characteristics of the installation site are not well evaluated, resulting in:
1) misunderstandings (installers arrive who, through no fault of their own!, Are not informed of the particularity and refuse the installation),
2) delays (by reporting everything to Climanet, the definition of a further appointment is very difficult and extended over time),
3) additional costs (those requested by the other installer who is finally sent after a long time but ... always absolutely not informed of the particularity, in situ he says "this small modification costs an additional amount, to me personally from you" !! ).
It seems that the inspections are not analytical and realistic, it seems that the installers are not informed (as if it were enough to stick and stick in every house, always in the same way !!) and then ... it seems that they do not have the right economic treatment from Climanet (!!!) and claim against the customer, who in reality would have the right to install only and exclusively on the basis of the estimate (certainly not very low!). Furthermore, the installers (again for the fault of the company that does not provide all the operations) seem to be predisposed to do as little as possible, so that you may have to call a technician you trust and have him do the missing operations at further expense. That's no good! In this way the company seems to simply "sell various boilers and air conditioners" with the decoy of the installation ... which, however, is incomplete, according to the company forecasts, not so much for the installers themselves, who do what they are paid for and demanded by the company. In short, what is wrong? Organization and honesty (in the sense of clarity) of what you are actually selling: certain products but not a good service, which is complete. On the contrary: disorganization! Illusory towards the customer. Sorry to say but I don't know if I would recommend this company.

Update.
I returned to contact Climanet for a second, rather important job. Unfortunately, the salesman in charge of the inspection did not show up at the agreed time (in an apartment where I do not currently reside), postponing the appointment for the first time for an hour and not showing up again at the second agreed appointment. A 4-hour work permit thrown away.
Too bad, I will turn to a company that is at least more respectful of customer needs

I'm sorry to have to pronounce myself but my experience in installing a gas water heater has been negative in all respects. 1. technician who made the inspection did not verify that at the point where the coaxial pipe (gas discharge + air load) was to pass there was a supporting column, so when the installers came they had to make the pipe double curve (even these actually did not check before assembly, so when they arrived at the wall with the tube now mounted they had to make him make the detour).
2. the boiler immediately gave air intake problems (it was a crazy bang) as the length of the pipe with the double curve (which is only this 4 meters) was at the limits of what is foreseen in the installation manual;
3. they returned to fix the installation after at least 3 assistance interventions that could not correctly set the boiler, after at least 2 from the beginning of the work; on my advice they mounted two pipes separated by 80 without making him make the curve. Definitely better.
5. even if requested several times, they have never provided me with the certification of the installed system, which is all to say; indeed, I will say more, whoever replied sent me the invoice but without certification.

For installation relying on third party companies it depends on who happens ... and they must trust what they are told by the "technicians" ... but in the end a problem created during the installation was solved by the manufacturer's assistance during testing and first ignition with blue sticker (all without additional costs).

AFTER 3 OR 4 YEARS I CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTER AS LITTLE HOT WATER WAS GIVEN FROM THE PANEL WITH VERY FEW PRESSURE.
THE PANEL USED THE TOTAL WARRANTY FOR ALL FOR 10 YEARS (WRITTEN ON THE QUOTE). THE CUSTOMER OF THE SERVICE CENTER REFERRED TO ME THAT IN ANY CASE IT WAS NECESSARY TO PAY 40 EURO FOR THE CALL RIGHT AND 35 EURO FOR THE EXIT OF THE TECHNICIAN. THEREFORE, TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE TECHNICIAN, I HAD TO ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS. THE TECHNICIAN AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS NOT PRESENTED AS WELL AS IN THE SECOND (WITHOUT NOTICE ALSO). FINALLY AT THE THIRD APPOINTMENT THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES AND SAYS THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE TANK FOR AN EXPENSE OF MORE THAN 300 EUR (ONLY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE TANK) BECAUSE IT WAS TRAINED AND THE 10-YEAR WARRANTY DID NOT COVER THIS EVENT. THE TECHNICIAN OF THE OTHER COMPANY HAS OPENED AND HAS FOUND THE DISCONNECTED AND CLOSED WIRES WITH THE INAPPROPRIATE MANUFACTURE OF THE WIRES THAT COMMUNICATED WITH THE BOILER! Stay away from the Climanet, I had three Junkers condensing boilers installed, not installed by them but they contract the work outside technicians with dubious skills. We had to tighten the fittings because they lost water. At the time of the contract they talk about quality martial arts and when they are brought and mounted with poor quality materials. They also brought previous model boilers to the ordered one by taking advantage of a distraction, I managed to get them replaced by threats of legal action. We don't really talk about it for assistance, bad! After getting the money you can't get them to come for problems even after 6 months. The test is carried out in turn by another company and the blue sticker they talk about in the contract did not give it to me.

Despite numerous reminders via email and then phone, we were never even contacted. Finally, a document was sent to us to sign where we should have declared that we were aware that the testing must be done by personnel / certificate and that we took responsibility for this fulfillment, aware of the consequences (as well!). There is no limit to shame.
After six months of protests and phone calls we get an imaginary proposal for the replacement of the machine.
We are offered the replacement with a "brand gesu" air conditioner which costs a quarter of the amount spent, that is 350 euros (available on any site) against the 1450 thrown in the toilet without however feeling the moral obligation to propose a penny of discount but to this indecent proposal must be added the request of 300 euros for the closure of a 20 cm hole by a SWISS mason ...
We are disgusted with the treatment we have had up to the point that we have decided to wish these people that with the 1450 euros we have to buy all the medicines.

Also in words, making the smiling friend had promised me that the pipes would go inside the walls, then they would open 4 tiles for the attack, and this was included in the work, but when the boys came to assemble everything they knew nothing and they wanted to put them outside. They used poor and poorly assembled material, and in practice the pipes that go from the balcony to the bathroom, it turned out to be crushed inside the wall and this, combined with the fact that they made him do three thousand curves, decreased the pressure that reaches the taps . Result: since they installed it, a very faint fillet of hot water has always come out, which over time due to the limestone inside the Junkers was not even hotter but at the most lukewarm.
