My wife, hairdresser, bought from them an ecological, expensive heat pump of the Ariston .... But, in the installation of the same, despite having requested several times, they did not put neither the limescale filter (as they said that there was no need in this machine, nor the safety valve). When the inspection of the Ariston arrived, they pointed out both, but above all the lack of the safety valve which invalidated the warranty. At that point we mentioned this to Climanet, but they didn't want to know (saying that it wasn't up to them during the installation phase), so, consequently, my wife had to pay separately to Ariston, what Climanet should have installed during installation. Tell me, if after paying 2,000 euros, a customer should deserve this after-sales assistance. We, for the experience we had, do not recommend it, not so much for the prices they offer (good), but for after-sales assistance .... Once the product has been sold, they abandon you to yourself.
