Although the materials installed are of a good standard, I hope you will never have to intervene with the assistance of CLIMANET (in-store staff dedicated to servicing) for any malfunctions. You will find yourself bounced to the right and left by rude staff who are relieved of any responsibility by claiming that they know nothing about it, giving you reason, taking you around one after another. In my case I only have to change a wall control, they have been telling me for 5 months: "you're right, but those who give us assistance are a bit disorganized" !!!! WE ARE KITTING !!!! CLIMANET SOLD ME / INSTALLED THE MATERIALS and after 5 months I consider them responsible twice, once for the lack of service and the other because they make use of an assistance that they themselves denigrate. NEVER AGAIN' !!!!!!

Your "promptly" identifies a wait of about 3 and a half months, calculating that my 1st report took place in May and the technician came to us only on 29 August. I state that to get the technician I had to contact you about 5 times, otherwise I was still waiting !!!! Ask your collaborators with what patience I have been waiting for all these months. On denigrating, several times, I was told, again by his collaborators, that the delay was caused by the disorganization of the company that provides assistance and that even with many other clients, what happened to me happened. As already mentioned on the phone, in response to the call received after putting the review (attempt to withdraw my review), I urge you to carefully consider the negative reports you have, and make changes to assist management.
I WOULD NOT LIKE TO PASS OR FOR MELEDUCATED OR FOR IDIOT, so please do not write lies about what happened. I am willing to confront you on everything, as I always said in my last phone call.
