Except the seller Bruno, everything else was a disaster especially the installers two people without skills and politeness even with often lowered masks, but specifically they first mounted the boiler but they did not have the thermostat mounted by mistake to a customer who did not had bought, then they didn't have thermostatic valves, but if this was the problem, during the installation they managed to break a pipe near the boiler probably on a bend by loosening the pipe, moral of the story that now I find myself leaking in the wall and yet having solicited several times with phone calls and emails they disappeared without news, now I find myself this loss I do not know how much it will cost me to have it repaired since it will be necessary to break the wall.
I do not recommend everyone to contact this company, I hope I was useful.
