We bought a boiler that immediately after installation went out and never started again, the Climanet technician came 2 days later and confirmed that it was broken, the Bosch technician came back 4 days later and reconfirmed the pump failure and data sheet after 5 days, Climanet replied that they would not have replaced the boiler and that it would take more days to replace the broken parts with spare parts ... Meanwhile we find ourselves without hot water and without heating in January.
