Bad, called on the phone due to a noisy internal machine due to a manufacturing defect. Since the 1-month warranty has expired, even if it says 10 years of warranty, they want 50 just to come home to see the problem. Moreover, they mounted me a 9000 btu Daikin machine (similiar siesta) which is too powerful for my room and therefore as I turn it on it freezes all after a few minutes. Bad choice to rely on them, I thought that I would not have problems for years and instead !!!
