Totally dissatisfied. Desperate. Purchase of goods...
Totally dissatisfied. Desperate. Purchase of goods and services, in April / May 2016, for an equivalent of 4500.00. I regularly, but I know, early in July, a failure in one of these assets (top conditioner of the Daikin series - blueevolution -). I ask for technical assistance but an appointment is made no earlier than a week. there are mistakes about the time on the set day. the intervention is carried out only partially. I realize that the charge they are making is not with gas r32 (as prescribed by DAIKIN) but with r410. the completion of the intervention has been postponed until a later date because officially "the company does not have this new type of gas in storage". I am still waiting for some signs of life from this "assistance service". SHAMEFUL!!!
