The contract (and the payment made) included black on white transport and testing of the air conditioners, which instead were left on the ground floor without testing being carried out. Despite numerous reminders via email and then phone, we were never even contacted. Finally, a document was sent to us to sign where we should have declared that we were aware that the testing must be done by personnel / certificate and that we took responsibility for this fulfillment, aware of the consequences (as well!). We absolutely do not recommend the company for the lack of professionalism.
