I returned to contact Climanet for a second, rather important job. Unfortunately, the salesman in charge of the inspection did not show up at the agreed time (in an apartment where I do not currently reside), postponing the appointment for the first time for an hour and not showing up again at the second agreed appointment. A 4-hour work permit thrown away.
Too bad, I will turn to a company that is at least more respectful of customer needs

By far the best quote I have received. Such a difference as to make me think that maybe there was a catch behind it.
Instead nothing: everything perfect. presale, Product, delivery, installation, after sales. All very professional. They even took care of the management of the energy bonus. There was only a small mistake (a small wifi module not delivered) which was however resolved quickly and professionally. Definitely recommended.
