At the end of October, the installation of a boiler that we had purchased from Climanet Rome a few days earlier was carried out at our home. The installation was incomplete, no essential and regularly purchased valves were delivered to us and a different thermostat than the one purchased was installed. For about 3 weeks we have been contacting the Climanet offices almost daily to ask for explanations and to request an intervention but we have always been told that the person in charge was not in the office and that we would be called back as soon as he returned. We have never been contacted by anyone. We are stunned and disconcerted by this lack of seriousness and professionalism. Simultaneously with this review we sent an email to your offices, where you will find all the references of the case, in the name of my partner to whom the invoice was made out.
