Apart from the Sales Director who is very good, the rest of the people I have dealt with are not up to par, depressing the good work done by the Director.
Poor skills of those who carried out the inspection before installation, poor skills of the installers, poor after-sales assistance skills, poor sensitivity of the back office assistance towards the customer who has created a problem: they put their logistical needs before resolution of the problem they have created for the customer.
