I've bought two vehicles here, the second one only out of desperation of price. My first purchase was a 2016 accent and my salesman was arrogant and messed up all my paperwork, didn't listen to a word I was saying. He's fired now for stealing sales I was told. That paperwork was screwed up by me insuring another identical twin 2016 blue accent on the lot because he pulled the wrong paperwork and now it's difficult with my insurance for my accident. Buying this second car, everyone is incompetent with understanding basic math logic about the warranty I originally purchased and the money back on it. I'll never go back there because they don't know what they're doing.

Even though they were under staff because of a charity event everything went along just fine. They found us great financing so we did not have to wait to take our car home. My experience at Ciocca Hyundai has been great. Due to the COVID-19 situation, I was able to drop off my car and key in their key dropbox. They did everything that they needed to get done and communicated with me along the process. Lewis was amazing and went over the details with me. I highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use their service.

Not happy we went out of our way to look at a used vehicle here only to discover it had physical damage. Not only was this not advertised/nor shown in picture online but the salesperson never mentioned it either. It was only when we were alone with the vehicle looking it over after the test drive that we noticed the loose front fender with a large crack. When we brought it to the salesperson's attention he just made light of it and said we could probably just glue it... obviously they had no intention of
repairing it themselves before the sale. We also were told another vehicle that we mentioned on the phone when we called was at their sister dealership down the road and could be shown by them but when we got there they tried to say the vehicle wasn't available...turned out it was but they couldn't show it or get credit for the sale obviously, so they lied. Omissions & Lies... definitely not things that make one feel comfortable when trying to make a purchase.
We did write a letter to the dealership manager expressing our disappointment but we never even got the courtesy of a reply, and for that reason we probably won't be purchasing any vehicles from a Ciocca dealership, used or new.

We bought a new Tucson in 2018 from this dealership. Great car, but given our latest experience with ciocca s service depart, I d strongly suggest buying the car elsewhere.
We recently took a trip to northern Pennsylvania. When we got near our destination, we noticed the rear tire was losing air pressure. I took the car to a tire shop. The tech who worked on my car showed me a nail that was stuck in the tire. He put the car on a lift and prepared to remove the wheel to make the repair. Unfortunately, ciocca failed to put the key for the lug nuts in the car at the time of purchase so we had no way to get the wheel off. I called Ciocca and after about 20 minutes, they came to the conclusion that the manufacturer forgot to put the lug nut key in the car. The service manager told me to put fix a flat in the tire. I did this and when we returned, my wife took the car to the dealer for a permanent repair. After inspecting the tire, the service manager said there is no leak and no nails in the tire. He told her that it was probably some dirt in the tire valve and sent her on the way. When she got home and shared this with me, I took the car back and spoke with the service manager. They put the car on the lift again and showed me that there were no nails in the tire. I told him that I want the tired removed and properly repaired. After 15 minutes of arguing, he relented, and found a 2 nail stuck in the tire. He quickly pointed out that the tire needs to be replaced for $220 plus labor. You can buy the same tire for $168 down the street. I told him to plug the tire. He argued that that was unsafe. He plugged the tire and wanted to charge me $40. After telling him that I m never coming back, he waived the charge. Bottom line, the Service Manager knowingly gave my wife bad information. Fix a flat is a temporary fix...and he knew that. But what is more disturbing is that he refused to take the tire off of the for inspection/repair for the simple reason to cut costs.
Do not trust the service manager. He has one objective, generate revenue. Women and old people will fall for his crap. Stay away!!!

We felt no pressure with having to make a decision to buy a new car at that very moment. I've been dealing with the Ciocca dealership for many years and overall have had a good relationship with them. So I without hesitation give Ciocca hyundia 5 stars for being treated with respect.

The crew at Ciocca did not try to sell us a vehicle from their inventory, they, instead, searched the known universe for what we wanted, and found a vehicle that had just arrived at port. Well done.

From the internet staff who got us interested in the Tucson, to the sales person Dan DaSilva who was extremely helpful in providing us all the info we needed. They worked out a great deal for us and even purchased my Honda Accord lease out from me which made the new purchase possible. I would definitely recommend Ciocca Hyundai for anyone looking for a great deal and great vehicle!

DON'T EVER GO HERE! I just wanted to bring awareness to an issue involving dangerous sales tactics of a dealership in Quakertown, Ciocca Hyundai. Myself, my husband and our 4 year old and 8 year old visited this dealership on Monday looking to trade in my 2017 Subaru Forester. The dealership looked at my Subaru to get the trade in value and then came back inside and said that the hood wouldn't close. Now my car is only 3 years old and the hood has been opened less than 10 times total so this was a complete surprise. My husband has worked in the auto industry for several years but he is not a mechanic. He has seen sales tactics where the dealership will somehow disable your car (such as deflate a tire) to get the customer to stay longer in hopes to close a deal. This was what was done to my hood. They unhooked the cable that the hood latches to. One employee put a bungee cord to tie the hood down good enough to get us home and luckily it worked. My husband took the car to his job and had his mechanics look at it and the mechanic fixed it in less than a minute. He also confirmed that this was a sales tactic. Not only did the dealership put my life and my husband's life in danger, they put my kids' lives in danger. We drove from Nazareth (where we live) to Quakertown so it was a significant drive, not just down the street. The dealership had a mechanic come out and "look" at the hood and he said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. This was obviously part of the act. I contacted the sales manager, Edwin Salazar, and the sales person we dealt with, John Hagar and told them I knew about their trick and I never heard back from them. I just want people to be aware of this behavior and disgusting sales tactic and to not go to Ciocca dealerships! I don't want to see anyone get hurt because these people want to sell a Hyundai and make $200 commission!

The worst customer experience I've ever had. The sales person was nice but their financial team was rude to my family and I and generally came off as unprofessional / incompetent. I'm convinced that they wanted to deny all of our forms of perfectly acceptable payment just so we would finance the entire car through them. I kid you not when I say my entire dreadful experience with them took 8 full hours of my time. My experience was so bad that I even looked into reporting them to the FTC and DMV. It's a shame because after reading more of Ciocca Hyundai's reviews it seems that I just had an abnormally bad experience. It's was really terrible though and as a result, I must recommend that everyone stay far away from this dealership.

Gotta love this place. Evan Packer always ensures my vehicle needs are taken care of and any questions are answered. Most guys sell you a vehicle and forget who you are within the first oil change, not Evan. He takes an interest in your satisfaction of the vehicle you've purchased. I just purchased my first new car from Ciocca Hyundai. I did some web surfing first, made an appointment over the phone and later was met by a friendly sales staff when I arrived. Evan Packer was my sales assistant. He was very polite and I never felt any sales pressure during the overview of features and description of my Elantra. I never felt any pressure during the whole process. Any questions I had about the car or price were promptly and politely answered. I feel I got a great deal on a great car with Evan's help. If you're seriously looking to buy a car, new or previously owned, Ciocca Hyundai has an impressive inventory. I would highly recommend considering this dealership for your next purchase.

I recently purchased a used Subaru Crosstrek 2015 from Ciocca Hyundai. Everyone that worked there was great and I especially appreciated that they stayed late hours to help me out. One of the reasons I am only giving 3 stars is because the car was not sold in the best condition. Sure, I know it's used and there are things that may go wrong but on the way home I realized both headlights had gone out. The rear defroster did not work and both wheel bearings in the back were bad. I bet if i had come earlier some of these things could have been remedied but as a successful dealership you would hope the cars they are selling are ready to go off the lot without the worry on the ride home after spending a ton of money on a car!

Yesterday I had my Tucson LTD serviced at and had the pleasure of meeting their new Service Consultant Louis Helverson. It was great to work with Louis! He was thorough, polite and very personable, three things you don't often experience in today's world, especially with younger people. They are lucky to have hired Louis and should make an effort to hold on to him as long as they can. I'm certain he'll be a huge asset to their operation. As a result of this experience, I will most-certainly be back to Ciocca Hyundai for my vehicle's service needs!

I had a great experience buying from their discount lot. John D. was my sales person and he was very professional and took my needs seriously. I was looking for a car that I could safely drive to school 1500 miles away in the next month and on a poor student budget, I found a great car and John vouched for me to get the car four new tires (they were only going to do 2) because of the mileage I would be putting on was a major concern of mine. Additionally, since I traveled out of state 3 hours he also had the mechanics get all repairs done before I came down to do the final paperwork. He didn't tell me to give a good review, he genuinely did a great job and I highly recommend the dealership. We had an excellent experience with Ciocca Hyundai and sales rep John Haber. This young man is a recent Army vet who made our experience quick and easy. We were able to drive our new car home just three hours after doing a test drive! Ciocca had the best price on our IONIQ of any dealer in a 100 mile radius - and it was advertised on their website - no haggling - no bait and switch! I definitely recommend them!

Very pleased with our experience. Came in seeking a lease that fit our budget, and left with one on a new car with a higher trim package and better warranty/protection than expected. Our salesperson Nick was excellent. No hassle, no pressure, and spent a long time with us working out a deal that worked for us. Even offered us food and drinks during the very minor delays doing the paperwork. Dan the financial manager was also very accommodating, going over everything in detail and getting us a further discount on protection. Left confident we got a good deal. I easily made an online appointment for PA Inspection during the last couple of days of December (crazy time for inspections - but the only time I have available to not have a car at the ready). I was able to get an appointment for the following day. No glitches when I arrived - the service person had record of my appointment and expected me at that time. Since it was a busy day, they had a driver take me home so I could wait there for several hours while the inspection of my Hyundai Sonata with oil change and tire rotation could be performed. I received a call when everything was finished, telling me that the driver was on his way back to pick me up. I received another call saying the driver was waiting outside my house. Both drivers were very cordial. When I arrived back at the shop, the same service person greeted me by name, explained some things about future needs, and had my paperwork ready to be signed. Overall, it was an experience anyone would expect from a professional operation... non eventful and smooth operating. Paired with the good news of nothing wrong with the car thus no unexpected expenses, I drove away with a feeling of relief that one more chore was out of the way while I was given a stressless day due to the way I was treated.

If I could give no stars I would have, yelp will not allow for no stars. Buyer beware this dealership will charge you more money if you are paying with cash or if you come in with your own finance. The used sales Manager Kyle Fidler at the Quakertown location told me to my face not only was the price listed on a car a final price and not negotiable he even told me that he would need to increase the sticker price another $500 because I was paying cash. The $500 was to compensate them for not making any profited on financing.
The used vehicle I was looking at had been on their lot for 90 days when I used that as a bargaining chip Kyle's response was we can just take the car to auction. Kyle thought it would be better for the Ciocca to sell the vehicle in auction then make a new customer. I know the cost for an absolute sale or a protected price in auction are not that high, yet the sales manager Fidler thought it he would rather sell the vehicle that way instead of making a new customer. When I showed him comparable vehicles (Year, Make Model, Miles) going for a lower price his response was to go to those dealerships something must be wrong with those cars.
This sales manager thought he could take average of a woman. He must have thought she's a woman what does she know about buying a car. I'm no expert just an average woman who knows how to research, knows not to pay sticker price and especially knows when to walk away from shady sales people. This was my 1st experience with any of the Ciocca dealerships will be my last and I will never recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of other dealership who will negotiate and worth the drive

I've been looking at the Sante Fe for about a year, really like the style and all the extras offered on the car, also liked that it was able to tow up to 5,000 lbs.. My husband is slow to part with a dollar so he kept on stalling even though he knew we would soon need a new car to make our retirement travel plans possible. When I saw the perfect vehicle on line at Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown I showed my husband who, when we were driving by the dealership the next day decided to drop in to see the car I had showed him on line. With in minutes of our arrival we were looking at the car and my husband was hooked. This car has everything we could want and then some, the sales people, especially Alex Blank, were very helpful without being pushy and all the other people we saw and spoke to were very friendly. We couldn't be happier with our new purchase or with our purchase experience.

Could not be happier with our leasing experience with Evan and Ciocca! Evan worked with us by phone prior to us making the 1+ hour trip to the dealership- making sure that we would be able to drive away with the vehicle we wanted. Evan and Dan (finance manager) worked with us well past closing. It seems like a small detail, but arriving at the dealer on a 30 degree night to see the car you want to test drive already running and warmed up ready for you shows the dealer and sales staff cares about the impression they are making. We are also happy to know that we can service our new car at any Ciocca dealership.

I wish everyone was as friendly, efficient, customer oriented etc like he was. My car shopping experience was great because of him. I can not thank Evan Packer (my sales consultant) and Ciocca Hyundai enough for their responsive and professional service. I would buy a car from them again with confidence. Evan and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the perfect car for me.

I was originally looking for a new car to replace a car I recently lost in an accident. I was hoping to stay close to the number the insurance company gave me in my settlement for my previous car. I met with Evan Packer and he gave me a couple of options, a new Accent or a new Elentra. We discussed certified pre-owned as well, but I was set on a new car at the time. Evan was extremely professional and patient and we test drove both cars. I reconsidered the certified per-owned option and found a car I liked on their site. Unfortunately it had been sold, but I was contacted and told another certified pre-owned car was coming on to the lot. It had less miles and was priced exactly as the one that had just been sold. They were also going to give me the first look at it! I went to the lot, again Evan test drove the vehicle with me and I got the perfect car for the perfect price!

Finalized a deal on a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. I'm from around Doylestown, so we have a Fred Beans Hyundai right down the street from us. Checked out the 2017 Hyundai Sonata at the Fred Beans location prior coming to Ciocca. Staff at Fred Beans felt scripted (Sales person was just reading the specs posted on the paper outside the Window), like comeon, anyone can do that. Came to Ciocca after reading the positive reviews given by other people on Google. Instantly greeted at the door by Phil (Sales Person). Knew my budget, knew the exact car I wanted, pulled it from their extended inventory lot all within 15 minutes. Instantly fell in love with after the car. Due to credit history being short, getting approved for a lease wasn't something I thought would happen. They did everything they could, and eventually were able to make it so that I can establish credit and have my co-signer not be affected by the lease. I know Car Dealers are all about getting a deal done, but not here. They want to make sure their customers are 100% happy with their purchase. This dealer is 25 minutes away from me, but will be getting all my maintenance done at this location vs Fred Beans (.5 miles) from me. Hats off to Phil and the rest of the Ciocca Hyundai staff.

This is a great dealership full of seemingly nice people, with the clear exception of Edwin Salazar. AVOID THIS "MANAGER" AT ALL COSTS. He is a master of the bait and switch and he tries to make you feel crazy for making very routine requests. He does not follow the golden rule and does not negotiate in good faith. He is an embarrassment to an otherwise nice establishment. He doesn't have his pic on the website because he is afraid of people associating his face with his horrible reputation- otherwise I would have included it here so you would know who to avoid.

My husband and I bought a car here July 29. During paperwork there were multiple errors in the spelling of our names, employment, etc. that I found that needed correction. Signed up for automatic payments. Some time late realized no payments have come out yet and the bank you had us financing through (not the bank we wanted) sent us a statement with s due date which wasn't what we signed in the office. Called only to find out the account number copied off the check my husband gave was put in incorrectly and the auto payment was never set up. The only way to correct it was to pay more than the monthly amount in two weeks. By this time a late payment was made. The temporary registration expires October 29th. Called once to find out it may take all 90 days and I would call again around 80 days if I haven't received it. Called again, it's processing. 4 days from expiration, call again to find out it was never processed. Hopefully I'll get the day after it expires. I've never had this many issues buying a car before. Only insincere apologies and little effort to fix the issues. We wanted to buy a new Hyundai here in the future but I don't think I could walk into that sales office again after all of this with the first car bought here.

First off this is not a best price, I haggled down to the nickel review. I walked in knowing the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay for it, upfront, total and monthly payment. I came to Ciocca because many neighbours have purchased from them and the word of mouth service reviews have been excellent.

Phil Rotzell and team were accommodating, I had a short time window, needed to leave my old car parked in their lot of a few days ( I wanted to keep it) and didn't try to oversell or play with my expectations in any way. I was upfront and asked for what I wanted and they were quick to respond.

I can get a car anywhere, getting a local dealer relationship that you trust and feel good about is important to me. So far I have been very pleased with the process.

I purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Accent at Ciocca in Quakertown PA. My salesman, Evan Packer was awesome! He listened, really listened, and worked hard to get me the best deal on the car I wanted with terms I could work with. I found everyone there to be extremely helpful. I am more than happy with my experience here and would recommend that my friends and family visit Evan Packer at Ciocca Hyundai of Quakertown any time they are shopping for a new vehicle. My experience at Ciocca Hyundai was wonderful! Jeremy Sabol was my Sales Consultant and is very knowledgeable about Hyundai cars. He was very nice and walked me through the whole car buying process. Joe O'Donnell dealt with the financing aspect and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Everyone at Ciocca was friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

They were not pushy at all making it easy for me to focus on the decisions that need to be made in buying a new car and not be on the defense from the salesman. My mother and I went into the dealership for her to look at the Elantra lease. Ended up leaving with her Elantra and a Tucson for myself! Philip and all the support staff went out of their way, on a Saturday night, to complete both transactions that took until well after closing. I apologize to all the staff, I really would have come back another day.

Philip and every staff member we dealt with were very professional, friendly and personable. Informative without being pushy. I never once felt like I should leave and go get my husband like I have with other dealerships-actually that's not true, if I feel like that, I'm not coming back.

I would highly recommend this dealership and the Hyundai buying experience.

This was about a year ago, figured I d write a review since my husband is going to Ciocca Ford to trade in his car. Made me remember how poor of an experience I had with Ciocca. I went to Ciocca with a 2007 Mustang to trade in for a 2018 Elantra, particularly a white one. All they had in white was a base model with alloy wheels, so I test drove it. Was a nice vehicle, I had been looking into 17/18 Elantras since they ve been released, so I knew what I was looking for. I come back from the test drive, they sit me down with the numbers per my trade in value and tell me that my Mustang was only worth $2k at trade in & they could get my the Elantra for $400/mo at 84 months. Mind you, this was a completely base model car, so I was in no place to accept their initial offer for a vehicle with no options. I tell my salesman that I m not interested in the numbers they ve presented me, figuring they would negotiate the sales to better fit my needs, and they didn t. The sales manager came out, said they couldn t offer me anything other than what they initially calculated, shook my hand & told me to have a good day. I couldn t believe these people. The next day I go to Lehigh Valley Hyundai and I walk out with $4k for my trade in & a 2018 value edition Elantra which has all the options short of a few that come with the limited. $430/mo at 84 months. Ciocca is trash.

This is a predatory business!
In a pinch a couple years back I had to get an inspection done to my vehicle. My regular garage was overbooked because I waited till the last second. They were kind enough to fit me in on short notice. To pass the inspection on my almost new vehicle they tried to tell me I needed brakes rotors tires and struts. After going back and forth with the service manager he said he would pass the inspection if I put new brake pads on the vehicle and made an appointment to come back and get tires and struts. The service manager gave me a guilt trip telling me I was putting my family in danger by not paying for repairs that I just couldn't afford at the time . After this I took my car over to my regular garage and asked him to check the items that Ciocca expressed I needed. Not only was I informed that I did not need any of the work but I even unnecessarily paid for brake pads that have been checked during an oil change two months prior.
I have posted this review twice now and had it taken down twice I will keep reposting it no matter how many times they fight to take it down!

i came to this location with no high expectations, but was blown away with the service i received, DAN DASIVILA was amazing from the minute we walked in the door good service is hard to come by these days however here, we got great service and i am very pleased with ciocca hyundai in quakertown thanks dan!!!!!!!!!
