Swaying the size of swimming pant S or M for my son, I decided to get the S as the shop manager told me it was exchangeable, it was Sep 6 just before closing the store. Realized a bit tight for him and went to the shop again in the following day to ask for the change, the manager (different from the one yesterday) in charge immediately refused it because it was bargain item. She expressed uncomfortable attitude from scratch. Confusing and sad experience...

WORST RETAIL STORE! WORST SERVICE! I went to this store in 5/27/17 at around 1:45pm to do an item exchange. The shirt I bought a week ago had a big hole from when the anti theft device was removed when I bought it.

This store didnt have enough sizes in stock. Both employees were REALLY disrespectful. I was even thinking about just leaving the damaged item I wanted exchanged behind so as not to deal with both employees and store anymore and get it over with.

Great service, great deals. The mall makes it a challenge to get too. The sweet employee entertained my rambunctious 3yo son while I shopped (it was a quiet day). Will shop here again.

I was in complete awe. I walked in on Memorial Day and there was a handicapped man in a wheelchair behind me. I go to look at the shirts, I see two young female workers, and I hear one of them say, Look at the wheelchair dude . The other did not hear here so she said it louder and closer to the other worker, I do not think they thought I had heard them. They then proceed to laugh together at the handicapped man (quite loudly) to themselves. I was so amazed that some people could be so crude and unprofessional that I left the store right away.
