After waiting for 4 months for a new Touch Screen for my 2013 Genesis I am pleased to report that Ebersole kept me informed throughout the waiting period and performed the change-out without delay.
After installation of the new part I had difficulty in reconnecting my bluetooth. I reported this to Ebersole and they said just stop by and we can help you,......without hesitation.
I was able to get it figured out on my own without taking the car in.
Matt and Jarred were great to work with.
Employer you have two great employees that I had the pleasure to work with.

My place to go for my car's service needs. All personnel were adhering to the social distance guidance . I had the car in for annual inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. While waiting the assistant service manager asked if I wanted to have the tires rotated considering that the rear wheel drive tires were 9/32nd and the fronts were 8/32nd. I elected not to have them rotated because I have a rear wheel drive Genesis. The reason I bring this to your attention is that I believe other service departments would just went ahead and rotated the tires and charged me.
I have always remarked on previous reviews that Hyundai Ebersole has put the customer first and my most recent experience supports my past positive remarks.

The service manager Matt was outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed so that it would pass emissions. I live more than an hour way from the dealership so trying to get my vehicle in around my work schedule was difficult. As I was talking to Matt on the phone we realized that we both lived in the same town and I jokingly asked if he could just drive my vehicle to work and get the work done. He said he could do that and scheduled me for 2 days later. I dropped my car off at his house and he drove it to work and had the car fixed in 1 day and back to me that evening. I've never experienced customer service like this and I would highly recommend doing business with them based on my experience there.

Called for a part (plastic trim piece) quoted me at $64, said they couldn't have it in for 4-5 days. Longer than I wanted to wait so just asked for the Part # to cross reference it and he said "they were not allowed to give out part numbers" lol...wth?? Anyways just googled it & found the part number on my own that is available for everyone to see. Ordered same OEM part for $34 will be here tomorrow.... will never order parts at this hyundai store again. I'm a local dealer/mechanic at that smh.

Matt Dohner provided us with an excellent experience. Over the course of several visits, he showed us numerous vehicles (some several times over) and was nothing but patient with us. We never felt pressured by him. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and we would absolutely recommend him for those interested in buying there.

The dealership as a whole was clean and professional with a large selection of vehicles.

Dropped the car off the day before and was greeted by the service manager Matt. He told me to plan on it being ready by noon the next day. Got a call about 9AM that the car was ready when I was. LOL Should I give 3 stars for Matt being way off on his estimate? Nah, I'll let that one slide.

I've done my fair share of buying cars and I must say it was a pressure free zone. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn't want to do. The sales staff was kind and willing to help explain anything I had a question about. I was looking for a part at the last minute and decided to try the closest dealer I could find. Brian was incredibly helpful and friendly. My 2007 Azera had an airbag light on constantly. I was in a car accident (teenager ran a stop sign completely) almost a year ago and credit the driver's side airbags with saving my life. Ebersole did the diagnosis, looked it up for a recall. There was a recall and it paid for all parts and labor. We paid for the diagnostic and they washed and detailed the car excellently!

Matt was exemplary in providing great customer service. He personally picked up my husband to bring him back to the dealership to pick-up our car and pay for the services due to the non-availability of a shuttle driver. He didn't have to do that. Matt is knowledgeable and kind.

The only reason I gave a 4 on the second question is this: I love my 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe and I had a great sales experience (I bought it when the dealership was Ciocca). It has since changed hands to Ebersoles and our family had a bad sales experience when helping our daughter purchase a pre-owned Tucson back in July 2019. All I can say is that the owner who spoke to my husband upon reading the bad review said that he was going to reach out to my daughter, and to the best of our knowledge (as well as my daughter) this never transpired..So Matt is a bright shining star and we appreciate his expertise and fantastic customer service ...so yes I would recommend a Hyundai but no to this specific dealership when purchasing a automobile. thank you

Very interesting story... I was driving from the Lehigh Valley to Hershey when my Santa Fe broke down on I-78. I had my car towed to the nearest dealer, which was Ebersole Hyundai in Lebanon. I got there after the service department was closed, so they told me they would call me with an update the next morning... meanwhile I was 30 minutes from Hershey with no car. A young man at the dealership, Lucas Kendall, offered me a ride to Hershey. He was very nice about it.

The next morning I got a call from the service department... my car needed a new engine, and it was covered under my extended warranty! They would also be able to provide me with a free loaner car.

After my meeting in Hershey I got a ride to the dealership and was given a 2020 Tucson for my loaner. I had it a little over a week and loved it. When I dropped it off to get my repaired car, I found Lucas and asked about trading in my Santa Fe for the new Tucson. He worked very diligently and helped me get a good deal on the car I wanted.

Lucas, and the rest of the staff treated me well when I was in trouble. They helped me when I needed help. For that reason, I bought my car from then, even though the dealership is over an hour from my home. I believe in working with good people, and Lucas and the rest of the Ebersole Hyundai staff are good people. I can t recommend them highly enough.

Hands down the best car dealer experience that I have ever had! Lucas was amazing to work with and super accommodating. He had all the paperwork ready for me as soon as I walked into the dealership! Mike went above and beyond to get us a good deal on a loan. Even when a slight hiccup arose, Lucas and Mike had everything sorted out before I even knew there was a problem. Everyone from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left was friendly and nice! I didn t feel like they were trying to pressure me into a deal or only trying to get a paycheck! Matt is an individual who listens and then makes it happen to your total and complete satisfaction. I was surprised that real customer service with a person who cares about his profession exits any more in the car sales industry. No pressure and great follow through was my experience.
