I just purchased my first new car from Ciocca Hyundai. I did some web surfing first, made an appointment over the phone and later was met by a friendly sales staff when I arrived. Evan Packer was my sales assistant. He was very polite and I never felt any sales pressure during the overview of features and description of my Elantra. I never felt any pressure during the whole process. Any questions I had about the car or price were promptly and politely answered. I feel I got a great deal on a great car with Evan's help.
