I can not thank Evan Packer (my sales consultant) and Ciocca Hyundai enough for their responsive and professional service. I would buy a car from them again with confidence. Evan and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the perfect car for me.

I was originally looking for a new car to replace a car I recently lost in an accident. I was hoping to stay close to the number the insurance company gave me in my settlement for my previous car. I met with Evan Packer and he gave me a couple of options, a new Accent or a new Elentra. We discussed certified pre-owned as well, but I was set on a new car at the time. Evan was extremely professional and patient and we test drove both cars. I reconsidered the certified per-owned option and found a car I liked on their site. Unfortunately it had been sold, but I was contacted and told another certified pre-owned car was coming on to the lot. It had less miles and was priced exactly as the one that had just been sold. They were also going to give me the first look at it! I went to the lot, again Evan test drove the vehicle with me and I got the perfect car for the perfect price!
