The fort Collins Marriott seemed like a nice enough hotel. On par with any other Marriott. The staff was all extremely friendly, and took time out of their day to tell me about the area, and their favorite local restaurants. They even asked me about them the next day when I saw them.

Very comfortable and welcoming. The food at the bar was surprisingly good. The lobby is comfortable and quiet. Good value and a nice four day stay.

Last minute guest. Very comfortable and accommodating.

Enjoyable and relaxed but i still feel a lot of items are over-priced in the restaurant/bar and breakfast should come WITH your 130ish dollar room!

I attended the Ft Collins wine festival. I was an amazing night.

Modern and upscale atmosphere with polite and professional staff.

The rooms really need a remodel/refresh. Overall the room was mostly clean but the fabric shower curtain was stained and the plastic one inside had mold. There is not a fridge in the room. The Starbucks in the lobby is nice and location is fairly central.

It had a pleasant atmosphere. An elegant vibe. Nice sports bar.

My colleagues and I stayed here when we had a meeting in town. The staff here is very friendly and the lobby is beautiful. The housekeeping staff does great and it's near a lot of great restaurants. However, the rooms are very dated and don't offer many amenities that most similar hotels do. They do have a small coffee maker in the room but there are no mini fridges. Their television options are limited and they charge for wifi connection. Again, the rooms are incredibly dated. The sink appears to be the only thing that's been updated in the last several decades but the beds are very comfortable and the window shades block every bit of light! All-in-all, the amenities are lacking but the staff and location are great.

Staff was great, food was decent but I wouldn't do an event here because the parking was horribly inadequate.

I was here for a conference event located in the main ballroom so I cannot comment on the accommodations. Having arrived at the event on bicycle, it would be nice to see the Marriott get a bike share station installed so guests can bike around town. I was pleased with the event in that no disposable items were used (save for one disable cup someone had a cocktail in).

This is the worst hotel ever. I have travelled and stayed at so many hotels in the past but have never been treated so horribly. They overbooked and cancelled my reservation I made via Priceline without notice. I was driving from out of state and arrived after 10 pm. The front desk, Zach and the Asian female manager made me wait forever while they checked my reservation and only told us to go find another hotel. They didn t even bother find a room with another Marriott property though Courtyard was nearby. Zach downright blamed Priceline but I calle Marriott support desk to find out that it was the hotel that dropped my reservation. We had to find a room after 11pm (Hilton) and had to pay a premium rate due to it being so last minute and was Valentines Day. I m Marriott member and was very disappointed. It has been almost 10 days and have still not heard back from the hotel. Stay away from this hotel!!

Went for a demo of some cookware. Hotel bar right as you enter the doors. Check in desk off to the left. Looked to be several meeting rooms 's you walk through the main floor. The main floor also includes a gym, not sure on the details of that space though.

We went there to pick up a desk were giving away that they no longer had a use for

Stayed at Fort Collins Marriot in June, 2020. Website says "pet-friendly" but with a $50 PER NIGHT pet fee, I'd say this hotel is only "pet tolerant"! We had not stayed there in a while. No one told us it was bring renovated, which is great except workmen were making all kinds of noise (running power tools) in the room above ours - good luck sleeping late... when we called downstairs to ask about it we were told they could move us to a different room except we were checking out in a few hours. I am wondering why they just didn't give us a room that wasn't right below the renovating in the first place?

The meeting facility was adequate and the staff was nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. It was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are showing their age, which I expected. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing, though we made it there late, which I'm sure didn't help matters. I would have no problem staying here again, but given some of these faults and it's distance from old town, if I were wanting to visit for a night on the town I'd likely book elsewhere.

staff was great , long trek due to travel complications, late booking, needed a few hours of sleep, concierge obviously could see i was having a day, booked quickly and passed me a voucher and bought me breakfast! Was able to get some much needed rest and a good breakfast. left feeling great, Thanks!

Excellent location, excellent amenities. Indoor pool and a concierge suite for Marriott rewards members with evening appetizers and morning breakfast. Made the morning very easy for breakfast. Short drive/bike to downtown Fort Collins!

3. Overcharges and refunds:
Mine was a business stay through Microsoft and the room was paid by the company. However, the front desk charged my card for the stay and later I found that this is something they do quite often with business travelers.
I found that this is because they need a corporate card to charge which isn't there unless you call the company during checkout (doesn't seem like a great customer experience). I travel for business regularly at Marriott properties around the world and never experienced this issue.
Later, I called the property and Microsoft to sort this out and it was confirmed on phone by the hotel that my charges will be reversed. Interestingly, instead of the charges being refunded on my card, I was in fact charged a second time for the exact same amount ! When I called the customer service Marriott representative said there was no case opened the first time and even when she opened the case this time she refused to send me an email confirmation (citing it is not "normal operating procedure").
The latest is that the hotel property is now "looking" into it and have the case number but there may be nothing done over the "weekend" (surprising for a hotel property to not have working managers on weekend).

Held a conference here and everything was perfect. Will absolutely be back again!

We booked here primarily for the free breakfast. Came down this morning and we were told we weren't included as we reserved with our AAA membership. NO ONE decided to mention this. As we did our booking- which by the way took an hour- we mentioned our excitement for the free breakfast to the lady who helped us. Did she correct us? No. Did she let us know the deal with breakfast? NO. SUPER PISSED. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. We could have stayed at the hilton for cheaper.

Amazing! Our family visited about one month ago. Zach at the front desk is the most on point, professional, friendly, and fantastic person I think I have ever come across at a hotel....and we stay in hundreds of hotels every year. At one point he saw me from 300 feet away struggling with entering the gym doors and he jogged over to help me out. He always remembered our names. He was always in a great mood. We extended our stay twice, and part of it was bc it was so pleasant to be in a hotel with someone happy and helpful. Plus the pool was so much fun, the gym is a fantastic hotel gym...better than most, and the room was extremely clean. Loved it!

This hotel is fantastic! I spent last night there for my birthday. They made it such a memorable experience for me! I was upgraded to a suite just bc it was my bday and when I got to my room, there was a bucket of New Belgium beers and a bucket of snacks right inside the door with a sweet Birthday note from the front desk. I was so pleased and impressed with their level of service. Our room was phenomenal. This is a hotel I will recommend to anyone coming to Fort Collins and will definitely stay there again.
Oh and I recommend staying on the 5th or 6th floor and taking advantage of the concierge suite on the 6th floor. They have great hors d'oeuvres in the evening and and honor bar.
I enjoyed everything about this hotel! Thanks again for making my birthday special.

Marriott was really nice! Very roomy and friendly staff

The only disappointment that I faced but not having any knowledge of this place of the high prices for food. My most disappointment is the food, the so called continental breakfast wasn't worth the cost is asked for of $8 then they had a buffet section and it was $17 it wasn't worth the cost, lets talk about the so call pancakes frizby couldn't cut it was so hard it was crunchy. The time I was ok is when I ordered room service it was hot, tasty and a little better than downstairs. When I arrived they didn't tell me anything about the surroundings, where the dining area was/is at but ok. The beds & pillows was like nothing and I'm so much in pain and stiff after returning home. The construction and layout was very nice and the Reps at front desk WONDERFUL!

Our company just had another Christmas party here (200+) and I have to say they never disappoint. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. Not sure about the rooms as we did not stay but I still highly recommend a visit.

Everyone wears masks. The staff is so nice and once we were checked in and running around they recognized us as we got supplies etc. Hotel is nice and comfortable. Would stay here again

Pricey compared to other hotels nearby, but clean and friendly nonetheless.

Bathrooms need updating, but otherwise a solid hotel.

It was a nice property, very large comfortable lobby with plenty of space to work in. Desks, tables and sofas with TVs and a bar. The rooms are okay, clean a little old fashioned but beds are comfortable and it was pretty quiet when I was there.

I travel to Fort Collins twice a month. I love this hotel.

I spent 3 days at this Marriott and could find nothing wrong. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful for all my needs. The restaurant was excellent as well as the waiters. I would stay there when I return to Ft Collins. I only stay there and have for the last 17 years. Thanks Marriott for a great stay!

I've stayed at the FC Marriott for several decades with my work. Most of time I would have given them 4 or 5 stars. This last trip did me in though. I'll be staying nearby at the Hilton (where my wife has stayed before and loved it). The staff at the Marriott was short with us and rude. I think they are a victim of too much success (the hotel was full). No effort to resolve the issue with not applying the AAA discount. I'm done.

Excellent service. Huge, clean and comfortable room.

They take great care of their guests no matter how important you are. It's a very comfortable calm and warm environment. Definitely will return

Staff was great and friendly. Clean room and common areas. Had to be up early the next day though for bike race and had to listen to a wedding reception through the walls until 10 or 1030. Very frustrated about that.

It was nice. The pool and elevator situation is a bit odd, but other than that it was a good stay

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, comfortable beds and linens. Service was excellent, very prompt and courteous. Conference spaces were easily navigated and more than adequate for accommodations.

The outside looked amazing, the people at the desk were awfully nice too. The only complaint would be the tiny rooms with outdated showers. Would ve liked to see a nicer, maybe even slightly bigger bathroom for the price we paid to stay there especially.

Staff and courtesy were the outstanding parts of our accommodations. Rooms were adequate, but not outstanding. Bathroom and sink area felt pretty small. We syee fine and would stay again.

Very clean and professional. When we first walked in we could smell something that can only be described as "Hollister". Would definitely stay there again.

Decent Marriott but parts of hotel are a bit old but nevertheless a good option when visiting CSU students.

Just outside of downtown. Room was clean and everything functioned properly. They let you log into Netflix/Hulu/etc on the TV!

Just ok. Staff was great, but hotel is older and nothing exceptional about it. I did not see much within walking distance- much better options in Ft Collins for similar price.

My son had his wedding party stay there and it was wonderful. Everything was 5 star!

Front desk dudes were straight Sickomode when it came to checking in. My dad is gold or something but they gave us a straight 10/10 customer service. I ll be back!

Very nice rooms, as well as clean! Very nice lobby and bar area. Staff was incredible! Really enjoyed how friendly the staff was to our dog!! Wish we could've stayed longer, but we'll definitely be staying here again.

Disappointing. I usually love this hotel. However, we paid extra for a room with a balcony. No balcony just windows. Also, they could have told us they were hosting a baseball tournament. We went away for a girls weekend with no kids and couldn't even sit in the hot tub due to 70 kids all under the age of 12.

Front desk was difficult with me. The shower has black hairs around it and there is junk on the carpet, not cleaned right.

We were staying at the hotel with our dog. After a long 16hr day of driving the quick check in was great. They even gave us a ground floor room so that we could use the glass sliding doors to the room to easily take our dog out to the field behind the hotel. Each and every time we walked by with our dog the friendly staff would always say hello and come around to say hello to our dog. Even had treats that they would give our dog. Very nice hotel also and very well located with easy access to shopping, eating, dog parks, and everything you could think of. I would definitely stay here again.

Great space for events. I love the space. There event staff is amazing, they were very attentive and courteous.

The hospitality at this hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff is very friendly and eager to help and make your stay as enjoyable as possible!! My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend away from the kids and they sent up a complimentary snack for two just because! Thank you staff at Marriott!!

The main lobby is really nice. The bar is cool and an inviting area to hang in. The fitness center is awesome! The pool is indoor/outdoor, which is cool to have in Colorado. The staff was great. My biggest issue was our room. The carpet was old, outdated, and kind of dirty. Only a mini fridge in the room and no microwave. We paid a lot, lot of money for a very nice hotel and a so-so room. The room was not worth $300/$400 a night. It was more like a $180 room. If the room matched the lobby for niceness this hotel would get a 4 or 5 star rating from me.

Food was great and service was excellent. Joey was the bartender and was attentive and friendly.

This hotel was great. Room was nice and clean. Good location from the College. Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is a little hard to find, of your using Google maps it will bring you to the rear of the hotel, just drive around the corner to the left and its right there. It located in a business park, but not far from shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking out front, be careful not to park around the side its for the business park.

Well located, lobby was very lively at 11 on a Friday. Beds very comfy.
