We were in a jam looking for a house to lease within a matter of a month or less. We reached out to Camillo Properties filled out and application. We were informed of the houses available based on what we needed. At first we did a 1 year lease and when our lease was up we did another year. We didn't have any issues, whenever we had repairs needed we opened a ticket and it was always taken care of pretty quick. Which were all minor issues. We had a great experience.

Poor execuse for leasing professionals. Everything is done through email with responses that always direct you back to the lease agreement. It s a rental property but they treat you like you own the place ... the ONlY thing they provide is lawn care in the hot months ... and the catch is if a shrub dies you have to replace it..... any maintenance issues , they give you directions on how to fix it yourself. I wouldn t lease from thing again nor would I purchase any of their homes... cheaply made.

Finding and securing our dream rental has been mad...

Finding and securing our dream rental has been made easy and seamless with the help of our Move-in Coordinator, Shanin Nunley. She has helped us tremendously during this time and assisted in mitigating the various steps of renting from Camillo. In my opinion, she has gone above and beyond to make this move as easy and stress free as possible for me and my family. Our experience has been outstanding from the start! We were very fortunate to have Shanin Nunley assigned as our Closing Specialist. She made us feel like we were family and walked us through everything perfectly! She made the whole process easy, stress free and painless!!! We finally found a place to call home, thanks to Shanin!!! We absolutely love the house!

They seem to have some nice homes but the application process is really shady. They want you to pay the application fee without knowing the exact home or unit you're going to get. I mean who wants to apply for a home they've never seen before? And what if I dont like the place they choose for me? I just lose my money? Sounds like a scam! And on top of that the reviews here are awful so I will not be proceeding.

Thanks to Nova and Shannon, our experience has been absolutely amazing!! We found a home and due to crazy circumstances, we are moving with me due any day now with our 2 twin girls! The whole experience of searching for a house is stressful. When i found Camillo Properties everything went so smoothly. I was able to look at the homes on my own time, applied for the one i loved and got it. The neighborhood is quiet. I am so happy to now finally have a backyard for my children. Stop saying my service requests are closed when you haven't fixed them yet. I've had a request open for nearly 5 months and I gave you all a grace period to figure things out with the COVID situation going on, only to realize you closed the request without fixing it. The issue is on the outside of the house, you don't even need to come inside. This isn't the first time you guy has falsely closed out service requests. It's dishonest, stop doing it.

Application process was quick and easy! You might have to call or email a few times but they don t take long replying. Definitely recommending if you have low/poor credit. I wanted to share my experience because I was hesitant about applying after reading reviews. But glad I did and now living in this gorgeous home. Also if you re interested in renting a home make sure you look at the area you re interested in because not all Camillo houses are in the best shape or area!

My wife and I moved to San Antonio for work this past April on very short notice. I feel very lucky to have found my home at the Hunters Pond development. The neighborhood is safe for my family, the home is spacious and and has fantastic features for the cost, and there is even a stocked fishing pond! I couldn't be happier!

For all of you that have complaints with this company, it is best to file a complaint with BBB. It seems as though a few complaints on that site have been rectified. They also have a D rating on BBB which has driven me completely away from even applying for a home. I hope everyone who has had an opprotunity to get out of their lease is now enjoying a home elsewhere

This is literally the worst company ever they have...

This is literally the worst company ever they have been charging my family for the most smallest things that are out of our control ever since we rented a house from them. Every month there has been a 50-200$ violation fee for mistakes not on our part but from services they hire for their homes! Highly recommend not working with them at all! Last time I ever rent a home with them.

I'm so sad I moved into this complex. After having a fire in my apartment last week, I was surprised by the lack of care and assistance the management displayed. Having my adjuster notify management that insurance will only be putting me up in a hotel for two weeks, she informs me that if my unit isn't complete by those two weeks that she will not place me in another available unit and that I will just be on my own. Having contacted corporate to discuss this matter, I have yet to have someone return my phone call. With all the other apartment complexes in Katy, I wish I would've signed with another one. Having just moved here from DC with no immediate family here, going through a situation like this is beyond disheartening. I was told Camillo Properties cared about their tenants and if that's the case they need to inform the management of my complex. #SoDisappointed

I honestly have nothing but positive feed back abo...

I honestly have nothing but positive feed back about my home and Camillo Properties. I appreciate the location close to grocery stores/Walmart, schools, Grand Parkway/I10, and the mall. The coziness of the home itself and the quick response to maintenance requests, emails of concern and open communication with the property company. I moved in March 2018 and I have lived in Katy for almost 20 yrs; so I've seen the community grow as well as the area and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the community. I would recommend Camillo Properties if you are looking to rent and not buy for the time being.

Also, I just have to say Robert in Maintenance and the team do a great job. If you place the Maintenance request online then they're really prompt with their response. I believe the team is working hard and they have a thankless job and I appreciate them helping me taking care of my family. Thank you Camillo Properties for us having a home to come to.

I received a call from a leasing agent at Camillo ...

I received a call from a leasing agent at Camillo Properties on Monday. One of the biggest things I wanted to confirm wih her was the application process. This agent and two other agents that we spoke with as well informed that once a prospective tenant has chosen a property, it is removed from the available list of homes for 24 hours for deposit to be paid. I applied for a home that she stated was available, no apps pending, and the next day we were approved by 5:00pm. An email was sent requesting the specific property and lease term and I responded by 5:06pm, in which home was still available. Between 5:06pm Tuesday and 8:00am Wednesday another tenant who wasn't sure if they wanted the house or not was granted the home. Now we are having to move from our current home within 1 month and no where to go because there are no more homes available in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. NOTE TO CAMILLO: IF THE PROPERTY IS BEING HELD, REMOVE IT FROM THE SITE FOR AVAILABILITY. $45 PER APPLICATION SHOULD NOT BE WASTED IF NO HOMES ARE AVAILABLE!

Move in process was great! But upon me moving in I hve PAINT on the front door missing!!! how would you allow someone to move in like that?? the carpet on the stairs is missing a patch and it was not clean. the person before me clearly had dogs because I swept the stairs and it was white/gray furr. I have to pay someone to come and shampoo the carpet and I haven't even lived here for 3 weeks!!! I put in a request to hve the door painted and I am still waiting. If the home was not ready some one should have just said that instead of having me move in this rushed home!!! I am so upset! I will take a picture of the stairs when I get home. This is ridiculous. Why do I have to put in a service request for something that should have been handled prior to me moving in?!

Over all, not pleased with them as a landlord. But to top the cake, they sent an email last week informing the renters that they could register for pool passes on the 24th. First of all, no one seemed to think through the process for this as the HOA clearly states that you need permission from the owner (Camillo) to even receive passes since they are renters and not the owner. The form was not signed by Camillo and no one seemed to know how to resolve it. Second, and the best part, when the renters went to the rec center to register and pick up the passes, several tenants were told "sorry, they haven't paid their HOA dues so we can't issue passes." Seriously...so we pay over $2000 a month and you can't pay your 2019 HOA dues by June? Pretty sure they send those notices out in November and December for them to be paid in January.
Not to mention how embarrassing that is to tell your child that you can't take them to the pool because of such an avoidable situation. I'm sure (and hope) it will be resolved immediately, but nonetheless the entire experience was less than desirable and embarrassing.

I have been a resident for 1 year now and I have just renewed my lease, I would have to say that in the beginning it was a bit difficult do to not really having personal one on one with your leasing agent outside of phone and email. Once I moved in I will say that it has been great! It does give you the actual lifestyle of owning your home so if you are thinking about it this helps the decision. They have had several resident events that were a success now that it is a community. Overall it has been great here!

I've been living in the Plantation Lakes community for the past year and it has been an enjoyable experience. We did have an issue on our street but it was dealt with quickly & quietly. I just re-signed for another year and Karlee StPeter was most helpful, answered all my questions and processed my re-sign quickly. Thanks again and look forward to my next year.

Please please PLEASE do NOT rent from Camillo Properties! Incredibly sub par. If you plan to have guest (even one) over at your house you can forget about it. There is no street parking whatsoever. They put up a sign that said no parking on the street and the same day towed my car...and my neighbors Yes they tow! I moved from an apt to Camillo because of parking issues and low and behold came to a worse situation. For the most part the staff is friendly but Bianca in the rent department is incredibly rude. They used to have another lady working there who was sweets for professional but Bianca truly has a terrible attitude, is beyond sarcastic when she talks to you, and is clueless as to what customer service is. At first when I experienced the funky attitude I thought she was having a bad day but it turns out she is just mean and uphappy. Currently drafting a letter to corporate because it s jjst unacceptable. People read reviews so I have no idea why anyone would think this is ok! Horrible experience!!!

We've only been a tenant for a week but we've been working with Camillo Properties for about 2 months to get the house we've been looking for about a year. We applied, got approved fast, and waited for a house in our prospective neighborhood to become available. Karynn called us as soon as some were ready, before they went on the market, so I paid a deposit right away! It wasn't the perfect house we wanted, so for a reasonable fee we were able to change the lease to another house down same street that was exactly what we wanted! After that, everything was a breeze

The only negative we've had in this experience is that we had to do a maintenance request on the first day...

Me and my significant other applied for a home, spoke with a lady and she said the home was available no one has put in an application so with in 30 mins I ve submitted all of our documents and paid the application fee. This is the 3rd week I call everyday and every time someone answers they are very rude like we re bothering them. No one helps you. They transfer u to a voice mail I ve left 6 messages since June 21 and have not received one phone call back. This company all they want is your money , no emails no phone calls back no emails I have all my proof to show they NEVER answer THE PHONE or HELPS !!!

The houses are lovely. Pricing is reasonable to me. Not bad neighborhood. My 1 star is for the staff. The office staff is a joke. Bianca picks the phone up and hangs up on customers. She think everything someone says is funny. Then when I asked for a supervisor she said she is one, no one is above her for me to talk too, she doesnt know her supervisors name or number or how to get in contact with someone above her and if I wanted that information I need to google it and find it myself. Ruuuude. This is the type of people they hire to run an office.

Even when we had to relocate out of state and break the lease, they were very fair and reasonable with returning our deposit. Chelsi was always so kind and courteous and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Having rented a home for many, many years, I feel quite qualified to write a review. :-) First, I think I got the BEST person in the company to help me (by luck in the beginning but a Blessing in the end) - Shanin Nunley. She worked hard to get me in the home I wanted. I had looked at about 10 homes and this one really struck me. She knew it and worked so hard to get me in and I have been so happy since I got there.

The homes are precious and with so many things thought of. Up to date, wifi thermostats and garage door openers, huge closets, plenty of space and having the water view is just amazing!

Service has been exceptional as well. When I've needed something done - as with new houses, there's always little things - they were promptly taken care of.

So glad to have found this place - highly recommend the homes, the location, the company and of course the staff. Thank you so much, Shanin!!

From the very beginning of the application process to the move in this was such a easy process. My move in specialist Shanin was very helpful and kept in constant contact throughout the full process.

Shanin was friendly and always followed up promptly with any concerns or issues that came up! My new home is beautiful and I m so happy that I got to work with Camillo Properties!

I wish I would have actually paid attention to the bad reviews on this company! We've rented from Camillo Properties for a year now and have 6 months left in our lease, I just wish we could escape them sooner! We're easy-going tenants, we pay our rent early and don't ask much. In the year we've lived here we've submitted 6 maintenance requests and not ONE of them has EVER been completed. The maintenance guy seemed nice enough but never returns to complete the job! He shows up to asses what needs to be done and promises to return in a couple days to fix it. He never does. Our latest request was to have our broken fence fixed (after someone tried to hop it to break into our house) and to have a blind cord that snapped, replaced. Several calls to maintenance and a week later we receive an e-mail from Camillo only stating that we were responsible for fixing both needed repairs. RIDICULOUS. That's what maintenance is paid to do. Houses in our Camillo rentals neighborhood are constantly being broken into because the streets are poorly lit and the doors bust open easily. The houses are cheaply built and "maintained" and we thought for 18 months it'd be fine. Big mistake. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM CAMILLO PROPERTIES. It's ridiculous that they don't have an office, a contact, or even a local representative in San Antonio to speak to in person about their rentals and issues that arise.

I have leased from Camillo Properties since 2013, there have been some issues but they were all resolved within reasonable time. I have enjoyed the time I have been with Camillo Properties. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and family oriented. I haven't had any issues with the staff, everyone that I have met or talked with seems to be nice and friendly. As far as the insect and rodent issue one person mentioned in their review, my contract listed prior to signing that extermination/pest control is tenant responsibility. One agent even sent us flowers and a card when our beloved dog died. I recommend Camillo to anyone needing to lease.

We are almost one year into our 18 month lease. For the most part the employees have been great to deal with. They do take a long time to complete maintenance requests and in the online portal they do not ever respond if you ask questions. The houses are the worst. They are so cheaply built you can hear someone talking at a normal level across the street from the upstairs bedrooms. All the appliances are the cheapest. The floors were installed terribly and there are several spots they creak very loudly or they are buckled. Our backyard is unuseable for a great deal of the year. It is at a slant and holds a lot of water when it rains or is watered. The house was filthy when we moved in. The paint on the wall is the cheapest paint I have ever seen. I have 3 kids and when I have wiped some spots off the wall even with just water the paint wipes away too. Also these homes are in bad neighborhoods. We are in Almeda meadows and there have been several break ins since we moved in. You can hear vehicles driving the streets with their loud ass music at all hours. And they go very fast down these streets that children are frequently playing in or by. Overall, I am content living here. Not sure if we will be renewing our lease or not yet. I have definitely lived in worse places but I think for 1400 a month the quality of the home should be a little more

My wife and I have been residents with Camilla for 5 years this year. Since our stay we ve had our home and cars burglarized and no one was ever notified that these unfortunate events were taking place throughout the subdivision. Camillo lacks in keeping residents aware of any changes, and also a lack of concern for maintenance issues. Our dishwasher has been broke for two months while I ve had them ride around my home and inspect it with a fine tooth comb day after day leaving violations but can t come fix the dishwasher. This is the last year of our lease and we will not be renewing and i recommend that anyone considering any off the Camillo properties spread throughout the Houston area strongly reconsider. You will be harassed and fined until they get you out the door. Once they have your money they no longer care about you!!! This is not a place where u want to raise your family.

And the countdown begins!!!! 7 more weeks of dealing with this unprofessional money hungry company. Whew I m counting down! I can do a cartwheel, that s how happy I am. I ve never been this happy in my life to move... The process was horrible beginning with the application process and up til the move in date. Then we never dealt with them again because there was nothing to discuss as we paid our rent on time. But it s something about their Vibe I don t like. I will NEVER rent from Camillo in life nor will I recommend anyone. We paid our rent literally on time every single month. And I mean literally. So why would you raise our rent by $50????? I would never treat a loyal customer that way, Camillo that s guaranteed money. I know they have a business to run but stop being robotic and be human especially to your loyal customers. Not looking for empathy so no need to respond. I ll give my hard earned $1500 a month to a landlord that will appreciate me and my family. I know you don t care about little ol me because you can have another tenant within a blink. But I ll rather give my hard earned money to a more passionate caring company. I've rented a home from Camillo in Katy Texas. Me and my spouse LOVED our home. Our house literally had no problems besides having to get them to check out an outlet that kept going out which they came to fix a couple of days later. We unfortunately had to break our lease because of a job transfer to Dallas. They were very nice and communicated with me of all required steps. I had a very well experience. Now i just found out they have homes in Dallas so ill for sure be looking into getting one as soon as my lease at my apartment is done with. Not sure how everyone is complaining about this company. I had a great experience and will be renting from them again!

As we are moving out of our second home renting from Camillo, we had to leave Camillo only because they do not rent homes near my job. I must say after renting TWO houses with them from Houston AND Dallas, me and my husband had a great experience with them. We had a water leak many times in the house(minor) and they sent someone within days. Im not sure how everyone is complaining but I guess not everyone has goodluck like I did. If Camillo had a home by my job, we would 100% continue to rent through them. Dont let the low rating reviews scare you away!!!

Save your money. They take your money and don't look at your application until the property has been rented. We applied Monday, we're told it would be 48-72 hrs. Then two days later they ask for more documents which we sent in 5 min and then the next day they asked for another day to get us an update, then the house was taken off the market an hour later. Total ripoff, waste of time. Dallasites don't give them your business. The reviews are correct.

I've actually had a wonderful experience with Camillo Properties. I lived there a little over 3 years, never had a problem. I honestly hated leaving, but had to relocate to another state. They were very helpful and I received my full deposit. I will definitely miss living there!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! I lived in a home in Rio Vista for a year, and among issues with the neighborhood and being charged lease violations constantly for cars in the street that didn't belong to me, I was appalled to learn that I wouldn't be receiving my deposit back, in fact, I was informed I owed them money. I left the home in immaculate condition, even stayed 3 extra hours after moving out to clean the house top to bottom. Was falsely charged for broken light fixtures, a broken garage door, and cabinet replacement (none of which were damaged) to the tune of $1200, and a letter to pay in 30 days or else it will go to collections against my credit. I have a great rental history, and have never dealt with such blatant crooks in my entire life.

I ve been a tenant since 2014. The plumber they use is a true joke. He s been blaming my kids for the last year for a leak that continuously happens every three months. I got tired of being billed so last week I called a real plumber who took his time listened to the problem and found the problem. Just finding out there is no true HOA so I will be going to talk to an attorney about all the ridiculous fines that are only imposed on those that question bigger problems.

Thank you Janie!!!!! Today I had a scheduled maintenance appointment for my dryer vent. I'd had water flowing back into my dryer line for weeks and initially thought it was a dryer malfunction. It was a fire hazard. My appointment was scheduled between 8-12pm but no one from Lonestar (vendor) called or came by. I called to get an ETA and the technician called the wrong number that morning and was not able to make contact with me. Therefore my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for next week. I called Janie at Camillo Properties and she made a few calls and someone from Lonestar came out immediately. My dryer vent issue was resolved in literally 10 minutes. Janie was very empathetic to my concerns and addressed all my questions. Besides I'd taken off work to get this done. She even called me back to ensure the correct number was updated in the system. Very appreciative for her and she is definitely an asset to the company!!!!!!! People like her are the reason I renew my lease with ease. Been with Camillo for almost 3 years.

Excellent customer service. The young lady at the front desk is AWESOME,POLITE, AND HAS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been there like 3 times at each time she has been SPLENDID!!! I have a belief that if i can get pass the front door customer service representative to any company, then they have my business.
A word to the wise for any company...PLEASE make sure your front office rep is truly representing your company. There has been Dr. offices that I have went to because of the Dr. however, once I had to experience the front office people. I actually removed my business somewhere else, even though I truly liked the Dr.
Front offices workers represent your business. AND i must say Camillo Homes your front office worker BRYLEY (I forgot her last name). YOU ROCK!!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!
In addition, I just had the opportunity to work with the leasing agent Becky Watts and so far she ROCKS as well!!!

Avoid these people!! They are nice when you are wanting to sign the lease. Once you have signed you will be ignored and charged for things that you have already paid for. Please avoid signing any type of lease with these people. It is a money hungry company. Bianca has been the worst person I ve ever had to deal with. She will hang up on you. They will work with you if you need help, HOWEVER IT DEPENDS WHO YOU TALK TO, DONT TALK TO BIANCA IN HOUSTON, SHE IS NOT A BIG HELP, shes is not a help at all, so ask whom you are speaking with and if you get Bianca in houston just hang up and call back, hope to get someone more helpful because she has no customer service in help...its a good and bad to everybody huh

I can't forget about Karynn Chappell my favorite leasing agent, always on point and on top of my clients! Love the new home, but you would think that the worker who worked on the home would have taken more care of the products that they use to put in my home. I have dark cabinets throughout my home and you see white marks or something like putty on my cabinets that won t come off. When they put down the flooring they cut the flooring wrong where I can see the concert against the cabinets. They also crack some of my tiles in the master bath. What s the purpose of having a garage without it being electric; getting out of the car late at night is dangerous especially since you all want the tenant to leave it if they get an electrical one installed. Buying a microwave is not a big deal but it would have been nice to have it to come with the home.

I have no benefit in being dishonest about this company or it's employees. Make sure you notate EVERYTHING that is wrong on the move-in form so you won't be charged for items you did not do! This Christina Raynor person is a petty, unprofessional, condescending "manager". That is why being a HOMEOWNER is very important!! I will never make a company like this richer again.

I lived in a Camillo property for one year in a very bad neighborhood with rowdy neighbors. The rent was $400 dollars over the market price for the area for such a poorly built home. I resided in the home alone although the rooms were all furnished and decorated. I never had an issue until I tried transferring to another property which I did through the portal giving them notice in August. This company gave me the run around for months. Then tried to force me to stay in the home. After move out they put falsified damages on my account.
Not knowing I had a complete 10-minute video and pictures of all rooms, wall, closet, garage, the yard. I finally attempted to speak with Camillo directly and advised them of my proof.
They then said they should remove some charges. Then they immediately locked me out if the tenant portal so I could not view my account. I then reached out to the BBB Accredited Business Bureau for assistance. Again Camillo property was late with response making excuses.
Then they ignored them and my case was closed. I have video pictures and all e-mail communication. I will be going to the attorney general office in person to file a complaint and personally show my evidence. I will post my experience with camillo on every online site and social media service where they solicit business to warn every consumers. The complaint on this site are actual facts and not from disgruntled renters. I never even had an issue until I moved out my house.
They only are available when you sign your lease or they want you to pay.I will file in small claims court for my deposits emotional distress and threats to ruin my credit with false information. And for my time with feeling with such professionalism. I will be suing for the maximum amount allowed. Which I will receive after providing all this company has don't to me

I am an Active Duty Army Soldier and have been working with Camillo a litte over a year now. Most of my interactions have been with Karlee St. Peter which I will first say is extremely professional, uses great tact, and demonstrates her true concern for residents by working timely in order to resolve any issues. I will also add that not at any point will you feel that your papers or issues are sitting on some desk, but rather every concern is taken serious. The maintenance team has also been very profecient and quick to resolve any issues. Very thankful for my experience. And a special thanks to Karlee.

Hands down the worst experience ever. Was advised the process would take 2-3 days, which turned into 3 weeks. Computers being down a week, I believe that was a lie. Jennifer who was our contact has no customer service skills. Avoiding phone calls, yelling at my husband and the realtor for inquiring after days of not returning calls. Although we loved the house, we refuse to do business with such disrespectful people who were so condonsending.

If you value your time, dont waste it with these people, if you like to be treated with the same respect you give others, dont deal with these people. Jennifer should be fired, my next step is to contact owner of property from public records and let them know how their property is being managed and let him see all the emails from Jennifer with all her failures. We were approved, but Camillo lost a customer based on lack of professionslism as well as basic customer service. Apparently Jennifers customer service is optional and her boss doesnt screen her work or emails.

We've been looking for a home since Hurricane Harvey and stuck with an apartment for 2 years...
Our lease was finally up when I started searching for big enough homes when I came across this listing.
To say perfect timing, perfect amount of space, and location is an understatement! Karynn Chappel has gone above and beyond from day one!
For the price, location, and brand new unlived in home, we are beyond thrilled.(most rentals are over priced, dated and not kept up) Everything was done online.(application, deposit, paperwork) It's been the most straight forward process ever. Would HIGHLY recommend Camillo Properties!

Camillo Properties has given me run the around for over a month. I received a letter stating my application was denied, cause I didn't give notice at a previous apartment, which is untrue. I disputed the information through Real Page which was incorrect. Once I had the information correcred, the leasing agent gave me another excuse regarding denial of my application. This was not given to me in writing. The leasing agent could not give me an explanation; I would receive something in the mail. If you are going to deny my application you should be able t o verbally express the denial reason and not place the blame somewhere else. Renters be careful! Customer service is awful!

I've been a tenant for almost 4 years and its been for the best , when i have issue service is provided quickly. i enjoy how you can submit your request via the web. I recommend anyone who is looking to rent a apartment , rent a home from Camillo Properties you wont regret your decision

Update its now 5 years and still service is great , I had an issue with a broken shower knob and water was pouring in steady I was worried that this happen at around 4:00pm on a Friday and late, I was ready to turn of main water switch at meter and wait until probably Monday before being service , but to my surprise I got a call at 5 and the maintenance guy said he was 5 minutes away , I am so grateful for the speedy service , and repair took about 10 minutes. Saving me lots of money on my water bill and especially grateful for not having to go through all weekend without water. Thank You

Do not ever move into these properties! Everytime you submit a request it must be done through your tenant portal and they will respond with instructions on how to fix the issue yourself! Once you explain that it s not something you can fix yourself they go to threatening you about how they will charge you if they have to come out. The paint used for the home is very cheap and you can not clean your walls at all or the paint will come off. The staff is very unprofessional! It s a constant issue that the staff has admitted to and states that they are working on their customer service issue!

Upon moving out I cleaned the home spotless, leaving no trash and the added garage opener that I paid to be installed with the instruction for the next tenant to use for their advantage and they proceeded to send a bill for over $900. $500 to repaint the home, and other amounts for trash disposal and a collective of things that were not applicable to my move out! I have pictures and videos of the home upon move out and I will be filing a law suit against them. Don t not move into these properties! You will have issues from move in to move out!

I can t wait until this company collapses one day. I m having to get an attorney to help me deal with this company. When I ran into a situation I tried to find a resolution with the company and the response I got from the rude employee was, It is what it is. is this how y all train your staff? I ended up contact several attorneys all of who said that they ve had people requesting their services due to some foolishness Camillo is on, what does that tell you about the rental company? It s always something with Camillo, do not expect to get any form of a deposit back, and Camillo acts like your the homeowner when you re only renting from them. Rent is high and the homes are incredibly cheap. Don t rent from them unless you want to be treated poorly by the employees and have to deal with a company that will give you issues.

You need to train your employees better and I hope you ll enjoy being sued by me.

I lived in the house for five years. I moved out and they charged me for forced entry to make ready. The house had two different keys. I made the maintenance request years ago. That s how their locksmith made it. We got over it but if the key didn t work on the front door it would on the garage. But to break a window to get into the house is ridiculous. Two they don t answer the phone ever. I m about to drive to the office probably to be told nobody can see me anyway. Would not recommend.

So far things have gone well, we just renewed our lease. We have only needed maintenance once, and it was fixed in a timely manner. They are strict on their policies, which helps the neighborhood look nice.

Overall our experience has been good, the one thing that would make it a five star experience would be an element of hospitality - a personal touch.

Really like the way the company has the lock boxes on the property so that you can go view the homes hassle free. Once you see the home your interested in you just let them know and a straight forward step by step process is clear and smooth. I especially would like to recognize Shanin Nunley for her speed email and call back response to all our concerns. She have a welcoming attitude when speaking with her. I feel this was KEY, when it came to moving along in the process. Please let her know, encourage other team members to mimic her energy when dealing with future tenants. Keep up the great work

Honestly these guys try to intimidate and milk you for money which is absolutely insane. I was $25 short on rent because I made a wrong payment and they sent me a eviction notice (not real just to scare me) and said if I pay $200 I can postpone the eviction which blows my mind. Then they take $200 out of my account and when i try to find answers I'm met with short answers and transferred to other people because no one wants to give me an answer. Also since they made that mistake I cant pay online anymore so that's great. I would rather live under I10 and fry road than stay here another month.

Horrible management. When there is an issue with the home, instructions are sent such as "unplug the appliance and plug back in" instead of coming to fix the issue. Then will send a "lease violation" for flower bed mulch that was replaced 3 months ago. The neighborhood HOA has told them to back off residents for insignificant issues to no avail. No wonder there are so many empty homes.
