High rent for very cheap built homes. Do not let the pictures fool you. They fine you for everything.YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! You'll be charged for everything during move out..... it will be your responsibility to replace that cheap chalky paint, floors, grass, ect....
