Hands down the worst experience ever. Was advised the process would take 2-3 days, which turned into 3 weeks. Computers being down a week, I believe that was a lie. Jennifer who was our contact has no customer service skills. Avoiding phone calls, yelling at my husband and the realtor for inquiring after days of not returning calls. Although we loved the house, we refuse to do business with such disrespectful people who were so condonsending.
If you value your time, dont waste it with these people, if you like to be treated with the same respect you give others, dont deal with these people. Jennifer should be fired, my next step is to contact owner of property from public records and let them know how their property is being managed and let him see all the emails from Jennifer with all her failures. We were approved, but Camillo lost a customer based on lack of professionslism as well as basic customer service. Apparently Jennifers customer service is optional and her boss doesnt screen her work or emails.
