Stop saying my service requests are closed when you haven't fixed them yet. I've had a request open for nearly 5 months and I gave you all a grace period to figure things out with the COVID situation going on, only to realize you closed the request without fixing it. The issue is on the outside of the house, you don't even need to come inside. This isn't the first time you guy has falsely closed out service requests. It's dishonest, stop doing it.
