As a designer, Feathers is my go to custom upholstery, drapery and wood furniture source. They are skilled at building any type of furniture that I can design giving my clients furnishings that are completely unique to their home. They are knowledgeable, artistic and timely-- the perfect combination

We have been working with Claudia and Dan for over 20 years and 3 states, hard to believe, but true. Each room in our house has been touched by their magic. We know that when we want something special, that will last a lifetime, Feathers is where we go. Most recently we were redoing our master bedroom. We went to the showroom with a picture and an idea, we brainstormed with Dan and the next thing we knew we had a sketch of exactly what we wanted. The next time we saw our furniture it was time to pick stain and then it was delivered and set up in our house in California. We could not have wished for anything more.

If you want the BEST SERVICE, BEST QUALITY, and BEST VALUE.....Feathers is the place to go! My wife and I have been blessed to buy furnishings & assessories for ourselves for several homes as well as clients over many years. You will NOT be disappointed with Claudia, Dan & their outstanding service team!

In thinking about writing a review of Feathers all that came to mind were superlatives. Expert craftsmen, fine quality materials, highest and best use of space, beautiful design ideas for furnishings and draperies and topnotch service all combined to make our new home a showstopper. A true joy to live in.
And to really make my experience the best - everyone from the time I walked in the door to final installation was genuinely friendly, fun and helpful. Kudos to Claudia and Dan for putting together such a great team. And thank you for our results!

Feathers has beautiful home furnishings! The owners and staff are highly qualified and offer a fabulous end result in whatever your furniture/decorating needs are. With Claudia's eye for great design & beauty, and Dan and Dennis implementing it, one could not be in better hands! I recently had them design and make a small buffet table for my dining room. The craftsmanship is amazing! They hand carved the piece with the most intricate of details. The highly skill artisans transformed my queen size bed's head and footboard into a king. This allowed me to keep my beautiful furniture saving thousands of dollars. The results were stunning. I have had the privilege of working with Claudia to reupholster furniture, do window treatments and bedding. I will continue to highly recommend and use Feathers Fine Custom Furnishings. Remodeling an existing home can be quite daunting... so we decided to assemble a team of professionals that would make sure that we achieved the look and feel that we were looking for. We had a great architect/designer, builder, landscaper and needed that decor partner who would bring it all together.

We had an extensive consultation with Dan Levinson of Feathers and away we went. We did a complete remodel of a 6,000 square foot home taking it from Southwest territorial decor to a timeless Santa Barbara abode. Feathers met with us more times than I could count; at our home as well as at their facilities and vendors. They interfaced with the other team members to coordinate patterns/colors, designs, logistics, etc.

A special tribute to Dennis and his manufacturing/ installation team. They always made sure things were installed correctly, always conscientious of protecting the floors/walls/etc... even the dogs! And always with the best attitude!

The result... was not only being on the cover of Phoenix Home and Garden, but loving our home. Neighbors continue to comment on how much they love our place.... every gathering involves people walking around taking a tour... haha

Never did we feel pressured; never did we feel railroaded into a look or style; never did we feel intimidated. We felt comfortable dropping into the showroom, taking with everyone about our project. Pricing was always straight forward and never an elephant in the room . A great relationship.

Will we use Feathers for our next project?... in a heartbeat.

Feathers designed and built some beautiful furniture for our daughter s room. The chaise lounge in particular was a classic piece designed and constructed to what she regards as heirloom quality so that she has already decided to hand this item on to her children. Feathers made a custom sofa for my newly remodeled home. It's exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be more impressed with their craftsmanship. From start to finish the process was amazing!

I have no idea how this place received good reviews. Looks like they must have asked people to help them because if you check their yelp reviews, you will see they are the worst people to work with. Dan, the owner, is a real piece of work. Very arrogant and has a major power struggle!! Be careful! Do not be fooled. He has no respect for peoples time. Very rude, disrespectful and dishonest owner. What a shame to have a company in Scottsdale with no value or integrity. I usually do not leave reviews, but after the experience my family and I had with him, I felt the needs to inform people so they are not put in our same situation.

I learned of Feather's Fine Furniture about 15 years ago. I've had many pieces made over the years and can't express to you the level of care and quality I have received from this company. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They are the best!

A truly professional organization. They have gone way out of their way to assist me with reupholstering my existing bar-stools to make them look like brand new. They have a diverse design staff who pool their talents to make your home pop. Their in house manufacturing allows them to custom tailor your home design beyond the typical store bought furnishings.

I have furnished several houses over the years using private designers, store designers and going at it alone. Feathers is the perfect balance between all three. They have been doing it for so long and have seen so many types of styles, that there is virtually nothing they have not made or designed from scratch. Even more importantly, when the owner is in the back room actually cutting the fabric himself, you know they are going to get it right.

They have an uncanny ability to understand what you need and then magically pull out 5 alternatives all with complimentary material that is a visualization of what you see in your head.

I had a sectional sofa re-upholstered by Feathers. Dan helped me with the selection of materials and had great suggestions on how to update the look.
