Great Work place for development for starters! I have been in Kognitive since last 3 Years started as a Entry level Representative in Windsor, but gave me a chance to grow into the management for Barrie now. Being a Manager i had a chance to give my team leads to show their skills to grow and now we have 3 more managers into Kognitive world from Barrie region.

Koginative marketing is a best firm to work with as it provides me the opportunity to work with the best team and helps me to frame myself into a more confident and a passionate person.

It s been 7 months that I have been working for Kognitive Marketing. Initially I thought that this is not the job of my kind. But with motivation and great enthusiasm from my manager, today I enjoy my work a lot. I love this company because it cares for the employees, have abundance opportunities and flexible working conditions. Now I believe that I should not worry about my career because I am an employee of Kognitive Marketing.

Anthony never leaves his staff be alon. He is always there to help. Thanks a lot Anthony to be a such great leader.

Great Professional and Personal growth:
Kognitive offered me great help in evolving as a strong person. The situations one has to handle while working in marketing field are really stressful but the support i got from the management, completely changed my performance graph, from an average field marketing representative to one of the best reps in the region and then an event supervisor. The company doesn't only transform you in a good sales person, but a leader as well.

No professionalism, if you run out of money on your pay, they will not give it to you. Depending on what sector you are going to be, you are likely to fall in a sector where many customers will not want the card or many customers already have the card so you will be sorry. Your bosses are between 18 and 28 years old, which explains the lack of professionalism. Also, after your training you will be alone to sell in your own sector so if you want the company you will have to text in their private group (it's pitiful). I strongly advise you to work in a competent firm. A firm that will not have a payroll problem!

Nothin' to do with this company, but it's very funny how all the 4 and 5 stars come from current employees and all of them are Indians ?!! :)

The worst company on earth. They use people until they can give no more. Including their managers. Everyone they hire, are desperate for work, as in new immigrants looking for their permanent residency. Actual Canadians as a whole, don t find this company attractive. That is why the majority of reviews are from people from India and the like. Also any positive reviews are from current employees. They had a contest to have as many positive reviews posted to social media. Talk to the employees that left. They usually don t say anything good about this company

I ve been working for Kognitive for about 4 months now and I had an amazing summer working there! I love the flexibility of the scedules, the understanding of our managers but mostly the team spirit that keeps you motivated. As a full time student, I ve never made that much money in my life!

DO NOT WORK HERE. Expect your pay to come in late/not at all. Expect little to no HR or payroll help in this regard. If you want a scheduled shift before the night before or DAY OF, do not think about working here. Oh, and if you have a day off, it's not really a day off, because you can get a call at any time telling you that you have a shift to work on the other end of the GTA within the hour (which in itself is impossible with transit). Simply put, do not work here.

Great work environment and amazing people to work with. They are supportive and wants everyone to succeed. There are oppurtunities every day to make more money with commission but the safety net of minimum wage.

Nature of the job : sell people credit cards.
Payment structure : base pay or commission (in my opinion easy way to rip you off)
Been here, they have poor time management skills, poor planning, terrible follow up.
Listen to all the one star reviews because they are very accurate. They dont ever pay you your full amount and I've been messaging the manager and they arent responding but they type on the public group chat. An employee shouldn't be hassling managers over their pay, its unprofessional and unnecessary.
Only come here If you're really desperate. And if you come here be seld motivated because you are going to need it.

Field sales representative. You will be in a gas station interrupting people to fill the application. Kognitive management says they will give you the commission but they never do. All you get is your hours.

It's nobodys business who I am so I'm going to keep this anonymous as much as possible. I got hired here over a month ago and it took a month in itself to just get trained in the London area. My team is far from encouraging as well especially to newer employees. This is my first full week actually working for the company and from the first day I've recieved aggressive texts from my managers. I'm new to the company and I hate it. I've been stepped over and ignored. Today I was supposed to get paid as well but I havent been, I defended you when I started out. How can I be passionate and sell something with enthusiasm if every day I get threatened that if I dont suddenly become perfect I will soon lose my job. Heck I don't even think I'll make it to the end of next week. I feel hopeless. I'm getting mixed messages from everywhere. People tell me to take my time and work on improving my pitch but we aren't given that time and people aka the managers I'm looking at you Yogesh constantly threaten me that if I'm not better immediatly or not sick immediatly I will lose my job that I wasnt even fully trained to do. Hopefully you the people read this before you apply and go somewhere else. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Working in Kognitive marketing is a very good experience to experience customer service and able to develop negotiation skills to pursue the customer. I hardly recommend for this job to experience something real and earning a lot of money.

Do not work for these people, shady and unprofessional. They're currently refusing to pay my salary for a month and half of work. Literally have to sue them to get my money. They'll hire you saying its a permanent position when in fact they're only hiring you for a seasonal rush.

They don`t pay their employees they make promises of making $40 an hour then garner your wages left right and centre!
