I'm so sad I moved into this complex. After having a fire in my apartment last week, I was surprised by the lack of care and assistance the management displayed. Having my adjuster notify management that insurance will only be putting me up in a hotel for two weeks, she informs me that if my unit isn't complete by those two weeks that she will not place me in another available unit and that I will just be on my own. Having contacted corporate to discuss this matter, I have yet to have someone return my phone call. With all the other apartment complexes in Katy, I wish I would've signed with another one. Having just moved here from DC with no immediate family here, going through a situation like this is beyond disheartening. I was told Camillo Properties cared about their tenants and if that's the case they need to inform the management of my complex. #SoDisappointed
