He was not pushy for the sale and the times I left he would follow up and give me other options/different cars on the lot. Every time I contacted with questions he would respond in a timely manner. I had been looking to trade in my 2012 Toyota Highlander and checked a number of dealerships and finally settled on Groove Toyota. The salesman, Mason Schuster, was a great salesman. He treated us with respect, honesty and was open to any questions we had. He helped us get a great trade-in value for the 2012 and worked with us for other discounts to make the purchase of my 2018 wonderful. I love my car and would go back to Groove in a heartbeat!

Excellent service today! A truck dropped a pallet...

Excellent service today! A truck dropped a pallet onto the highway right in front of us that I couldn t fully avoid hitting it. A large piece of wood ended up puncturing our tire and it had to be replaced. Groove Toyota was able to get that done in less than 2 hours of our call and arrival, even on a busy Saturday. Thanks for getting us back on the road promptly!

Heavyset receptionist was very rude to me and a lady delivering food. She sat there eating food while speaking with customer chewing as she was talking to them.

She was training another older woman who had a great personality.

I overheard a sales person tell the lady who was delivering food there was an elevator. The receptionist made the poor woman carry boxes up stairs.

If this store treats someone who is delivering heavy boxes imagine how they would have treated me as a paying customer.

I went to Groove Toyota on Broadway earlier this month and helped my sister lease a really nice Corolla. Our experience was outstanding. Josh our sales consultant was awesome. Brenden the new car director was very kind and after the delivery of the car, gave my sister two Avelanche tickets and she and her husband truly enjoyed going to see the game. Kerri in the business office was great too. The whole team at Groove helped us with a smooth transaction and a world class treatment and experience. I highly recommend Groove Toyota on South Broadway in Englewood. These guys are top notch in every way. Don't go anywhere else.

These guys brought the car I was interested in to my house to take a look, since the dealership is closed to foot traffic. They showed up with gloves for me and them to wear while I test drove the car. I was very surprised to find out they will bring the car to YOU! My car died on the side of 1-25. My insurance company set me up with a tow dealership thatprovided terrible and horrible customer service. Took them 5-7 hours to get my car and every time I called they said 30 minutes and never contacted me. Luckily they did get it and brought it to Groove. I called after the service department was closed & one of the sales reps, Michelle, was so kind she walked out into the lot, looked for my truck and then called me back to let me know it was there. This was not her responsibly but it was the nice thing I needed today. I thought my car was still stranded until she called me back bc the tow truck company never called me back. Thanks Groove and thanks Michelle !!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Groove Toyota with salesman Patrick Shannon. He was more than willing to work with us on our trade in and even encouraged us to ask for what we wanted in terms of a deal on the vehicle we purchased. He met all of our requests and then some. We do not live in the Englewood area but will definitely be bringing our vehicle back to Groove Toyota for routine servicing because of the excellent customer service.

So today (Monday) I stopped in thinking I had spotted a 2018 truck as I was driving by on Sunday. I asked the receptionist about it and a sales agent came over saying he had overheard my question, I saw a silver 2018 Raptor parked in the corner of the lot he stated it was one of the employees, I stated it had a 2018 sticker in the windshield, meanwhile I had texted my wife to see if she remembered and received Audi as a reply. I said oh my wife just texted me it was at the Audi lot . He indignantly pointed south and said all the way up on your left as he turned and walked away.

Not any other conversation, no Hey if I can show you a Tundra come on in, no stop back and see us again just a rude dismissal because I wasn t looking at Toyota s.....

I purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Meredith Fisher. The experience could not have been better and I'd highly highly recommend her. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was great as well- I got good vibes from the dealership and the whole place seems to be pretty low pressure.

I'd connected with Groove over Truecar as I was searching for the ever-elusive manual Tacoma, and had been to about a half-dozen dealerships already over the prior week, some with some really really awful experiences (looking at you, AutoNation). Meredith from Groove had reached out and was super communicative over text with answers to my questions about a particular truck on their lot and setting up an appointment.

(You'd think in 2019 it wouldn't be such a hard thing to expect but man...)

I really can't stress how good the communication was /and/ how much she knew her stuff /and/ hit the right balance of being knowledgeable without repeating random sales brochure talking points. I also want to note that her communication stood out as one of the only ones I got from a dealership via Truecar that felt written by an actual human and didn't feel like a series of canned responses.

When I got there, the whole process was efficient and best of all super chill and patient. Everything was handled start to finish without getting bounced around or rushed for another customer or feeling like I was being corralled into settling for what the dealership -had- to get rid of. Additionally, I really appreciated how transparent the financing / payment options were laid out.

Best of all post-purchase support has been great thus far - I'd noticed some items missing in delivery and Meredith was -on it.-

Super happy with the experience and it's a great truck.

Paul Lipps is the person you want to talk to when looking for a vehicle at Groove Toyota. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from the dealership with Paul's help and even a month later he has continued to be helpful with my experience. I've reached out to him a few times about the truck as well as my warranty that I've purchased. He has always been super helpful with any and all questions that I've had. If you are looking for certified Toyota, stop in at Groove Toyota and ask for Paul Lipps. He's a great guy and will be happy to take care of you.

Watch out for the finance guy though, I know it is his job but he was extremely pushy and guilted me left and right for not wanting to purchase an extended warranty, almost ruined the excitement of purchasing a new car.....

Sales person Michelle, was top notch. Very friendly. My 3 stars came from their finance side. They talked me into the extended warranty and never returned my calls to cancel it. Even before the finance paperwork was submitted to the bank for my loan. In fact the gentleman was supposed to call me with the details of whether the loan would be through my bank or Toyota. I assume he didn't call due to not getting the commission from the extended warranty. I ended up having to wait until Toyota received it, then cancel it for a $50 charge.
His communication was horrible and even the other finance person I left a message for failed to call me back.
Plus, if you are no haggle pricing, then why have a salesperson anyway?
Especially if we have to rate them ALL 10s in order to get their commissions. Poorly done Groove Toyota, poorly done.

I made a stop at Groove Toyota on Oct 17th (a busy Saturday) - Groove seemed to have the most 4Runner inventory. I was immediately greeted by Bryon which was a relief - I found myself seeking a sales rep at some of the other dealers and Bryons first impression was great and comforting. I felt i was in good hands and i found out he had 17 years of experience with Toyota. Bryon walked me to the 4Runners and we discussed some of my needs. I love the new 4Runners so he didn t have to sell me much, although he did find the one that had everything I wanted! Not only that, after a couple pencils with management, we made a deal!! I had a good idea of current promotions and knew where I wanted to be - a perfect Saturday morning lay up for Byron. Finance process was easy, the F&I manager actually came out to the show room with the paperwork which was something I never experienced. I m loving my new truck! Thanks for making it happen Byron!

My wife Julie recently purchased a new 2020 Toyota RAV4 from Groove Toyota to replace her 2010 Subaru Forester. She was set on purchasing a 2020 Subaru Outback until we visited Groove Toyota where we looked at and test drove a Toyota RAV4. And then we realized the RAV4 was our clear choice with it's outstanding appearance, features, and price. We worked with Joe, Patty, Karen, and "Hutch" to purchase a new 2020 RAV4. This team of professionals really went out of their way to order this vehicle at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick and on-time as we were told. Our special recognition to Joe for making the deal work, adding roof rack crossbars & siding molding, and his continuous telephone contact with us during the order/delivery process. This meant a lot to us. Our special recognition to Patty for her exceptional customer support before, during, and after our purchase. Patty's after-the-delivery followup meant a lot to us. Karen was instrumental in coordinating her team during purchase and delivery. And special recognition to "Hutch" for finalizing the purchase and including an 8-year extended warranty at a very good price. After taking delivery of her new Toyota, Julie absolutely loves her new RAV4!

I m kind of shocked over my experience. I brought my well loved Lexus CT200h in to see about a trade in. I had gone to 3 other dealership (all big box companies) that gave me a reasonable estimate. I wanted to see if Toyota could beat it, and was just looking for the best offer. I understood if they couldn t, but I wanted to give it a shot anyways. They grossly undervalued the car. I was shocked since I had two written offers from the same day (autonation and Carmax). When I asked the reason why, they said hail damage.

Honestly, I didn t care that they didn t give me a strong offer, but hail damage? The car is from Florida, garage kept, and I just moved here a couple of weeks ago. (SEE PHOTO) The car has never been in hail. My car has 0 hail damage, and I had a clean car fax with no accidents and obviously no report of hail repair. Eric, the gentleman who assisted me, came up with some excuse that the car is covered in hail damage since my Lexus has a weaker metal. I couldn t help but ask if we were talking about the same car. I ended up going to a local dealership who gave the strongest offer.

All said and done, I went to 6 different car dealerships, and Toyota was the only one to grossly under value my car and then come up with some bogus explanation that really makes me question their honesty. I wasn t expecting that. And it makes me really weary of ever going to their dealership again. I love Toyota, but I ll steer clear of this shady dealership. They are either totally dishonest or really incompetent.

Appreciated working with Sergio when purchasing a 2016 Subaru Forester yesterday. He came in on his day off and completed the deal in record time. The one down-side was the wait from the finance department to complete the paperwork--they were pretty busy on a sunny day before a snowfall. Once they got to us, we were out in about 15 minutes.

We are really dissatisfied with the customer service at this place. We bought a car back in November and our registration is going to be expired in 4 days. We tried to register it at DMV office but they said groove never sent them the paperwork. Tried calling Groove, first 5 calls no answer, than the girl answers and transfers the call to somebody who puts us on hold without saying a word and 3 minutes later hangs up. Called again, was sent to VM. Nobody called us back. We tried to reach them again next day and same story - nobody would answer the call and once we finally reached them, they were no help and said we had to figure it out ourselves. Not happy at all. There wasn't a dealership so terrible at customer service before in our life.

I have been a Groove Toyota customer for 15 years, primarily for service on my 1999 4Runner. My experience with Kent Williams, service writer, has been nothing but exceptional. Friendly and helpful! Technician, Ed Bailey, is amazing and always goes well above and beyond to make sure all service needs are addressed, efficiently and effectively. A true professional! After driving my 1999 4Runner for nearly 20 years, we just purchased a new 2019 4Runner from Groove. Says a lot about the 4Runners and the Toyota brand! I worked with Macy Marsh, a sales team member. Macy's exceptional kindness and care during our car buying experience at Groove made a potentially stressful process for us much easier. I appreciate that!

Delmar was cool but made you know and feel as if you where only a sale. He was nice and courteous but when you come from a background in sales like I do you know these types of people have a stereotype for a reason. We had been asked to review groove Toyota, and the salesman that represented them. We are doing just that. Except we had been asked that day we bought the vehicle. Great vehicle by the way. But when we hold to our end of the bargain our rep should too. I had to call his manager and leave a VM to get anything done which after a month and a half is still not complete.... Thus the piece of meat we feel like... You see we had been promised things at the close of the deal... So why does this awesome customer service take a month and a half to deliver on their side.... Cause we are just a dollar sign... That's why.. Of course we know a merchant sells to a customer but the experience should make you want to go back.... Hmm mm

I chose this dealership because of the positive Google reviews it had received. I understand why the establishment is so highly rated. I went in yesterday to test-drive an SUV that I had seen online; both sales representatives were affable and polite. Paul allowed me to really put the car "through its paces" by suggesting many different driving situations, despite the poor weather.

What I really liked about the whole experience was the transparency. The only time I felt pressured was when the extended warranty came up -- but that was only a minor speed bump. Otherwise, the vehicle was sold to me at a fair price (on the low end of Kelly Blue Book). It was in good condition when I got it, and I felt entirely comfortable with the process. They even gassed it up for me before I drove it away (a lovely courtesy).

I gave the dealership four stars (wish I could do half-stars) because I just got the vehicle home tonight, and it remains to be seen how my relationship with the dealership will proceed from this point. I had a lovely car-buying experience, but I'm not sure how service and maintenance will look. All in all, I would recommend this place for first-time buyers. Do your research before you go in, as you would at any place, but expect a low-pressure, relaxed and efficient experience. Go see Paul and Kevin!

I would have giving it zero stars if I could. Horrible sales, Horrible service on a 2018 Tundra. There master tech had to get another Toyota to compare my truck too. Spent 6 hours driving there to only have my issues ignored. Premium has no meaning when it comes to the stereo. Dash is warping, and almost died when the truck accelerated 40mph over the intended cruise control setting of 55mph. Almost went off a 32 foot cliff in a construction zone doing 95mph. I have a warranty that is not working. I bought the biggest lemon that could feed the world. Don't waste your time and especially money buying from these guys. The sales people (Byron, Richard) lied when it came down to the dash warping. I have had the truck for almost 3 weeks and regret it everyday. The stereo is referred to as a K-Mart Kraco blue light special that dogs could not even hear. My friends refer to it as the coffin or Christine.

My experience at Groove was excellent. I worked with Jessie Marker on getting into a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 last week. Jessie was thorough, knowledgeable and got me exactly what I was looking for with no added b.s. and no high pressure sales tactics. You could tell he really cares about his customers and even takes his personal time to follow up with customer questions and needs even on his days off. This is my 3rd Toyota vehicle and I will be buying from Groove and hopefully Jessie again in the future.

I got a 2019 Tundra from Kindra Largent and Ben Harrison recently. This is by far the most down to earth and easy to deal with dealership I have dealt with. They were very honest, transparent, and worked their very hardest to get me the best deal possible. They insured I found the truck of my dreams and took care of everything in between. Nobody else I would have preferred to go through, the process was so easy ! I shopped between many dealerships in Colorado and surrounding states. I felt like Groove Toyota really took care of me. They have outstanding customer service, and have extreme care for their customers. I didnt experience any of the back and forth games like I did with all the other dealerships. I would 100% reccomend you stop by and talk to them. They will take great care of you !

I had a truly awesome and pain free car buying experience with Sam Lyons! First of all this guy is a navy vet, so nothing but respect! But, most importantly he didn t try to sell me on anything. My family and I have gone to the Groove dealerships for many years. I could not be more pleased with the service I received today at Groove Toyota. I worked with Jazz Williams and I highly recommend asking for him when you go in. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient with my time. Jazz made the entire process so painless and I was thrilled with to be able to purchase the vehicle I had my eye on. I'll be going back to Groove for sure.

He sent me over to Kendra, who was easy to work with and got me a great deal on a Tundra! Overall, it was a very easy car buying experience. I'd gladly send a family member to Kendra if they needed a new car.

I came here to look at some cars listed online, after hitting up Groove Mazda (where I had a wonderful experience!) and before I went to Groove Subaru. I went with my sister, and I'm not sure if we would have been treated the same if we had brought a male with us, but the experience I had here soured my entire experience and has made me unwilling to go to Groove anymore, not even to return to Mazda and make a purchase with them for a vehicle I test drove and really liked!
We were approached at the door by Sam, he chatted a little bit and proceeded to show us the cars we asked to see. He let us walk around the outside of the first car and look inside, and at no point even offered to let us even hear the car start. He then took us all the way to the back to look at the other two cars on our list, one of which was waiting to be serviced (I'm not sure why we were even taken to see that one), walked us into the shop to find the other one which wasn't there and afterward could not be located. So, we saw a car that we liked and one car they hadn't even cleaned up yet, plus the inside of the shop but at no point the front office at this point. On the way back to the original car we looked at, he starts talking financing, and how there was no way we would be able to finance a used car within budget, etc. And basically shuts down any hope we had of getting this car. He made it extremely clear that we were not even going to be able to test drive the car. He finishes his rant and then looks at us expectantly asking us what we want to do. No offer to test drive, go get the keys, he didn't even offer any other cars that could possibly have a better chance of being financed, which Groove Mazda did immediately upon finding some of the cars on our list were already sold. We unanimously agreed we would go to the next place on our list and left.
The next place on our list was Groove Subaru, but we decided to not even go there at that point. We ended up going to Planet Hyundai, getting the same car we looked at Groove Mazda for, with financing, and had a very pleasant experience from the moment we started talking to sales.
It seems like Groove Toyota is only interested in making new sales, because my sister was treated very wonderfully there when she was looking to purchase a new Corolla. I will not go back to Groove at this point, and have cautioned everyone against using them at this point.

Wow, had a question about service and needed to speak with a technician. The switchboard woman first disconnected me, and when I called back had me on hold for several minutes before someone in scheduling picked up and was baffled why I had been transferred to her since she was in a completely different part of the building. She suggested I call back a third time.
Better yet, I ll take my business somewhere else..

I NEEDED a very dependable low cost, low payment, extreme fuel economy vehicle. Rob Wright nailed them all. I thought one thing Rob said you can have that but... And I'm very thankful with what he got me into.

I recently bought my second car from Frank Danyi at Groove Toyota and it was so easy and fast. He was very thorough, patient, knew his stuff, and took the time to understand what I wanted. I was originally shopping for a sedan, he had me sit in and test drive a rav4 to 'try' it on. Since I'm over 6' tall it was so much more comfortable to get in and out, such a smooth ride and handles amazing. I commute around 3 hours a day for work and this is going to make it so much more pleasant and safer, not to mention economical.I never felt pushed or hurried into making a decision like I did at other dealerships. It was a very relaxed but attentive environment.I don't think I'll need to buy my third car for some time to come, but if/when I do I'll go back to Frank Danyi again, if he is still selling them ;)

I had the best experience buying my vehicle from groove Toyota. I got the pleasure of working with a gentleman from the same small town I was from! His name is Delmar and he was absolutely phenomenal! I believe I went a little bit overboard with my personal life problems but he was so understanding and helpful. I got a great deal on my vehicle and he made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend not only groove Toyota to anyone purchasing a new or used car but I would also recommend Delmar he is awesome! I live in the mountains and recently totalled my car by hitting a deer. I commute 40 miles for work in Englewood and really needed to get a safe, all wheel drive vehicle. I did some research on the internet and found a good deal at Groove Toyota. I contacted Alan Oppenheimer and set up an appointment the very next day. He was prompt and caring and made sure the car we wanted was ready to test drive when we arrived. We negotiated our price and was happy with the entire experience. Alan was helpful, courteous, and professional. There was never any pressure from him to do anything we weren't comfortable with and he was willing to work with exactly what we wanted. We ended up with a great vehicle for a better deal than any other Denver area Toyota. Will go back to Rob for all our new vehicle needs!!

I went in with my wife and kid to test drive a Tacoma and how car seat friendly they were. The salesman was very quiet during the test drive and never went over the features of the truck despite telling him I was comparing it to a Frontier. Would have been nice to at least have a walk around, point out some of the things Toyota does better than Nissan, etc. Another dealer did a much better job selling the truck. After we got back from our quiet and uncomfortable test drive we took a quick look at numbers and then left. My wife and I mulled it over and she dashed my dreams of owning a truck with the need for a practical car. We own two Outbacks and needed to replace one of them so we decided to just upgrade. Turns out Groove had the best priced lowest mileage Outback so I went back, test drove, and decided to purchase.

Groove is your typical dealer with not exactly high pressured sales, but close enough. I think they held over a lot of the Burt mentality. Compared to dealers like Kuni and Schomp they aren't as friendly and they work to sell loans not cars. You'll get the inevitable question, "what would you like your payment to be?" and then the negotiations revolve around the monthly payment (if u choose to finance there). There's running back and forth with the sales manager and the blank piece of paper with the offers on it. Once you agree to a price you go back to the finance salesman who pushes warranties, gap, paint protection, interior protection, etc. Be careful before taking that car home, you'll be signing a doc stating you'll pay a $500 restocking fee if you bring the car back under their "4 day 200 mile guarantee" and of course the standard $50/day $.50/mile.

In fairness, the finance process was fast and straightforward. Probably the least amount of time I have spent in the finance office. Also the price of the car was fair and under fair market value. They also gave me more for my trade - which to be honest wasn't worth a whole lot. A lot of that had to do with financing through them so they get the kick back on interest plus whatever they make off the trade and the sale of the used car. I'm ok with all that, it's a business and they need to make a buck.

Getting the car was actually the best part. Someone called me to find out when I was coming in to pick it up. It was cleaned and had a full tank of gas and parked up front. I dropped my trade off, grabbed my old plates, and off I went.

They are cheaper than other shops in the area for vehicle maintenance and are just as good. I would give it 5 stars but the parts counter employees are horrible. If you go in and the guy with the unkept beard is at the counter just walk away. He's a piece of work. I almost quit going here for vehicle maintenance because of him

Groove/Burt Toyota exclusively took care of my grandfather's Toyota for 15 years. After his death we took the car to another mechanic only to find that Groove had been using incorrect part and unsafe techniques in their work. Incorrect hoses were used and gaskets were broken from improper fittings and connections. Things were repaired in consistently lazy rip shod manners throughout the vehicle. We also looked into his repair records and found that he was also consistently over-charged and misled about his repairs. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Luckily no one was hurt, but their cavalier attitude and low standards could have easily caused more than just financial pain.

Last year i had the car worked on for warranty work. They had the car for about 3 days at their shop before I recieved it back on a Friday. Next day on a Saturday the car went up in flames, burned down. Luckily I was able to park the car and get my daughter out.

I'll let you all judge if this was just a coincidence. Talked to the manager on Monday and he was rude. He was more concerned fo covering themselves from any liability.

Don't trust dealerships that are more concerned of the bottom line than their customers.

I definitely recommend Groove Toyota, specifically Byron Fludd. After buying 5 cars previously this experience was probably the least painfull buying experience I've had. Byron was helpful throughout the whole process and extremely friendly. He helped me get in the car I wanted for well below the payment amount I anticipated. If you're in the market for a new car definitely seek Byron out, he'll make sure you get the best car for your money.

Great experience, I was in the market for a 4Runner and worked with Sam Lyons. Originally I was thinking something used, Sam spent the time to discuss my specific situation and after educating me on some of the benefits I chose to lease a new one. I could not be happier that he pointed me in that direction, thanks for the solid advice Sam. The entire process went very smooth with everyone involved.
