Horrible car buying experience through this dealership, and would not recommend. Purchased a new van, and no mention was made that this model does not come with a spare tire. Tried to address the issue with a salesman, a few days after the sale, and was told it wasn't their issue. Rather rude and un-courteous, in my opinion.

Lucas was very friendly and knowledgable! He made me feel comfortable when picking a car, and made it easy for me to decide! He was super accommodating :) Both Kerry and Lee, in the back, were also very nice, and helped me feel sure that I got the best deal for my money. I love my new Toyota RAV4! Thanks, Groove ;)

The Service Department are obviously all untrained failed used car salesmen. Terrible service using bait and switch techniques that. We thought had stopped except in backwoods gas stations. Do Not bring you Auto here for Service....please.

I bought a 2018 4Runner in January. The buying experience went downhill as soon as I said I ll take it.

The dealer misled me about several things and showed no desire to fix their mistakes. They even damaged my vehicle when I brought it back to them for a followup a few weeks later.

Lucas Hutchinson helped me extensively in finding the best car for my needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty! I am super happy with the treatment I received as a customer from him and Groove Toyota. Lucas was extremely attentive and gave me many options to pick from. I got the car I needed and life is good!

To top everything, I realized that my $350 USAA membership discount through it s car buying service was never included in the sale. I called and left a message, expecting not to hear from anyone. I was promptly called by Brook and was told he would have a $350 check sent to me within a few days!

Stefan went above and beyond my expectations. He found the perfect car within my price range. It had everything on my wish list. He continued to help me after my purchase when I was having technical issues with syncing my phone with the entune stereo. He helped solve all of my problems, days after the purchase! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I m a teacher and have recommended all of my colleagues go to Groove and speak with Stefan. A lot of car dealerships feel overpriced and slimy. Groove and Stefan eased all of my anxieties about the car buying experience.

car searching went to the stevenson west by colorado mills...horrible service..would not do anything to help us with our deals it was more like take it or leave it kind of deal.. so we decided to come to groove toyota..and everyone was nice...our salesman was patient with us getting the deal that would work for us. They quoted me $260 to repair the side-view mirror on my 4Runner. I had called another place that put the cost at $320 so I thought this was a good deal and surprising that a dealership could beat my neighborhood garage's price. So they call an hour after I drop my car off and tell me it's actually going to be $400 and someone had "mis-quoted" me. I wasn't in the mood to make another appointment so I paid the $400 and now I'm here. I feel like they took advantage of me, probably should have picked my car up and never come back but they got my money. Thanks Groove!!

I went to Groove yesterday and met with Kevin Gaw. I got a better car than I could have imagined possible for my budget. We spent most of the day there test driving and figuring out pricing, and Kevin was able to give us a great deal on an awesome CPO Corolla! We went there to look at cars for my 16 year old. I was not desperate and neither did I need the car badly, however my daughter loved the car and our salesman Yousef, was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and gave us his time, so for those reasons, made a buy.

My wife and I worked with a very pleasant and knowledgable sales associate by the name of Karen Anderson. All of our questions were answered and the paperwork wasn't that bad either. We were very satisfied with our experience and thank Karen for that. Best of all, my wife is enjoying her brand new 4Runner.

Wife and I bought a new Rav 4 Hybrid last Friday night. We were interested in the zero percent financing for 72 months. Groove made TWO hard credit inquiries. This dropped our score to where we had to finance at 1.9 percent interest. The score dropped 15 points. Guess my family will have to wait another year before we buy our own home. The finance guy was angry that we didn't purchase an extended warranty, must of been a bonus in it for him.

I am not without recourse. A complaint to the BBB and the state regulatory agency and perhaps some people at Groove can take an extended vacation.

My husband and I recently purchased a new toyota 4Runner at Groove Toyota. Our family is growing, and so we needed something bigger. Karen Anderson was SO nice and helpful, she made the experience very easy and enjoyable. We test drove a few models, picked the one we liked, and then she did a great job getting the price down to something we could afford. Everyone we worked with was very nice and very genuine, but Karen was especially great.

My wife and I had made up our mind that we would buy a car on 12-07-13. We had been comparing the Rav4 Limited with the VW Tiguan R and were solidly convinced we would buy the Rav4 Limited that day. Our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, albeit a bit too pushy with his sales tactics.They went to appraise our trade and after 35 minutes, they had still not given us the appraisal. What we noticed while we waited was a very informal atmosphere of employees which was a major turn off for us. The people working the "tower" were obnoxious, acted totally unprofessional and never gave it a second thought.We were glad to witness the behavior because we felt increasingly uncomfortable while continuing to wait for our trade appraisal. We finally decided to leave because we were rather disgusted with how these guys behaved. Buying a car is a major decision for most of us and we would sure like a certain level of professionalism. We may not be able to afford a Lexus or Mercedes, but we sure would like to have a pleasant atmosphere to buy a car. We left and bought the Tiguan R instead; a shame because we purchased 3 other cars at this dealer prior to now but we are happy with our decision and love the Tiguan.

Bought our second Toyota from Groove this past weekend. Worked with Mark Lindell and he did an amazing job. He definitely went to bat for us and got us the exact payment we wanted. I will definitely buy from him again and I recommend him to everyone.

Service center was terrible. Went in because my key fob stopped working even after putting a new battery in it. They told me they needed to do diagnostics to figure out what was wrong. I told them it was broken but they insisted. Turns out the fob doesn t work...like I already told them...and would be $400 for a new fob. I knew new key fobs were expensive so this was no surprise. I told them I d rather wait and just open the car manually for now. Still got charged $80.

2 hours, $80 down the drain, and I found out what I already knew...the fob doesn t work.

Never going the dealer service center again. No slight on the guy I worked with, he seemed nice, but the service center is just out to get your money. Car toys will install remote start for less than it costs for a new key to unlock doors.

Groove Toyota was a pleasant experience to purchase my new vehicle. Tommy Nguyen was an excellent sales rep. In my opinion, sales works better when you can be personable and relatable yet still be very professional. He great knowledge of the vehicles and was very open to answering honestly. The process was quick and easy and Tommy would take time to check up on me if the task in the back was taking a little bit longer. Also he was very communicative the following days with updates regarding my new vehicle and what the status was.The Sales manager (Sam) who assisted me in the financing and final paperwork worked in a similar manner and I was pleased at how he was patient and understanding with me. I did have a few more questions and he was extremely knowledgable with what he does.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit, purchase and time with Tommy, and Sam. I dont think there was a better choice to go with other than Groove Toyota

Never never never buy warranty for new cars, I bought kind expensive, not necessary, unuseful. I waisted money. I made mistake for that,

Went here expecting the typical car salesman/dealer BS... and got none of that. Was immediately greeted and taken care by Byron and not once during the entire process did I get any kind of pushy salesman vibe from him. He was pretty straight forward and I'd say the whole thing was nothing more than two people having a friendly conversation. Josh handled the finance side of things, and once again, friendly & straight forward. No fast talking salesman reading fine print at 100mph... Recently we took out car to Toyota dealership to replace the struts on the car. After spending $3K, we found out they used after-market struts. Very disappointed for spending this much money, for that price people should be getting original parts. Piece of advise, when you take your car in, make sure to ask what parts they re going to be using so you don t waste your money.

Last month, I bought a used 2008 Lexus GS 350 AWD with 101K miles on it from Delmar Fralick at Groove Toyota. My purchase experience had the potential for blowing up and turning into a nightmare. Other than buying my house, it was my biggest purchase in 12 years and now I have a 5 year car payment to show for it. I had been shopping for this particular model for months and I knew the market. Delmar negotiated a great price with me, but the car had issues and I brought it back the next day to terminate my purchase. Delmar and Groove Toyota welcomed me back, stood behind the product and repaired all my issues at considerable expense. Delmar Fralick and Groove Toyota are stand up people and I highly recommend purchasing any vehicle from them. If you are looking to buy a car, do your homework and go to Groove Toyota and ask for Delmar Fralick. Tell him you want the same deal he gave that guy who bought the used 2008 Lexus GS 350 AWD with 101K miles on it!

Contacted groove to configure an order for a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro. Spoke with a sales consultant who later sent me this estimate. Hand Written $10,000 markup over MSRP. There are a handful of dealers in the metro area selling these trucks for MSRP (as it should be). A dealership that is this greedy from the start is bad news for the long term customer. Take your business to somewhere ethical. The MSRP price change they sent me was handwritten. $58,000 for a $48,000 truck. Crooks!

I'm from Montana and searched all over the web for the best deal on a slightly used Toyota Tacoma and found it at Groove Toyota. The salesperson was very responsive to getting additional information I requested, but didn't call me constantly. When I finally made the decision to get it, he was available to process the paperwork immediately over the phone/computer to secure the vehicle... I'm flying out in a couple days to pick it up!

I bought a car from Lucas at Groove Toyota and was more than satisfied. When I was in the market for another car recently, I decided to go back. After taking an appointment at the dealership to go testdrive a car, the sales agent (Jesse Sardawoski) was not present, and was attending to other customers. I was then after waiting for over 30 mins told than another sales agent (Kyle) would assist me, which did not happen for another 20 mins, after which I left. Highly unprofessional sales, and if this is how they treat new prospective customers, this is definitely not the dealer to give your business, especially when there are many other Toyota dealers in the Denver Market.

Great place to buy a truck. Merrideth Fisher and Lucas Hutchinson helped me get into my truck without all of the headaches and hassles the other dealers do. I walked in and was paired up with Merrideth and told her I wanted this truck in the lot,so she got the keys and off we went for the test drive. And that's all it took for me to buy my truck. Then Lucas Hutchinson had me sigh my paperwork and I was out the door with my truck. But let me tell you they have the best extended warranties out there I have ever had.
